You get what you pay for. Quality work!! This is a family business and these owners are very kind. I probably pass a few dozen closer mechanic shops to get here.

They are the best!!! I took my truck in to get my air conditioning fix. The truck is getting old, Foothill Auto Service had to use a refurbished parts. We are on the 3rd part now, they have been great replacing this part under the first part warranty. They are my mechanics from now on, I knew what was wrong before I took my truck in and they didnt try to tell me different. I trust them!

Our first time here, they quickly fixed what several other shops had failed to fix. Wed spent over $2000 at other shops. Rob did it right within a few hours and only charged about $70, including parts. Our whole familys older vehicles have been easy to keep up because of Foothills honest practices. If it only takes an hour to do the work, you get charged for that hour; NOT for the maximum the Ca. Auto Repair Board or whatever its called has listed as the maximum time ($) allowed to charge for that job. Ask any shop about that. If they have integrity, they charge for actual time spent on your repair. Integrity deserves to be recognized. Thanks, Foothill. You truly are the best; no contest.

I took my 2005 Dodge RAM 1500 to Rob for a new fuel pump. He took care of me in one day, and charged a more than reasonable price for the repair with OEM parts.

Rob is a great mechanic and has a great shop.! took my 1987 VW bus in to find a EVAP leak. No one could see me until next week but he said call him tomorrow, I did and Rob said, bring it in.. Very nice, honest, professional, person with years of experience. Glad I found him. He found the leak, knew all about my bus, and did not try to take me to the bank. After dealing with a lot of mechanics in L.A. and San Diego, its nice to find an honest fair mechanic.Update 10/17So, my clutch goes out after 10 years and Rob fixed it. Did a great job and knows a lot about my 1987 VW Westfalia camper bus with a Subaru engine.Lots of weird stuff my bus does and has weird quirks. I called Rob to kind of warn him and he already knew.Did a great job fixing my bus.
