A nice little coffee shop attached to a hotel. Decent coffee and really friendly Baristas

Quiet. Very pretty. Pleasant staff and good drinks.

Coffee drinks are amazing. This time came in for breakfast and all three that we ordered were excellent. Staffs were knowledgeable and very helpful. I will certainly be back for more when I am in town.

The baristas at Baristas we’re good baristas! they were laser focused on crafting me the perfect drink, and I could taste their dedication with every sip of my large iced vanilla breve. i also enjoyed the tile work and molding throughout shop

I am so proud of this new coffee shop in Cape Girardeau. The city needs like this great coffee shop with its features.I visited Baristas Coffee Bar in the opening day.The staff were so friendly and polite.I have ordered both Latte and black origin coffee from Peru. Both of them were delightful!I think Im gonna be addicted to this coffee shop because of its atmosphere, and it opens everyday from 6 am to 9 pm!Its location is strategic and fabulous, which is in the downtown nearby the river.I highly recommend you guys to visit it!Ziyad

I had never heard about Baristas Coffee Bar before today, but I was blown away by the cafe style food and the amazing coffee. The staff were work and inviting and the atmosphere of the coffee bar was fantastic. Overall, I was highly impressed by Baristas especially since there are so many other coffee places to visit in town. I will definitely be back for the great food and the even better coffee.

Everyone was very nice. The Expresso was very good. The Latte tasted very different, some what dry not sure why.

Amazingly cool place with really friendly staff. I had no idea what I wanted to get and the staff were all so nice giving recommendations. Delicious mocha latte and a Apple cinnamon muffin. They also offer lunch foodsthat in definatly going to cone back and try.

Food is tasty, prices are a bit on the high side. Service is fast and nice but they don’t bring drinks out to you just the food. So I found it a tad bit annoying that they would bring the food but not the drinks. Great place to eat and read a book! Highly recommend!

Very nice, older building with lots of character. The coffee was very good and the food was fresh and full of taste. Having never been there before, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. A definite must while in The Cape. Downtown is a must explore as well.

Wow! Its even more beautiful in person. First time here. I had to ask a lot of questions & the cashier was so friendly. Other staff members were also friendly. I ordered mocha latte hot & it is so delicious. Every time Im in town Im going to stop here.

Nice coffee shop in a good area. It’s a small shop and parking can be tight. Comfortable vibe and very polite and upbeat young staff always adds to my day. Would recommend for all you caffeine addicts out there.

This is a decent coffee place. They just need something to push them from good to great. I hope that it is spared from the ravages of the nanobot war that was for told.

I like the atmosphere. They were very busy, but I still recieved my drinks in a timely manner. We had a hibiscus iced coffee, vanilla frappe and a caramel frappe. All good. We also had the lemon blueberry, salted caramel and chocolate chip cookies. I will definitely be back.

I feel like I need to start by saying the hot mocha here is one of the best Ive had in my life, also the latte art is so beautiful! The staff is extremely welcoming/friendly, kind and happy to help! The decor is beautiful and lots of interesting hitorical info about the building. Im not from Cape but I plan on stopping by everytime I happen to be in town!

For a place called Baristas, youd think the actual Baristas would be friendly or at least efficient. Unfortunately they were neither. Waited quite a while for 2 coffee drinks and a smoothie. Meanwhile some college kids who came in after me who were obv friends got their drinks well before me. Watched 1 girl making my smoothie go back and forth to the kitchen 4-5 times, each time gtng 1 ingredient. Maybe she was new? Regardless, service was slow and not friendly. Coffee was okay. Disappointing given other high reviews. This is prob a good place for college kids but wouldnt recommend for others who care about service.

Great coffee! Love their raspberry white chocolate scones. My only complaint is that they dont have half and half you can pour . They only provide the little rip open kind. For such a nice coffee shop they should have cream you can pour.

Barista Coffee Bar is a great place with a comfortable interior decorations. The coffee is good and the service is okay. They play a very relaxing music in the background. All in all, this is a good place to relax and to have some good time. I recommend this shop to someone who would like to try something new.

