I love Kipling. I have been buying the products since 1994. This store was *horrible*. The entire time we were there, the associates never acknowledged us - and there were a few minutes when we were the only ones in the store, the associates were too busy chatting with each other. I think that is the first time I have walked out of a Kipling store without buying something.

Great selection. Better than I found in Manhattan even. The deals here are good, but Macy’s/Nordstrom have had better but perhaps not as consistently.The staff are very friendly and know their inventory well. I made a couple of purchases and will be back soon. I love outlet stores that I don’t need to enter the mall area to shop at, so big plus there.

Great quality for very good price. $20 less than one I saw on line. And looks way better.

Went there several months ago. Really liked the sales ladies, they were very patient and helpful. Neat store and lots of choices. There was a great sale when I went, buy three items get 30-40% off (or something like that).

Nice clean store and nice sales ladies. Unfortunately the day we went they didnt have a great promotion going on. I drove out there with a friend based on my last experience, and we were disappointed at the selection and no promotions going on (buy three get 50-70% off) and not much selection was 50% off. So I cant say I recommend coming all the way to Carlsbad. Ill try the one at Las Americas.

They have the nicest sales associates here. They went out of their way to help me with my million questions. They also had great sales going on. Ended up getting 2 lunch bags for $55
