The woman behind the counter was on the phone and kept waving me off everytime I try to ask her to purchase something. And then when she finally came to the register she was still on the phone talking. No professional courtesy whatsoever. It was like talking to a brick wall. She must have said what three times. And then told me they did not have it. Unbelievable. I know which 7-Eleven to avoid.

One rude worker has ruined this place for me. Ive gone here every morning for years and Ill never be back. I no longer feel welcomed. Plus theres too many other places that would love to have my money and patronage.

My wife wanted a Coffee and a Danish. I wanted white castle! We bought 1 coffee and a Danish and left.We were Charged for 2 coffees and a Danish! Went back to the 711 and The Indian owner said I bought 2 coffees and a Danish when I didnt! She was very rude and Nasty!! I make 150,000 a year as a Union Plumber. I wouldnt Ever go there again!! Stay away!!!

Wayne and his staff are always on point. The store is always spotless clean and always greeted with a smile when our family comes in. We go to all of his stores and appreciate how hard they all work. And thank goodness they always ask us is there anything else you need because we always forget something.

Best 7-11 on long island! I visit this store at least twice a day. Always greeted with hello and how are you doing! The owners, Wayne and Susan, are wonderful people and their stores in Lake Grove and Centereach are the cleanest 7-11s around.

Whatever you do dont go here. people working there like to cover up their mistakes and blame instead the customers for it.

Obnoxious, discourteous, inefficient staff. On Saturday morning? Two employees, one customer, and had to wait to pay because the two women were busy talking about their teeth. DISGUSTING.
