The vision center is so helpful and always friendly. We have been coming to them for several years and have always enjoyed the staff here…and the warranty is what got us started here. Let me just say, we have had our monies worth lol with broken glasses.

PLEASE DO NOT USE WALMART VISION CENTER. They messed up both my wife and sons contacts. It has been a total cluster of mess ups since the appointment. 2 months have gone by and my wife still doesnt have her TRIAL contacts.

I found everyone at the Cartersville vision center to be polite and helpful during my recent visits there.

I know theyre short handed only 1 tech and only one Dr. Have been wonderful in the past but no one for phone or customer service.When you call they hang up on you..dont answer...or put you on hold without asking.Very sad for them.

After traveling to Dallas ga, a good bit away from cartersville (my town), I found a pair of frames right as the Dallas Walmart was closing. After being tossed around over and over on the phone for the Dallas Wal-Mart vision center, ( the number they game me for the frames were incorrect and I was not able to make out the handwriting) I was still left with no answers. After calling cartersville and speaking with a wonderful lady named Ashley, she was so polite and helpful while giving me all the answers I needed to more forward with my purchase. Ashley was so kind, sweet, and professional. Cartersville Walmart vision center in person and over the phone has left me feeling completely satisfied! Great job to the management and staff at that location!

I was told by my daughters insurance provider (Amerigroup-Medicaid) that this Wal-Mart vision center accepted their insurance. I call yesterday morning, 8/14/18, to schedule a new patient exam. The receptionist answers the phone, I tell her what Im calling for-and use the exact wording Im wanting to make a new patient appointment for an eye exam for my daughter She says ok, in a very polite voice, as if shes about to schedule the appointment, then asks what my daughters insurance was. I tell her that its Amerigroup, and she abruptly becomes very cold and tells me This doctor is not currently accepting new patients, goodbye. And hangs up on me.Very rude, very unprofessional, and I felt extremely discriminated against because of the particular insurance we have.

I have been there twice to pick up my glasses and the person working the vision center ia not licensed so that couldnt help me. What a waist of time and money. This is why the online retailers are taking my business from now.
