Usually I have a good experience here and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but my last visit there was a team member (I have to assume a manager) who was extremely rude. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I couldn’t get her name, but she had brown hair and glasses and totally ruined my experience at B&BW. Not sure if I want to return to this location. The normal staff and cashiers are always so nice but they seem to have a managerial problem.

I love going to bath and body works. Everytime I go in the store I splurge. Everything smells so amazing and all of the products you buy is worth it from the body lotions to the room fresheners. It is always very friendly with amazing costomer service.

Didnt like this one at all went to get the buy three get three free and didnt get my three free had to pay for them and was told that I couldnt use my coupons I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone and will not be going back Im extremely disappointed.
