Great furniture store. A good variety. Salesman nice and not pushy. We bought a awesome couch 🛋.

This is a great furniture store in carbondale. They have huge showroom with a wide price range and the staff is really friendly especially Doug who helped us out. The moving crew does a great job as well. Highly recommended.

Usually not one to do this but never had a worse experience in my life with buying anything and feeling like I overpaid for everything due to having issues with every piece of furniture I bought and finally getting tired of just going back and forth with them and getting told different prices every time they would call me back for money I had owed them on a sectional on top of some how paying more for a less nice bedset than I would’ve for the nicer set I had picked out. Then getting told different dates to pick up my sectional every other week just all around horrible experience

I talked to a man named Doug on the phone and he said they had what I wanted but when I got there he was off that day and another man said they didnt! Drove all the way from Marion all excited! We have purchased all our furniture from them for years and I guess loyalty doesnt matter to them!

Knowingly sold damaged products, they would not stand behind. Even with a purchased extened warranty, for damage, they would not stand behind. Lied on multiple levels. I recommend you do not do business with this company. If you have ever purchased products here and bought the warranty, cancel and demand your money back. They have no interest in providing you any service again.

My wife and I went inside the store today to get a new couch and bed. We have been using hand me down couches and beds due to not being able to afford brand new ones. We finally reached a point in our lifes we could get brand new ones. We went into this store fully prepared to play the how low can you go game the moment I asked for the best price I stated to my wife they would have to hit me with a very impressive price for me not to ask for a better deal. Well Thomas gave me that magic number right away. No gymics. No salesmen tricks. Just the best number. He was super kind and professional. We was in and out of the store in under a hour. They had to order our bed and offered free delivery. One for the couch now and another separate free delivery for when the bed comes in. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend!

My mom and I were looking for a bed for her shes 76 & the guy took us back to the beds so we could check them out. He was not helpful at all. When she told him we are trying out & might not buying 1 today. So he leaves us after that & his service was HORRIBLE. & he was nowhere in sight when we had more questions to ask. We found the way out by ourselves. I will NEVER go back in that store 🤬

One star is even to much. I ordered my sleeper couch and loveseat the beginning of August 2020. My delivery date kept getting pushed back because of covid. I finally got it the last week of November. We didnt use it as a sleeper till the week of Christmas. The metal bars on one side broke and we could not get it to go back in. So I called and took my name and number and said someone would call me next week. No call, so I called. No one would ever call me back. I finally got someone in January, emailed them pictures, never heard back. Called, emailed. Nothing. Then March 15. I get a call out of the blue saying they are picking my couch up that day. Tell me it will be ready Wednesday. Never heard a thing so I called, out sick, get right on it. March 23, I call, it was supposed to be delivered the 22nd. Calls me back says it will be Friday 26th. Why not, 24th no trucks headed this way, really. I have 4 people sometimes 5, and they have to sit on floor because they cant divert a truck one day. Not my fault it did not get delivered Monday. The customer service is awful. We have not had a good experience at all. I do not recommend this store. We will go back to Patrick Furniture. Also they demand full payment when they show up to deliver or they take it back. They dont tell people this. Beware!

The salesman, Russel, was great. He was knowledgeable, and very helpful about what sofa was best for us. We didnt feel pressured at all.

I was greeted when I walked in and the employee asked what I was looking for. When I told him and showed him the picture from their website, he told me they did not have that. When I asked if they had a catalog or if we could order something he basically ignored the question and left. Poor service.

Walked in last minute and bought a couch with storage and it was in my price range!! Yay Im excited! Very friendly staff and they have face mask and hand sanitizer out!

Nice store but everything has changed since i purchased my king bed! Way back in 2004!!!!

We went in with hopes of finding a king bed and dresser and were pleasantly surprised to see the style wed favored from several months back still in stock.It was a Wednesday morning and not a lot of foot traffic in the store, but Russel was great helping with a mattress and the bedroom set.We had several errands to run, but planned to return to make a final decision.When we returned we were given a better deal than our initial quote, which Im sure anyone could appreciate.Our order was in stock and delivered the following week, only because that was the soonest our schedule allowed (they were ready to deliver the following day).Matt was great in setting up the delivery for a time that worked well for our schedule and called 25 minutes prior to delivery.The delivery was on time, the men (I apologize I did not get their names) were professional and efficient. They had the bed moved in and set up within 20 minutes.Diane called the day after delivery to ensure everything was taken care of, which I very much appreciate!We are Very pleased with our experience from Russel, Matt, the delivery men, Diane, and The Furniture King.When we need furniture in the future, well be sure to go them!

Stopped in to browse and came across a chair I was interested in. Asked for pricing in customizing fabric. Was put on hold for them to greet other customers, (mind you I was not acknowledged when entering the store) and quickly given a $$. Was ignored after that, never asked if I wanted to order the chair. So I just left... if you dont care about a potential customer then Im not tracking you down to place and order.

Got a fantastic deal on our furniture. Good selection. We has a great experience. We will go back to them for all our furniture needs.

They have a very good selection of products, both on the floor and in catalogs. I find their pricing to be better than other local competitors. Ive furnished a few rooms with them and it is always a good experience.

I recommend this place over Ashleys Furniture or any corporate furniture store. They have a great selection, convenient financing options, and the salespeople are helpful, not overbearing. The one thing you cannot beat is the fact that they deliver your furniture for free and often have things in stock right in their local warehouse so you are able to get your furniture in your home as soon as youd like.

Rated 2 stars because a month ago I went in and put 20% down on a bedroom set. The man helping us said it would be here in a couple weeks and he would give us a call. Two weeks went by and I called and asked about the set. They said that it would be here in 6 days. 2 more weeks went by. No calls or anything. We went by there, inquired and they delivered the bed the next day randomly. They never said that payment was due at the delivery. My roommate ended up paying it because they were going to take the bed back. Another week has went by and we haven’t heard from them about the rest. Please take from my experience and go somewhere else to buy furniture!

Great place to find furniture. Large showroom with lots of choices. Bought a leather recliner sofa. Love it. Guys who delivered it were very careful to not damage the woodwork and were very courteous.

I have purchased furniture from them for many years now. I have basically furnished my house and rv from them. They have knowledgeable staff members and great delivery services.

If you want good furniture, that lasts, go to King.

We are just sick!! While the service and staff was friendly during shopping and purchasing, the customer service & after care we’ve received since our purchase has been a fiasco! Ive come across one or two rude employees at a place of business before, but everyone we’ve had to deal with regarding our damaged furniture has been extremely rude, childish and arrogant. We regret walking thru the doors and spending our money and time at this business and with these people. So sad

We shopped recently at their private sale for customers who shopped there in the past. After spending considerable time finding chairs that we made a deal on with a salesperson who assured us they had in stock..needless to say when we got ready to pay they didnt have the chairs. Very disappointed....wasted our time. Seemed like nobody had a clue on inventory. We will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

They staff was friendly and helpful. Bring a tape measure with you when you go and be ready to walk and look around, this place is huge. Loved the fact they sold furniture made right here in USA.

Workers were friendly and helpful. I saw several items I wanted and was amazed with soon delivery and in stock already. Children beds were small; I thought it were displays...I need bigger and longer for my tall boys. Some items were higher than expected.
