This Krispy Kreme location is great! Theyre always super fast and everything is always available. Ordering in the app makes it super easy to just pick up in the drive thru and they are quick to make the order once you check in. Ill definitely keep going here.

This place shouldnt be called Krispy Kreme, it disregards everything that makes Krispy Kreme what it is. They claim nothing is older than 24hrs but the Kreme they use sits at room temperature for 4 days sometimes longer same with icings and everything made in store. The fact that they refuse to get rid of bug infestation and mold problem is disgusting and tell employees not to worry about weekly cleaning and maintenance is horrible and People are at risk because of it. I hope this store gets it together or stops using the Krispy Kreme name before a great company suffers because of Hungry guys doesnt care about its customer or employees health

I just thought to myself the other day how strange it is that I never see any of the neon light on at this location, it perpetually looks closed. But yesterday I went to this location for the first time in probably 2 years because my son wanted to get donuts at a weird time. I checked the website for what kind they had so I could be somewhat prepared in the drive thru line. The first 4 donuts I tried to order they were either out of or dont carry at this location. When I got home my kids ate a cake batter donut and my older son remarked that it only had one bite with filling, which is a problem I remember from the last time I had a donut here. I ate an apple fritter. It was so tough (old? Stale?) I didnt even finish it. I remember going out of town as a kid and getting krispy Kreme as a special treat. This is not how I remember it at all. Giving it more than one star because the staff was friendly. But for donuts Ill stick to Jackson donuts.

I love the plain doughnut and strawberry filled doughnuts. Archie and Louie likes them too. So much so they relax on top of the couch after a few bites.

Easy to find off William Street and Kingshighway intersection. Large parking area and in nice shopping center.

The donut I got tasted more like a cake I can see why this place is always packed to the brim you can earn points toward your next visit with the krispy kreme app as well. It is cool to watch the donuts being made to. My only compliant is I ate it in the store yet it was cold before I got it find a way to keep them warm please I should take star off for that but wont unless it keeps happening paying a 1.09 for a cold donut is not good

Stick the the basic donuts every time we tried a special or holiday donut it was very underwhelming to completely misrepresented by the advertisement

Food was good but employee at drive thur was not rude but not friendly either. Just a bit curd and impatient with us and they did not appear the least bit busy. Think we were the only customers. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Not a big deal I guess.

Donuts are delicious, but the service is not. Only drive through was open. I had to wait and waste the gas for over 20 minutes. Very poor and inept management. Need more staff to serve people. Need more options besides the drive through for shopping. Otherwise I will use other options such as Jackson and Hoeckeles Donuts.

I love Krispy Kreme glazed donuts, but sometimes you just want something different. Custard filled iced donuts are my all time favorite, but I was so disappointed the last couple times I ordered them. I literally got one bite of donut that actually had any custard and there was so little you could barely taste it. Krispy Kreme needs to step up there game and make them right. Also you used to be able to get hot donuts at different times through the day but I never see the hot sign lit up any more .

If you bring your vaccine card, you can get a free donut.

This particular trip, the young lady who took our order in the drive thru was very polite. When we got to the window, the cashier was not very customer-oriented and with everything I said or asked, the reply was always Uh-huh. The coffee was that we bought was watered down and tasteless for a iced caramel latte. It will be awhile before we return to this location.

Wonderful doughnuts extremely fresh and tasty. The line in drive thru was long but worth the wait and the staff was very courteous. Their coffee was very tasty too.

4/22/21 bought Some glazed donuts and 2 custard filled chocolate iced ones. They were all very stale! They were terrible. Was like they were 2 or 3 days old!!!I will take my business elsewhere.

Delicious, friendly, and clean. I used their online offering service the night prior. Selected the earliest time to pick up a box of coffee and 2 dozen of the regular donuts. The time slot was very specific on when to be there, however, when I arrived on time. The order wasnt ready and the employees werent notified of my order until I arrived explaining why I was there. Their coffee and donuts is delicious, but I dont know if Ill order online again.

Its Krispy Kreme!!!! If you do not love Krispy Kreme something is wrong with your mouth.

I was very dissatisfied with Krispy Cream donuts. The service was ok. The website offered a verity of donuts but the store didnt carry any of them. They gave me donuts I didnt want to fill my order and they do not have the high quality taste as they should have for their name. I will not be a return customer! It was a waist of $30.00.

I had a bad craving for a chocolate glazed donut and stopped in since I was in the area. They had a great selection of different donuts and the staff was very attentive. The store itself was very clean and you can watch the donuts being made which is cool too. I wish it were closer so I could go more often.

Store at Cape Girardeau, MO is usually very good. Customer service was lacking at 12noon on Sunday, June 23, 2019. We first came in with no one at the counter. Then, a woman passed by us (seemed she was not really in a good mood) and said someone will help us. She proceeded to go back to the office to let them know someone was there. After waiting for about 3 minutes, no one apologized and he proceeded to try to joking banter with us. After we were served, they went to the back again. New customers came in and they had to wait. The lobby was dirty and disheveled. Disappointed. Normally, this store is good in customer service. Not today especially with the guy that came out of the back office.

Well, I know this is something they cant really help, but Im disappointed. This is my very first time visiting any KK, and I ordered a frozen caramel mocha latte, but they were out of the bag. So I ordered a hot latte, but forgot to say extra hot so it was lukewarm. Just not very impressed.

I’ve been going there for the last couple of months. They kept telling me that they will eventually have the promotions for the professional sports teams. For example, when the St.Louis Blues score four goals. A dozen glazed donuts are $4.99 but this location excuse is they do not have the promotion code at the register. Even though they did not have the code, they would still give me a good deal on the dozen. But today they explained that they will not be following the promotions for the teams up northand gave no discount.

Staff was young and had plenty of friends hanging out. Donuts were cold and the bathroom had water all over the floor. For a slow night and to have that many people not doing anything was surprising. I love Krispy Kreme and tonight it wasnt represented very well.

It was very good, but to me, the selection was somewhat limited. No cinnamon rolls, no eclairs, just donuts. My views are probably jaded because I lost more on KK stock than any other investment in my lifetime

Place is dirty. Donuts taste like day olds cooked in old grease. Staff doesn’t seem well trained and definitely did not get trained on how to keep the place straightened up. The donuts look sloppily made. I got a jelly filled donut and it had a little tiny bit of jelly that was barely inside the donut. More training and maybe more reliable employees needed.

Every single time I have ordered an Iced Latte they have either gotten my order wrong or the coffee is still hot and when I asked for it to be remade I got an attitude and a terrible tasting coffee. I have been to other Krispy Kreme’s and I know how their coffee is supposed to taste and I’m very disappointed that the one in my own town can’t seem to get it right!

I usually go to Krispie Kremes a lot when I hit st Louis, but the one here in Cape Girardeau is nothing like them! My problem is every time I come, I try and wait for the hot and fresh sign to be on. This is the 5th time Ive came through when the sign is lit and got neither fresh nor hot donuts! Everything else was great but glazed donuts are always cold and nasty! Not worth the money!

Good standard Krispy Kreme. Seems to be out of glazed more than it should be.

The cherry pie and apple pie doughnuts are AMAZING!!! Service was good to.

Doughnuts were good but the Carmel mocha was room temperature and I had to wait for them to make it soit should have been hot.

The new mini donuts didnt look that good. Looked like a day or two old. Ended up getting regular donuts. Service was extremely slow.
