I have been using Jim as my mechanic since the early 90s. He never over charges, never says your car needs something when it doesnt. Oil changes are fast, tires are very reasonable. Does ny inspections. Brakes, belts, pulleys. Never an issue.

Thats friendly service no problems I was in and out My oil was changed and they had the record from last time no complaints

Took my car there for timing belt kit replacement .Next day when I picked it up the heat was not working I called them they told me to bring it back .Then they said that the water pump that I provided was bad told me that I needed to replace it again and everything will be fine .They charged me to replace the water pump .When I picked it up I heard a noise coming out from the engine.I took it to Honda Dealer for diagnostic Honda said that I needed a new engine because it had misfire and they found ante freezer everywhere they said they don’t know what this other people did .I took it back to Firestone for the Third time The owner told me to leave the car few hours later called me to come in to tell me that the engine was bad and other bunch of excuses .He said that they didn’t work on the engine and didn’t take responsibility at all.For what I know the timing belt and the components make the engine works .I end up expending 10k for a new engine .Never going back there not even for oil change ...

My husband goes here, my father goes here, even my grandfather used to go here. They’ve never disappointed us for generations

I have been going to Jimmys Firestone for 30 years. Honest, reliable, fast, great service. You can bring your car in and know that you will not be ripped off and the work needed will be done properly.

Terrible place. They put dirty oil when I did oil change. It took them just 5 mins and after I was like how come and the guy said he’s done. I check the oil level and I saw dirty oil on the oil metal level check. DON’T GO THERE EVER. When you go there first they will do okay just to deceive you then after they try to destroy your car.

The owner Jim is phenomenal. Its rare you find a mechanic that has good character and integrity. I have been going to him for the past three years and he has always been fair and never tried to run game. I decided to come here to write a review after my most recent mechanical issue. He reviewed with me possibilites of resolving the issues before deciding to spend a ton of money. It was encouraging to read reviews that share the same sentiment.

My family and I have been going to Jimmy for YEARSSSSS! They also know him on a personal level. So it was only right that I refer my mother to him as well. She needed new tires and back brakes before making the drive back home to Florida. She brought her car in last week. She waited there until the car was finished. When everything was completed she just jumped in the car and left. When she got to her destination and went to the front of the car she realized that her car had been hit. Her bumpers paint was all off, as if someone swiped her car. She immediately went back and requested to look at the tapes. Jimmy and her BOTH saw something that looked like a collision on camera as her car and another car got extremely close. Jimmy told her that its hard to tell on that specific camera but he has another camera in the back that he can check after the shop closed and he will get back to her in the morning. Well, needless to say, the next morning he called and said nothing happened and their was no collision. She wanted to see for herself but he refused to show her and she also wanted him to playback when she first pulled in the parking lot early that morning before anyone arrived to prove that she had no damage on her car. He refused! He even refused to provide his insurance info so my mother can put in a claim and let the insurance companies deal with it. He then lied to my moms claims agent and said my mother had other scratches on her car which is a bold face lie (and would be irrelevant even if she did)! Even the claims adjuster saw the car and said the only damage is the front bumper. My mother paid almost $900 that day for work. Its sad how Jimmy refused to take ownership and do the right thing. Especially considering how long and how well he knows our family. Never in a million years did I think Jimmy would be as nasty as he was. Sad and pathetic. But the best of luck to him and his business. One less customer he has to worry about.

Was referred by my sister Cajuste - well what a welcome surprise to find a mechanic thats as honest as Jimmy. Came in with a new used car, not only did he take care of what I came in for he did a complete inspection, topped up all the fluids, told me what services needed to be performed in the future and also prioritized them for me so I can manage getting this car in perfect running condition.

Criminals. My mother went got an oil change and they drained the coolant. When she went back to get it rectified they BROKE THE CONTAINER. HOW the hell do you do that? Then tried to charge her $500 to fix it. Really? Is that how it works? And to make sure she has no evidence of going there they took her receipt. Truly disgusting and CRIMINAL.
