Excellent service by the lady that took care of us today and unbeatable prices.

Worst customer service.I asked for dimensions of a bag, and she said check the tag on the bag. And she was walking away on any product enquiry.If the owner is serious about the business, they should talk to the store employees if they are interested to work.Sad to say but this store employees attitude doesn’t reflect the quality of Tumi products.

Have made a couple purchases from this store. Jackie is super nice, helpful and patient (I had a hard time deciding on a backpack).

I needed a new wallet and didnt have time to drive to Tumi in UTC or Fashion Valley. I decided to check out the Tumi Outlet Store in Carlsbad. I was pleasantly surprised that they had so many items, including the perfect wallet for me. They seem to have deep discounts on their items and have a very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Tumi products and their stores, especially their Outlet Store in Carlsbad.

Really enjoyed looking around this store. The salesperson was very helpful and not pushy. She was also really nice to several foreign tourists who wandered in to shop that were super rude to her. I was impressed!

Quality suitcases at great prices. They had a 50% off lowest price sale when I was here.
