Jennifer did a great job helping me choose a plan. I needed help setting things up and she was very helpful getting me into a new phone. I really appreciated her approach and her willingness to make sure I had everything I needed to get my new plan going.

These folks are really there to help you solve problems. I needed to move my phone service from my employers service to my own personal service. Patrick patiently walked me through every step of the process and I walked out the store with a new service and all of the information from my old phone quickly ported over my new phone.

Paige helped me and two other gentlemen, all setting up my new iPhone13Pro and working together for speedy finish. They were amazing and so nice. I’d been in before and pre-ordered the phone. It’s wonderful to have a Verizon in our town and I’m so thankful for each of the people at Verizon-Cedartown!!!

I was so glad to find a Verizon store that had no wait time and pleasant staff. Chantel spent hours with me (literally) trying to fix a phone issue. She was amazing. I will definitely be back for all my future purchases. It was so nice to be able to interact with a human, not an app. No question was too silly and no request a burden. Highly recommend!!

$25 for the device set up but they didnt set it up or even open the box. Next time I will just buy online for a better deal.

Chantal had helped me get into my account for over a week she tried everything to help me. Because corporate stores told me there’s nothing they can do to get me into my own account when it’s in my name, my ex changed the emails passwords and account pin. Finally made a breakthrough with her and got my account back and got the two lines I needed. They are super awesome here. Incredibly helpful.

Jennifer went above and beyond when I came into her store that is not an actual Verizon store Russell Cellular is an authorized dealer she treated me like she was happy to see me. I came into her store on Saturday at 6pm and she closes at 8pm she tried so hard to get my new Galaxy Note Ultra 20 to work she was patient with everyone she talked to but she still could not help. I did leave her store drove 30 minutes back to the Verizon store I finally got everything working on my phone but not happy that I had to run around trying to get it working just to come back to where I started.

This is a decent store does not carry as much stuff as the Rome store. They also cant do everything at the Rome store can because it is a franchise store. The Silver staff was decent not as knowledgeable as I thought.

This store is awesome they spent hours to help port my numbers to two phones the problem wasnt theirs it was straight talks, but they hung in there and got it done, Im so glad I switched to Verizon you all rock. Thank yall for all you all done for me.

I would like to take a moment to commend an employee at the Cedartown, Ga store. My husband and I both had issues with our phone and were lucky enough to make the acquaintance of David Wilkins. We were immediately welcomed into the store even though it was close to closing time. He patiently answered our questions and spent the time we needed -- even though he had a family waiting for him at home. Typically, such excellent customer service is rare but David exemplified the characteristics of a caring and concerned employee. Kudos to him! I wanted a new phone to replace my S4 mini. I bought a J7 about a month ago for my wife and really like it. Joey showed me the J3, same phone but smaller. It is just what I wanted. I appreciate his help figuring out what the right phone was for me. Joey showed me how I could upgrade my account for more, faster data and buy the new phone and actually reduce my monthly bill by about $30. Awesome! Now that is sales and customer service at best.

The manager and staff were the best. Ive been there before and theyve been rude and unhelpful (in other counties). This time they were very nice and extremely helpful with finding a phone for me and answering any questions or concerns. Ive been at the Verizon store in cedartown. Joey has been truly wonderful working to help me. Hes an exceptional young man and has great patience when helping older adults. I observed him helping an older man before me and he was extremely patient. He spent a lot of time helping me with my phone and was so kind and patient. I will definitely go back to Joey when I get ready to upgrade. How refreshing to see and benefit from such great customer service. I had been to another store and the man didnt even try to help me. Went by to pickup a replacement Sim card for an old prepaid phone for a relative to use temporarily while waiting for a new phone for Christmas (she recently broke her iPhone). The young lady was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and kind. The phone had been purchased at BestBuy 2-3 years ago as a WiFi only device for my young nephew. The phone didnt come up in the database (even though it is a Verizon branded phone). The lady called Verizon and had it added to system a d went through the entire process for me and activated the phone on a $50 prepaid plan. She went above and beyond what I had originally requested and saved me time and frustration.I would definitely recommend a visit to this authorized retailer if you dont require a service or repair only available at a corporate store.In the past, this location has price matched an on-line only offer for me, allowing me to get my new phone immediately and not wait for it to be shipped and causing a repeat visit to the store to get all my data transferred to the new device (pre-smart phone era).I have had to go into this location to pickup a new sim card because online tech support stated my issues were caused by a bad son card. This authorized retailer gave me the sim card at no charge, even though they are not a corporate store and didnt have to. Great store and great people.

I had a problem and Rockmart could not solve so i went to Cedartown store. Joey was NOT helpful. But PAIGE was the hero and fixed my problem and she didnt stop until it was done. PAIGE IS THE ONLY REASON I WOULD GO TO RUSSELL CELLULAR
