Coolest starbucks ever!! This is a reserve store. We asked for the manager. She was amazing!! She gave us a verbal walkthrough behind the scenes about all the cool features of the store and the different machines and espressos. Then she made the perfect crafted espresso drinks for us. From start to finish the best experience ever inside any coffee shop.

There’s a black barista that is the rudest person I’ve ever met. He’s always fighting me on the straws and when I ask him to give it to me, he often gives me the smaller straw to annoy me. I don’t care if you want to save the whales. There’s no reason why you should ever be disrespectful to a comfortable. As a Black person, I don’t feel comfortable characterizing you by your race but I’ll make sure to find your name tag next time.

The bathrooms are usually disgusting, the lines are too long, as someone who is disabled, I use the mobile app to order, and then cannot get a refill, so sometimesI just have to buy something new. Also, this place, although it has a couple of good employees, is very discriminatory towards homeless people that buy things, Yet caters to students that sit in there all day without buying anything, or refill the same cup of coffee all day long. The way homeless people are treated when they have a question or concern, is completely different from how a housed person is treated. There is one manager in particular that is absolutely awful! She is blonde with short hair and glasses and openly discriminates, I believe her name is Seri. I have reported her before. If you are broke, and look it, dont come here, and dont come here if you want a cleanly place to eat, drink, and go to the bathroom, and most of the time, the bathroom is out of toilet paper, and once there was poop left on the inside of the toilet for 24 hours!!!!!

The staff here is always welcoming and seemingly happy to be working. I always bring in my reusable coffee mug and they gladly always fill it up perfectly to the top for me. This location is awesome for coming in to do some work or meeting a friend or just grabbing a good cup of coffee. Thank you Starbucks!

I visited here for many years before it was closed due to Covid-19. Right now, its take out only. Before March 17, 2020, it was a good place to get hot and cold coffee or tea. It was open from 5 am to 11 pm, was popular and i would usually find one of my friends there. I have lived in Cambridge or Arlington, MA for 48 years and have Many old friends or acquaintances, many of whom i have seen in this Starbucks. The pastries, sandwiches, and several types of coffee are all good, although the variety of regular non-sweet food is limited.

Its open till midnight and has great wifi/ seating area. You can stay for a long time and no one really bothers you. The bathroom is a bit of a mess but, thats expected considering the location. Its a super busy / touristy place. The employees seriously need a raise! They put up with a lot. There are a few homeless people but, I think most of them are welcomed by the employees. I think its a safe space for the homeless for the most part so, I appreciate that. Great job and thanks for being my workplace for the past 5 months! :)

Average quality Starbucks spread out over two floors. Very convenient location right next to the MBTA red line Harvard Square subway station. Avid lover of Starbucks here, and this one is great from a quality of product and store standpoint. Great coffee, friendly staff, and nice views of Harvard square. However, it could just use a few creative ideas on how to improve the waiting and seating experience. The lines are quite long and Ive had a few orders that didnt come and had to remind them. Seating is a bit frustrating as there are actually tons of seats upstairs with nice views, but not a lot of turnover so just dont expect to get one unless you come early. Unfortunately this is by far the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. Due to its proximity to a tourist destination (Harvard) and a T stop, this Starbucks is always busy. In the two hours I was there, I dont think I saw one table bused. The floor looks filthier than the floor in the adjacent subway station and the condiment station was just as bad. I usually visit Starbucks every morning and have done so since it opened. The staff are exceptional, helpful, friendly and courteous. I have only one problem, the music. While I love music, I hate to be assaulted every morning with music so loud that I cannot bear it. I have spoken to the staff and they will turn it down a little but it is still so very loud at that time of the morning. Perhaps some cool jazz or classical at a low volume would be okay. While I love this space overlooking the Square I may have to change my routine.

I ordered from my mobile app so im guessing the baristas werent expecting me to be already in the store so I was able to watch them make fun of the drinks I ordered. Im not in my hometown so I find its better to order from the app to avoid confusion. What I dont expect is to have someone playing/messing over my order. When I made my presence known suddenly the baristas were on their best behavior. My drinks had to be remade as I wasnt willing to take the ones they had played over.
