It was cheaper than expected and quicker than expected they also have an online service that lets you see pictures of things in your car and their recommended course of action without being pushy or trying to sell you on it. I had my car towed to TrueCare Automotive for mechanical issues. They could not duplicate the problem once they had it and their diagnostics did not reveal anything causing the mechanical issue. The ran diagnostics as well as doing a visual inspection of the vehicle. Despite all this there was nothing found with regard to the vehicles need to be towed. TrueCare empathised with the fact that I had to tow the vehicle in and did not charge for any of the diagnostics.Fortunately, due the scope of their visual inspection a couple of other issues were discovered. What I really appreciated about their findings was they didnt just tell me about it. They provided photographic evidence in a written report via text and email with hyperlinks to the report so I could inspect the photographs for myself.They didnt just give me a bid for the work, but advised of it and left me with information to decide. I reviewed the report in its entirety and chose to have some of the work completed. Their prices were very fair and they kept in communication as the work was done.I got the car back and have driven if for a couple of days. I am very pleased with the work and have noticed an improvement in the vehicles operation. I would highly recommend TrueCare. They have definitely become my shop of choice for all future mechanical needs.

I’m not one to typically do internet reviews but I had a great experience here. Our family car died on the freeway on the way up the mountain and I had to find a local mechanic to diagnose the issue. It turns out we needed a new engine but couldn’t afford to put one in so we had to sell the car. The management here was incredibly gracious and understanding with us as we figured out what to do, leaving our car with them all the while. If I lived in the area I’d definitely make this shop my regular mechanic after what I experienced.

David listened carefully when we described the issues I was having with a clunking noise I was hearing when driving my Subaru Outback over bumps in the road and the low beams not being bright enough at night (turns out the lights had been installed improperly) in addition to the regular servicing the car needed. This is an excellent auto repair shop. I am a returning customer. I had a rough-running engine along with a Check engine light on the dashboard. Dave and his crew explained the issue, handled the problem, and were super reasonable. If you need repair work, I would consider this place.

Drove by to ask what it would cost to replace my PVC hoses if I brought them parts, was at the end of their day Friday saying I would be happy to come back Monday but he was willing to take care of it right on the spot so I went over to OReilly really quick (felt like it took OReilly longer to find the right hose type) got the hoses and back to TrueCare was done within 30 min overall very reasonable price. Will definitely be taking my truck back here for more service needs.

What a wonderful experience! My AC compressor had to be replaced. I was lucky enough to have a friend install it but then it came time to have it recharged. Absolutely love this place. Went in for a metal grinding noise going over bumps and such in my newer Toyota Corolla, everyone (Friends / Online) kept telling different things of what was wrong so I took it to Dave at True Care Auto and we went for a test drive and he found the problem within 25 mins. Turns out that my after market rear brace bar was loose, he charged me with a great price (way less than anyone I called wanted to charge me for a diagnostic) and it felt like he truly cared about me and my vehicles issues and now my car sounds perfect again!100% will be going back to him for any future issues I have on my car! No questions asked.

After the service was done, they even fixed my battery terminal bolt that that no good Autzone broke just to make sure it didn’t cause me any issues.

I purchased two after market bed steps for my Ford F-150 that mount on the frame just in front of the rear wheel well. I figured I could do the installation myself, but after crawling around on the ground and contorting my body around the rear wheel for more than a few minutes, I decided I am getting too old for these kind of gymnastics.I made an appointment with TrueCare and brought my truck into have Dave Long and his crew install my steps. I have to say that they did a great job. Dennis made the installation look so easy and even corrected my poor job of pre-assembling the step fixtures. They are a very professional crew and I know where to go in the future for any more work I need done on my fleet.

Best experience Ive ever had at a mechanic. Dave is great -- he sent me a full report of my cars condition, including pictures! Very helpful.He recommended several repairs that were all very reasonably priced, and was responsive via call and text. At one point, after further inspection, he even mentioned that a repair he had previously recommended actually wasnt necessary! Ive never had a mechanic do that, usually they just bill you unnecessary work!Ive been to a lot of mechanics, and Ill never go to another one thats not Dave.

Took my truck in for a transmission issue. They went above and beyond and thoroughly went through the truck pointing out other issues that will need to be fixed post transmission. Dave wanted to give me a good idea of the amount it would cost to keep my truck on the road so I could decide the worth of the truck before I began with the transmission. The truck is older and has over 200k miles so I really appreciated the up front honestly rather than just fixing my first problem and then listing more. Highly recommend this shop!

The dealer said it needed replacing when I had it in for servicing. Dave checked the car and saw when it was done last. He calculated that it should still be good for another forty thousand miles. That made me so happy! This saved me $1,100 that Dave estimated would cost me to have it done at his place. The Lexus dealer wanted $1,800 to replace the timing belt. I also had Dave do an inspection of the car and he found a small radiator leak. The dealer never found this. The engine was also running loud and Dave was able to fix that problem without charging me.This is the place to go for a trusted Mechanic. My wifes car had a really bad misfire and after just listening to the car Dave was pretty sure it was a coil, however he did a full electrical diagnosis and found that number 5 cylinder was misfiring and it did indeed have a bad coil.. These guys are great ...
