To answer your question, no you didnt fix it you broke my phone and its still not working properly. i came back to get it fixed, all you did was show me how to factory reset the phone. so now 5-10 times a week when my phone stops working i have to factory reset my phone. yall broke my phone and no you didnt fix it, i coulda just kept the cracked screen if i knew you would make it worsegot a new touch screen been about a month or two and my screen no longer works. was out till 2am driving around lost since i no longer carry a road atlas, sure gonna buy one today for when tech fails. i could tell from the second i walked out the door the new screen was much cheaper then the original iphone one. everything looked very dull and now it just dosnt work. ill be over there today to remedy this situation

My experience in this store has been absolutely positive. My I-Phone X seems to be back new. The screen was replaced in 20 minutes. I didnt have to wait neither at the arrival nor at the time of the payment. The price is the most reasonable I found in the Cambridge area. Recommended.

Look this guys they are so fake, what they all do lies lies lies all reviews are fake. Most reviews been reported at two times for same company and different adresses. I lived in Cambridge whole my life never seen such a “fast” growing business the location got 200+ for 3-4 months it never happens. They say 40$ repair i called them to shop price and don’t have any screen repair for 40$ unless it Dinosaur age phone. Stay away.Cambridge community deserves more honest business owners!

If you want to waste your time and money, this is the place to go to get your phone repaired! My iPhone 6 plu touch sensor chip was completely replaced twice as per the words of the shop owner, as the first one that was put into it was defective. Not only that, I got bonus problems with it each time I brought it back like not charging at ALL and randomly restarting. If you like your phone and want it to continue working, a simple screen replacement is all this shop can do. Need a phone case? Theyve got plenty! As for further hardware issues, I would NOT recommend this place.
