The staff is Amazing. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and effecient. The mechanic explained what I needed and handled it. None of the funny business you get sometimes! So good. So very good.

Terrible. Every time I go in, I wait forever.Today, at 2:30 p.m., I went to get an oil change and was told due to being short staffed they would be closing from 3-4 for lunch. No big deal. I come back, arriving at 4. I wait in line for 15min. I arrive at the counter and get told by the same employee I spoke to earlier that there is an appointment for tires coming in and my oil change may take an hour and a half. I understand that takes precedence, but why couldnt I be told that he first time I was in? Im from out of town and cant just pop in real quick.

Cheaper oilchange but generally will wait longer.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I took my vehicle in for an oil change. They said it would be an hour and a half. Two hours later they tell me while they were working on it a piece under the hood broke off and they cant fix it and I have to tow it somewhere else at my expense. I brought it in with 0 problems to do a simple oil change and now it is undrivable and they wont do a single thing to try and help the situation out. Absolutely absurd, never again!
