Eli, was a great help. Did everything he could to get me my phone. Including upgrades, trades and explaining my plan.
The store manager was weirdly rude when I was there to do a phone swap this weekend. I had questions and the manager kept swooping in and out of the process with the sales associate that was actually supposed to be helping me, raising his voice and citing rules (that were wrong) about the process, and then stomping away when he couldn’t find the rules on the website. Spend the extra time to go to the apple store, these guys are rude and unhelpful.
I rarely write reviews, but the customer service I received from Kimberly Romero at this store was truly exceptional. I made a request to upgrade my pre-paid plan on at the beginning of June. Since then, I encountered one frustrating issue after another. Despite multiple phone calls with several customer service representatives and visits to three physical stores no one from t-mobile was able to address my issue, until I spoke to Kim today. She listened to the challenges I faced over the past few weeks over my attempts to upgrade my plan, spoke to the necessary people to find helpful information, and made sure any additional fees incurred during this process would be credited back to my account. As a customer, I felt valued and frankly moved by Kim’s determination to make sure my problem is resolved. If not for Kim, I would have considered switching my mobile carrier. Going forward, if I ever have any issue with my t-mobile account Kim is the first person I would see.
I went to this store this morning to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 12 Pro. I paid for the phone and then after my payment the employees told me they dont have it in stock and it wont be in until December. Would have been great to know that ahead of time. Eager, I just decide to get the iPhone 12. After an hour of them trying to figure out how to set up this phone and transfer my information I finally leave. I get home to find out I have no network. So I had to go all the way back to the store to have them fix this problem. Very slow staff, with very little knowledge of what they are doing. Not to mention, unapologetic for putting me through the most painful phone purchase of my life. They kept making up excuses to why it was taking so long and to why this isnt workin or that isnt working lets try this. Absolutely avoid this store to save your sanity.
Very slow service and no regards for me waiting 30 mins while agents are taking their time and joking with the customers they are servicing. Left in the end with nothing accomplished.
Every time I come here, I have a bad experience with the staff. They seem to be reliably unhelpful and rude. I have had many good experiences at the Fresh Pond location and prefer that one.

Ok! I am not sure what is was about, but today morning when I went there for an Apple watch, the sales person was weird.I was told to come back another day; I have to put down a payment and make a formal request for my choice of color.While he was getting ready to get rid of me, his co-worker came to my rescue and got me the product I wanted (a rose gold watch).The whole experience left me perplexed and a bit annoyed.
Average T-Mobile location. The staff were not very enthusiastic, but that is to be expected. The store was under extensive renovation when I stopped by, so small front space with no phones on display.
Id just like to say the other two reviews totally put me off going but i desperately needed a phone so just braved it and actually I found them extremely helpful, knowledgable..they sorted me out a cheaper workable solution than just palming me off with a long expensive contract.. i didnt feel in the least bit talked down to as a woman as one of the other reviews states.. really very good customer service, very happy with the phone! Id recommend going. Perhaps theyve hired new, better staff since the other reviews...
The customer service was not very good. The shop assistant tried to sell me the most expensive Prepaid Sim card without asking me if I actually need it.

Their computers are always not working, I stood in the store for over an hour only to be told to come back the next day because a manager wasnt in to override something.
I recently went to the store to check out the new iPhone models. I didnt end up buying anything but was impressed with the customer service. The sales associate here was very patient and answered all of my questions honestly and didnt pressure me to buy anything. I will be back to buy my phone in person--hopefully they receive commission!
T mobile in Harvard square are the best, only one I go to when I have a problem with my phone.
