I love walking into Metro to pay my bill because its such a wonderful environment. Stephanie Salinas is such a nice person and always make me feel welcomed.

(my visit was about two years ago but ive heard it hasnt changed) needs to hire more mature employees. our phones did not pick up service where we live and they couldnt care less. not very helpful. i do not reccommend

The lady Yeri was had great customer service, and was very patient ×it me and helped me get back the phone that belonged to me that was turned in to her store in Cedartown, and I purchased it in Cartersville... So I give her customer service 5 stars and he boss needs to give her a raise 😉 Thank you Yeri you have the best customer training Ive ever seen !!

We had metro for years but due to the lack of customer service we recently switched carriers, Everytime I go to this location they are very rude.

They dont ever answer the phone and the girls are not very nice. Its like a burdon to them to wait on someone.

Went to pay a bill at this store today about 2pm july26 2020 and was told b4 i got one foot in the door i could not come in cause i was not wearing a mask i was not aware that you had to be in a bubble suit to pay a bill here and the GIRL behind the counter was very rude to me about it she was very very rude instead of asking me if i had a mask i could put on all she could say id you cant be in here with out a mash SOME PEOPLE CANT WEAR A MASK cause of health condtiuons im one of thise im asthmatic and can not wear one so i got the hell out of there and WILL NOT BE BACK IN this is the worst customer service i have seen anywhere !

Elida was a lifesaver! Dropped my phone in the tub this morning and she was able to get me back up and running pronto. That girl is my hero today! If youre in Cedartown and need cell service or assistance, I recommend you stop in and see her - not only is she sweet but she knows her stuff!

If zero stars was an option that would be the best I could do. Someone was able to take over my account, change my password so that I am locked out, cant make changes to my own account, told ME I had to come in with photo ID (which I did) and STILL would not give me back control of my own account!! I cant do anything, but yet someone without verifiable ID was able to?!?! RIDICULOUS!!! Not reputable company as far as I can see, they are a joke!!!

If you want good service go to Rockmart PCS, Ammar wont let you down, his customer service is surpreme! Any other PCS your taking yoyr chances on whom you get and so far my experience with the other stores are lacking in comparison!

I walked in and nobody greeted me as I stood there they made eye contact never said hi or may I help you and it took me over an hour just to pay my bill this is the second time I have went in the same sore where I was just standing waiting the employees seem very rude definitely going to another store next time!!
