My favorite Begals .This has been always a best choice for a quick bite on the go. I love my Bengal with Honey Almond Shmear .Jalapeno Begal, Hashbrowny Begal, 5 Cheese are few of my favorite Begals....Luv to try different flavor all the times :)

Good spot for a quick snack!

Bought bagels at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. You would think the closing crew would have cleaned the bathrooms for the next day. Clearly, that didnt happen. Other reviews have complained about the lack of cleanliness at this location. This is just one more negative review for management to take action for the benefit of your customers.

I love this place and every time I come to Colorado I stop it einsteins Bagels. I would have given them five stars but they were out of most of the bagels. I must say it was close to closing time but still The Bagel that I chose was not fresh. It actually cut the top of my mouth. But overall I will be going back again because I know they have an excellent product. The employees are very nice.

I was a bit concerned after looking at the reviews but I went in on a Monday morning and the lines went quick, and the cashier lady was nice. I set up my laptop and was able to enjoy some quiet work while eating a bagel. Not many people eating there so it was nice. Everything looked clean.

Einstein bagels locations often have inventory issues, but this location is a new low. Stopped in for a quick breakfast at 10am. They were already out of half their bagels and staffed by 3 teenagers, 2 still in training and one who was indifferent at best. My order was made incorrectly and in the short time it took to make it, they were out of half the supplies to eemake it. I left without getting breakfast. If you arent there at opening, dont bother.

Was here for a late breakfast at 10:30 on 1/20/20 and it was absolutely swamped. Despite that, the one server (I never got her name but she had short strawberry blonde hair and a tattoo on the back of her neck) was extremely polite and pleasant. She was able to dedicate her attention to all of her customers despite being one of the few employees working the register. She was also able to get our food in a timely and efficent manner without seeming dismissive or uninterested in us. I would come here again!

Couldnt get our order correct even after going back to the counter to get it corrected. The only thing we wanted customized was light on the sauce and substitute one of the Thintastic bagels for the normal one. The cashier got it correct and we paid extra for it. It was first made with the normal bagel so I brought it back up and showed we ordered the thin bagel. She offered to cut the normal down so it was thinner. I said no we want the thin one. She said OK but was obviously confused and just grabbed another normal one and cut it down so it was thinner. Just gave up after that. After a couple of bites noticed that instead of going light on the sauce there was none.

Unless you like Cancer, check your sandwich/wrapper before you eat it if hot. They put my sandwich in the wrapper right after the microwave and it melted the plastic liner on the inside of the wrapper. Sandwich was ruined (plastic melted into the bagel). Called and politely told them but they didnt offer me any recourse (another sandwich maybe?). This was the manager. Wont be back.

This place is fairly convenient for me. My husband and I stopped by for a quick breakfast, while the staff is nice, the food is cold and it looks unappetizing. They could improve tremendously on the overall customer experience to increase business. I will not be back unless Im just picking up coffee. I do like their hazelnut flavor coffee- other than that, I will not be ordering food at this location.

This location is a great way to start any day. The staff are attentive, act like they want to be there, theyre very courteous, and theyre quick to brew up a pot of French Vanilla coffee when it runs out. You get a view of Arapahoe Rd. from the back of the restaurant, but the windows are big enough to also give you a nice view of the sky and let the sun shine in brightly. The coffees good, the food is great and well-prepared, the service is good, and its a nice place all around.

The lines go quickly, though they don’t always have a huge variety of bagels. The staff is generally friendly and they try to get you in and out as soon as possible to keep things moving. Delicious breakfast sandwiches!

Went to location. They messed up my order. I spoke to a holly and said come in and we will replace your order. Went in today was advised there was no holly. Got 1 sandwich for free but dam they messed up the order make sure you check what you got before you leave! I know i called the right store and i get told there is no one there by that name

I dont understand how you could be closed due to thecoronavirus everyone else is open so it just seems like an excuse and lies..... I wont eat here again

I absolutely love Einstein Bagels. I like to get the blueberry toasted with butter or their bacon egg and cheese bagel. You cant go wrong going here. Great service as well.

First time here and we were looking at the menu and they redirected us to the cashier when we were deciding on what we wanted to eat. We then placed our order and they got my bagel wrong 2 times! The lady making the bagels was/is rude and to make it worse she gives you a dirty look. The place is absolutely dirty! Had to wipe down our table in order to eat on a “clean” surface! The employees here are rude and when they don’t get things right the first time they will definitely give you nasty attitude! I absolutely don’t recommend this location! Go to another one cause the food is good but the employees are not friendly!

I have eaten at Einstein’s literally hundreds of times. If I’m on business travel, I eat Einstein’s half the time for breakfast. It’s a family favorite and has been since my 3 boys started soccer and for the last ten years of soccer games. I love their Nova Lox.I went to this location off of Arapahoe & Peoria and was taken back by my order of Nova Lox. The Salmon was barely covering half of the bagel, the cream cheese covered just over half, 1 small slice of tomato about 1/4 the size of the bagel, and about 4 capers per bagel half. I went back and questioned the portion, to which the manager (I believe) added a small piece of salmon to each. I would have rated this 1 star, if not for her polite accommodation. That said, if your focus is on food cost over presentation and quality-to-value, you will lose customers. This location needs to address their quality, and with that, I will not be eating here in the future.

My daughter and I go here 1x/week give or take. The hot chocolate machine has been broken for months. I generally have a great experience with the staff, and the food is consistently good though I only order the Santa Fe. The tables usually have crumbs on them and it seems that they need more help in the mornings on week days.

