Quite possibly the most rude vaccination greeter on the planet. Extremely vulgar personality. I wholeheartedly recommend going somewhere else. If do not desire to be here, you do not need to make every one else miserable. Additionally after obtaining the vaccine they make you sit down like a criminal for 20 minutes. God forbid you say 10 minutes.

Never had a problem with this store. Staff always professional and if there is a situation now in the pharmacy area it could be due to overwhelming demand for the vaccine. I got my two shots at this location and all went smoothly.

We have read some negative reviews, not sure why. We have been shopping here for years. This store, in particular, has been wonderful during the pandemic; extremely accommodating, pleasant and polite, both the front end and pharmacy. They are getting a bad tap!!

These companies do not care if you are unhappy there. What they NEED is for NOT ONE PERSON to walk into their stores for a full 7 day period. GAURANTEE after that, they would be SO HUMBLE !!!!!!!

Came to this location for my COVID vaccine. My first dose went smoothly. The man who you checked in with seemed cool. The woman who administered my shot was extremely nice.I am currently here for my second dose. As I was checking in with the same man as last time, an elderly woman came in to check in as well. She did not have a smartphone which is required to check in. The man offered to check in for her because she said she did not know how to use a smartphone, but then immediately handed her a smart phone. The woman (who was probably in here 70’s) took the phone and looked confused. She said to the man, “how do you get the alphabet to show up? I don’t know how to use these phones.” The man snapped and said, “oh so just go off and yell at me then. Take it out on me.” He responded like an angsty teenager would, even though he is probably in his 40’s. Was extremely unhappy with the way he treated this woman. I would have given 1 star, but my experience the first time around was great. This man needs to be spoken to.

These negative reviews are just spoiled brats who have to have their way an the time. Most pharmacies take a while. They have a lot of work to do. They are always polite and helpful to me. They call doctors for me. Never a super long wait. Ira is great.

I have to agree with the other posters; this location is HORRIBLE. Mostly because the staff is horrible. Unprofessional, unmotivated, and just plain rude.Too bad, because it is a nice store and great location.

This pharmacy is horrible. They can not get a prescription right. God forbid you have two insurance companies, that will really throw these geniuses for a loop. They will just charge you full price if they can’t figure out which insurance it goes under. They have been rude, blame the doctors office for not sending the prescription over when you literally watched the doctor do it. I’ve since left this disaster of a place and not going back !! They should be closed!!

Genuinely worst pharmacy I’ve EVER been to, and I’ve been to my fair share. Takes forever to fill prescriptions, takes even longer to pick up in the store. Withheld my father’s blood pressure medicine from him for over TWO weeks, despite having his doctor calling CVS insurance THREE times. Took FOUR days to fill my antibiotics that I needed the day I was prescribed them. One star is way too generous.

0 stars would be about 10 stars too many. Every time I’ve had to come to this pharmacy, there’s been an issue. The staff is incredibly rude to the point where I have no idea how they’re still in business. I called the pharmacy with a request for them to call my insurance company (because the insurance company requires it) and was first hung up on by a nasty woman in the pharmacy, then lectured by a supposed manager on how it’s the insurance company’s responsibility to call them, and how they should just pick up the phone (hello pot, it’s kettle...). The manager rudely ignored my concerns and continued asking me questions, to the point where I had to stop him and ask if he was going to actually address my issue or not. He did not. I have no idea whether my prescription will be refilled, but I will be changing everything over to a pharmacy with competent employees as soon as I can find one, and even if it’s a 45 minute drive.You may see an older review from me below. I switched to Slater’s immediately after writing that and was very happy there, but unfortunately they closed and we were stuck back at CVS. looking into other options now.TL;DR - great pharmacy if you enjoy waiting around while they try to fix their mistakes while giving you an attitude, getting reprimanded because of how your insurance company interacts with them, and being greeted with an attitude.

The pharmacist wasn’t able to find my prescription and seemed to think it was my fault that it wasn’t there. After the pharmacist walked away from me the technician came over to give me an attitude. He told me to call another store to see if they had my prescription. They were both incredibly rude! I called my doctor and he confirmed that I was at the correct pharmacy. The pharmacist was frantically counting pills and giving a flu shot while she spoke to me. I never got my prescription. I’m not sure when it became appropriate to have two teenagers running a busy pharmacy but it was incredibly unprofessional.

The actual store is not bad but the pharmacy does not even deserve one star. There’s always a long wait and the employees seem to never have any idea what they’re doing. They can’t find prescriptions that have been “filled”, they didn’t bill correctly, etc etc etc. They don’t contact the doctor for you if there’s an issue filling the rx (they make you do it,) but you won’t know this until you go there and waited online to pick it up and then waited for them to figure out why it says ready but it’s not. Ugh I hate this place.

One star is far too kind. This is seriously the worst pharmacy ever. Go here if you enjoy constantly dealing with people who have no idea what theyre doing. After coming here for over a year, they somehow lost my insurance and charged me for two medications that should have been free. To fix it, they had to re-enter the same insurance Ive had on file with CVS for years (used to go to a different location). Now standing around for 20 minutes waiting for them to process the refund. Finding a new pharmacy immediately, this was the last straw.

ON 6/30/2018. 1:54PM Reg#2 TRN#8477 STR#6025My husband went there spent $32.53 dollars.he asked a woman in pharmacy department, if he can use the restroom,She said: it is not for public use.,My husband is an elderly gentlemen, we are living not far from CVS. he drove home and pissed in his pants, it is very humiliating.They should have public toilet.I called the store to make a complaint. A woman on the phone hung up on me.

A lot of the people on here are giving the pharmacy bad reviews, however despite the long wait, they are very helpful, and they told my something my own doctor couldn’t answer for me. The long wait honestly doesn’t seem to surprise me because it is in a very busy area with a lot going on.

This place is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. The staff thinks they know more than the doctors that prescribe the medications They try and counter what doctors issue because they are the experts. The staff just needs to process the orders and keep their opinions to themselves. Beware using this pharmacy
