They tell me when something really needs to be done, and what maybe I can defer a little longer based on my budget. I appreciate that they let you drop your car the night before, which makes things much easier if you are working around a demanding schedule. They are proactive in their communication, and always shoot straight. They do quality work, and I am confident my car has been running for so long not only because of the quality of the initial build but also because of their excellent service. I have no intentions to take my car elsewhere.

I took my car in to have the guys look at an intermittent starting problem with my 2013 Honda Accord. The guys examined my car and told me that the grinding noise that i hear is addressed by Technical Survice Bulletin put out by Honda and made a referral to a transmission shop. I appreciate Ridgway for looking at my car to determine that some of the teeth on my starter and torque converter were ground down. They took pictures to show me the damage as well. I trust them.D. Got stranded on a highway today with my front wheel locked up. Randomly called the nearest repair shop asking if they had time to look at my car if I towed it to them. Had a flat tire on a motor scooter. Since they were right there I went in for service. Told the guy that I simply needed my tube patched (this tire has a tube). Simplest of jobs. There is only a fork on one side of the wheel, so you dont even have to remove the wheel. Just pop one side of the tire off, pull the tube out and patch it. Then put it back in and add air. I also explained that Im a heart patient and pushing this 200 lb scooter with a flat all the way home would be impossible. I was willing to pay whatever the cost.Service writer said we dont work on those. Not only is that all he said, it seems that he didnt know how to say anything else and repeated it. Not helping a stranded motorist and neighbor is a breach of basic human decency. No vehicle that I own shall ever be taken there.

Ive been there a few times since Ive been getting a lot of flats lately. Every single time Ive shown up unannounced theyve had me in and out in 10-15 minutes. Theyre fantastic. Id recommend them to anyone. The guy is always helpful and extremely nice. Fair and honest. If I ever have major repairs, Ill be coming here first.

Call Jeff for an estimate before you get work done somewhere else! Dealerships and chain stores never seem to beat his prices and he wont up sell you on a bunch of things you dont need. Top quality parts and work. Ive never had an issue and our family has been going to this family business for decades. Jeff is honest, reliable and friendly. You cant really ask for more.

This place is hands down the best place to get your car repaired in the Baltimore area. The people there are honest and always tell you exactly whats wrong and give you multiple options for fixing it. On numerous occasions Ive gone there and theyve done free work (albeit VERY minor). The fact that they would treat a relatively unknown customer with such respect and generosity speaks volumes about the place. I highly recommend getting any work possible done here.

Oil change and replaced battery.

I pulled off of 695 with one of my belts shredding and pulled right in to the garage. I explained that I was in a jam and needed to go pickup my kids from school. They had me out of there in just over an hour! Great local garage run by nice people.

Honest and competent, service-oriented, stand behind their work. Bring your car in for, say, a major service, and theyll check you car and tell you what you do and dont need. If the plugs are supposed to be replaced but they pull one and it looks fine, theyll tell you to wait on the plugs and save you some money. They treat everybody -- male, female, young, old, black, white -- the same. Highly recommended.

Fix Flat - No Problem; Ive gone in with a flat a few times and the service is prompt, complete and friendly. It is rewarding to do business with neighbors who are keeping such a beautiful building in good condition.

I had a severe oil leak that was found at the Jiffy Lube across the street. It turned out to be a blown oil seal/gasket, and I had no oil left!. It could have totally blown my engine! They fixed it at a reasonable price, and they were very pleasant to work with. Because I wound up driving the car for a little bit without any oil in it, it was possible that my engine could still be damaged, so they had me come by about a week later to double-check that the engine was okay. They put it up on the lift and checked everything out for no charge. I highly recommend them!