Im not sure where the disconnect is with this location, but out of at least five experiences with them, one experience has been pleasant. The first few times I went, I expected to be able to come in, order a couple to go dozen boxes, and be on my way.At the Yosemite location, even when you throw in the extra business of a drive through, Im in and out. With this location, the few of times Ive walked in expecting to grab said boxes Ive waited in line, then for the boxes, for a total of about 20 minutes.After this I decided to start ordering online first, since I wanted around two dozen bagels. The first time I did this, it went great. This last time I did this, they hadnt even printed off my order, much less filled it, even though I arrived at least 15 minutes past the ready time I had requested online.Im definitely going back to the Yosemite location even though its out of my way.

Theyre always out of cinnamon sugar bagels by 11. Whats even the point?

Cookies last time were burnt, there a waste when they let them burn like that. My husband picked up my order and he just tells them what I want, he doesnt look, he will now tho, got burnt cookies again. Why so they even serve those?? Its a dishonor Because when there made correctly, there the best chocolate chip cookies, heavenly is true, when there made correctly that is. ;( :(

This place is perfect for coffee/dessert breakfast. Tables are clean and seats are comfortable, bakery is fresh and tasty.

I left the store pretty disappointed. There was 3 employees and maybe like a family of 4! Not a lot of customers. Well I order a bagel, waited, and came out cold!!! Didn’t say anything, I was starving, hadn’t eaten the whole day... I hope it doesn’t happen often 😪

I went in this morning and this older gentleman making bagels was complaining loudly about his job to his coworker. He then called out peoples name, which were pretty basic names,(Justin, John, Ryan) and then my order was up, My nickname is Shawn and he pronounces it Shane and then says to his coworker, again loudly, that there have been weird names this morning. Bagel was good I love Einstein’s bagels but this level of professionalism was uncalled for. Any staff, but especially someone older, should not be loudly complaining for all of the customers to hear it.

Waited 15 minutes for a bagel to go. When I got to work, I realized it was so burnt that it wasnt edible. Thanks a lot! Im hungry! What kind of employee would see a black bagel and think it is OK to cover it in cream cheese and call it good?

I ordered the veggie sandwich with hummus. It was terrible. The lettuce and spinach were wilted, the tomato wasnt ripe or fresh. There was one poor slice of a cucumber. I had to take off the lettuce which left me with one slice of cucumber, one sad tomato slice, red onions and hummus. Very poor quality. Will not return or recommend.

I like going here for a quick lunch during the work day. Einsteins has a great lunch menu, or you can always get a cheap breakfast sandwich for lunch, also. Rarely a line during the peak lunch time when most other food places nearby are packed.

If I had one of those jobs that allowed me to walk in late with bagels and coffee this would be my go to place. Their bagel sandwiches are phenomenal! Go on....try a bagel...any bagel.

Walked in on 10/27 at 7:30am to order a dozen bagels, to be told they didnt have enough to for fill the customer in front of me or my order. Very disappointed. The manager did not seem to care as he was asked if there was some coming up to be available. He said no right in front of all the customers. Then said he had to go bake some. Not one person apologized about not having bagels ready at a bagel store. So went across the street to My Favorite Muffin

Great service, the staff here was very nice and informative on questions I asked concerning my food pick. Everything taste great and the service was fast even when there was a line to the door.

They were extremely rude, they didn’t have cream out two hours before they were supposed to close. Seemed as if they were offended that we even ordered from them . Perhaps these people neglect to see that we’re the ones who fill their checks.

The Bagels are very good. Only a few days until the return of the Pumpkin Walnut Crunch variety! The Coffee is always good too.

Almost always understaffed. Wait times as long as 30 minutes on occasion. Employees seem stressed, and with good reason since theres usually only one person making the orders. Have been there when one person is taking AND making the orders. Seems to be the early morning schedule is lacking an employee or two. Food is good, but the staff tarnishes this experience.

I usually get a bagel and juice for my lunch while at Woodcraft store doing carving demo. This morning they were a bit slow: 7 - 8 minutes to get peanut butter bagel. Mostly a very well operated store. Ill return.

Gave me a dozen raw donuts, had to drive back, have the manager ignore me before stating, wait 20 minutes and they will be fine. Totally rude but I took them back to the office and guess what, still raw. Contacted corporate office, they apologized and offered to send out a couple of gift cards. That was a month ago, did not receive anything. Decided to try the place again since it is close, the manager was slouched on a table fast asleep and snoring in the middle of the restaurant! Totally done with this place.

First time to an Einsteins and they got my order wrong...they gave me a completely different meal from what I ordered. The only reason I might go back to an Eintsteins is because I can at least get bagels...that should be easy enough of an order.They at least got my friends order right when we went and the staff were at least friendly, but very unprofessional. Im not sure anyone wants their passwords being talked about in front of their guests...

Freshly made bagels, in house seating, hot coffee, this place is great for meeting before an outing. Gets pretty busy in the morning, though.

Walked in and they took orders from the register, this allowed two other people to go in front of me.(Im use to order here, pay there) They didnt have seseme bagels, they called me Michelle, they didnt toast our two bagels, then put them in the microwave with the cream cheese on still on them when I asked for them toasted, forgot a slice of tomato on one bagel. The table we sat at was dirty(least dirty table they had) I was sitting down to eat and seseme bagels came right out of the oven. The spinach bacon breakfast sandwhich was good.

This location is dirty - the service is horrible, most of the staff is rude. I love Einsteins so Im looking for another location close to my work address.

I was a little bummed my favorite spread, Sundried tomato and basil, was cut off the menu but could easily find tasty substitutes. Einsteins has great email promotions and always has something fresh when Im craving some carbs.

This Einstein Bagels is the worst. Every time we come something is wrong. It is never a huge deal, but it is every single time. For instance we got in our car and there was missing cream cheese on one bagel, or this time our bagels were not toasted like we had asked. The family sitting next to us was also upset that their bagels were not toasted . Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying when you pay $5 for a bagel.
