This place got the best steaks anywhere.We also got us some chocolate ice cream

Thank you to the amazing employees/ management at Lowes market today. Such a blessing to so many of us that you were open today when others didnt open at all. You risked life and limb to be there, stocking, ringing and helping the community out. Your sacrifice doesnt go unnoticed. We really appreciate your hard work, work ethic and devotion to customer service. The manager, I believe, kept letting customers in well past when they were closing when customers expressed the need for milk or eggs. Thank you so very much. This is a truly blessed community having you all in it. We will definitely be shopping here from now on.

This store has kind people a great produce section and are very convenient.even thoughThey dont get that many people who shop thare thay still have some of the best quality and deals I have ever seen.

This is a very nice local grocer, conveniently located. Wide variety, good looking meats and produce and bakery items with reasonable prices. Store is clean, bright and shelves well stocked. Staff was quite friendly too. Recommended.

Surprisingly decent wine selection. Found some interesting Texas brewed beer. Could use some whole grain bakery bread. Were camping from out of state. We like to sample local food and drink, so we appreciate signs that say if items are local. Convenient location from Cranes Mill Park campground.

Small store, surprisingly good selection but a little bit more expensive, although I believe the higher pricing is worth the convenience.

Will get you by in a pinch, but I prefer HEB. I have personally purchase spoiled meat here twice. The place smells weird too.

The checkout young lady at Lowes was friendly and helpful! Place was clean and had everything I needed. It wasnt crowded either and I loved that!

This store is fully stocked with everything you need! It even has a bait section.

To me, its a very large convenience store. Limited brand name items but you can find most everything you need.

If Lowes had a nearby competitor they would improve or be out of business. But here we are.

If youre driving to town anyway, then its less expensive to shop HEB. If not, then Lowes provides a nice convenience for the Lake area, but with higher prices and limited selections.

Personally I cant stand their high prices, but what is worse is their produce. Too many times the produce they have out looks like it is already past the trash stage

Great if you only need one or two items but I wouldnt stock your whole kitchen with groceries from here. Otherwise you will pay twice what you would if you went to HEB or Walmart. Its basically a large convenience store. Staff is always friendly though.

I found a really nice roast little fat but good for flavor. Cooking it right now in my slow cooker. I have always found a good beef roast there and great customer service!

Great place if you do not want to drive 15 minutes down the rd to shop at HEB or Wal-Mart. Their employees are friendly. Overall a nice small grocery store

Lowes Market is a grocery store. Its always clean and the staff is always really nice.

Prices off the charts for no name brands items. Disorganized. Employees were helpful, knowledgeable. Wont go to any other Loews with prices like that.

Prices are a bit high because of it being by canyon lake..but its better than going back to town for essentials.

You have to expect to pay more for the convenience of such a store way out here. Yet, I find deals on unique items. They do cater to lake goers... they stay stocked up on items you need.

Thankful we have a full comprehensive grocery in our south side neighborhood here at the lake. Just right for quality and especially convenience. The big box grocers are great, and our locals are even greater on a day to day basis.

Sell everything like grocery wise. They also hve fishing poles, n fishing gear, plus they sell deer food. Its a cheaper grocery store, not to big.

Check the ad for weekly specials to get the good deals. This place sort of reminds me of the days of Andy Griffith. Nice employees, and small store makes its pleasant to grab just what I need when I need it, no need to break the bank stocking up on a car load. Check out does take a few minutes sometimes but its still nothing compared to HEB. Steaks taste better than those from HEB too, and the hamburger goes farther since it isnt half broth.Most veggies have better taste and texture from here too, but the turn over is slower so one must pick through for the pick of the crop or wait until the next truck load. Awesome to see the local farmer unloading his watermelon last summer!Sure wish theyd dedicate a shelf to gluten free items.

Been using Lowes since I moved into the area, three years ago.They cant be beat for convenience.Their Sure Fine brand of products Ive tried match any competitors for quality. Ice cream, coffee, peanut butter, and mustard are all first rate.Produce had taken a nice upturn in quality over that time as well.Friendly staff too, I recommend them.

Over priced. Old food still on shelves. Worst selection of meat in Canyon Lake. Only go there so I dont have to drive to HEB.

While in line to check out last Friday 6/26/20 the elderly male checker was complaining about wearing a mask, which did not cover his nose btw, and called customers Busy Bodys that had mentioned him not wearing a mask. He stated he needed his job so he was forced to wear one. Then as I walked up to check out he looked at me wearing my masked and stated Busy Body. Id like to remind this thoughtless checker if it wasnt for us Busy Bodys you wouldnt have a JOB! HEB is were were I will go because he obviously doesnt care about the customers.

Provincial supermarket. After visiting since 2012, very little has been done to improve customer service.Make sure to check all expiration dates for your safety every visit. Quality of meat and produce are sub par.Consider this place a last resort for forgotten items from popular supermarkets within 15 miles radius.Canyon Lake should demand better.

Close and convient, however can be pricey~not surprising though because it is a lake grocery store. Not much selection on garden/fresh vegetables such as peppers, cucumbers, etc... Overall, when just need a few items...ITS GREAT! *and open until 10p which is a plus around the lake! And employees are ALWAYS lake-friendly! :)