Comfy little spot downtown; the interior is very nice and a good place to relax or get some morning work done. Coffee and condiments were average though. Would still come back when in town.

Absolutely one of the best lattes I have had!! I wasnt able to sit and stay but I definitely will be back sometime when I can! Appeared to be a nice quiet place to study or just grab a cup of coffee with a friend. I also noticed they have alcoholic beverages and small food options as well.

Ordered the breakfast bowl and a pour-over coffee. Everything was delicious and the restaurant was very cute and clean. Wish we had cute places like this when I attended SEMO!

The owner was very welcoming when I brought my puppy in to say hi. When I offered to pay for my friends drinks he told us they were on the house. It was the first of many good interactions I had visiting Cape.

The staff was very friendly . We enjoyed the specialty drinks of a pumpkin puree and lavender latte. They were all so beautiful and delicious.Parker recommended the blueberry lemon cookie and it was moist and full of flavor. It was educational touring the historic Marquette Lobby and the displays.

Not really a coffee drinker, but I love the Turtle Frappe and the hot chocolate. Ive only eaten there once, but the breakfast burrito was terrific. The staff is always friendly and efficient.

I love this place. The first time I came here I got the lavendar latte. Its very good and pretty too. The baristas put foam on the top in cute little designs. Ive tried a lot of their beverages and Ive enjoyed all of them! 10/10! Their cookies are cute and delicious too.

The coffee and staff are wonderful!I got a decaf black coffee (best Ive ever had) and a blueberry muffin (also delicious) and sat in the hotel lobby. I highly recommend Baristas.

My neighbor and I came to Baristas today w her support puppypal.. We were made most welcome.. enjoyed great Turkish latte and a baked treat.. Been there several times myself and w hubby Randy once.. Lovely place and will definitely come again... Wish they were open on our First Fridays art evenings... thinking only at the holidays..

Historic atmosphere well designed. Nice view of downtown. Kaldis coffee served. They make a good almond milk latte in a perfect mug. Breakfast sandwiches have been hot and tasty. Enjoyed each visit.

Usually great service and awesome food/drinks. HOWEVER, the hours changed recently and it makes it really inconvenient for students. like myself, to come get our favorite sweet treats when the kitchen closes before 2:00pm in the afternoon.

This place does coffee right, along with artisan sandwiches and a high class atmosphere. If you’re picky about your espresso, mocha or cappuccino you’ll get what you were hoping for. Only trouble is the high prices to match. You get free downtown wifi here and if you come to hang out or meet someone don’t forget about the Marquette lobby.

More on the expensive side, but its really good. Good vibes from the place. It has a very movie-esque, millennial vibe. Tea, coffee, pastries, soup, and gluten free options are all offered. I had the beignets with raspberry dip stuff and they were really good. Lots of powdered sugar. Its small, so I wouldnt go with a big group, but it is a great place to grab lunch. Its also in the Marquette, which has a really pretty lobby by itself.

I am hooked on the Turkish Latte and the food here is fresh and delicious. I saw another customer with a Bloody Mary and it looked amazing. This is going to be one of my favorite places.

I like Baristas because they have good coffee. I LOVE Baristas because of their rotating daily soups. I go here weekly, but I do wish their kitchen was open in the evening.

Wow! Canr believe I waited so long to come here. I do not enjoy pumpkin coffee due to places using canned junk. I gave it a try on a leap of faith and it is homemade flavor ♡. I will be coming here much more for coffee and food.

Food was okay but out of quiche. Slow slow service if you go make sure you have lots of time to wait. The beignets were okay the blueberry syrup was too sweet to have with beignets and the the beignets not floofy enough I have had the real thing many times. They also had an old grease taste to them.

Just average. The thing that bothered me most was the creamer was in little plastic cups. Not a huge fan of Columbian roast so like to add cream. But those little white cups just don’t taste the Sam as real thing.
