Very quick service! Was greeted immediately upon entry and was given a diagnostic test for which mattresses were the best fits for me (free of charge). Very helpful since I honestly had no idea what I was looking for beyond soft v.s. firm mattress types. The owner, Surender, was very helpful and polite during the whole process. I even got my mattress delivered the very next day! Thanks to Surender, I won’t be needing another mattress anytime soon but I am recommending him and his store to anyone in the market for one!

I just want to say that this is one of the best services that were ever given to my parents and I. Mr. Surender (the kind man which seems to be the manager that assisted us) was so kind, helpful, and very patient with my parents and I -even though I took an hour to pick a mattress. He was so helpful in different ways like: suggesting different mattress companies that I might be comfortable with and in my parents price range, letting us use a mattress picker (I am not sure what it’s called), and gave us much time to choose. He was also patient because I was very picky about the mattress that I wanted and he still was patient and gave me more choices to choose from. I had a great shopping experience with Don. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about mattress types. I had a bed match test for the first time and it was something unique for me.I placed my order immediately and waiting for the delivery. Comfort exchange option is a plus if you are not happy with the mattress type.I decreased the stars from 5 to 3 because of the late delivery. I ordered on Monday, it was going to be delivered on Thursday but unfortunately it is scheduled to deliver on Saturday. When I ask the reason, I was told that it was out of stock but at the beginning when I was buying it was not mentioned.So when you are buying a matters make sure that it is in stock to avoid late delivery if you make your plans specifically.

They do not keep you updated with your order. I, the customer, had to call to find out my delivery day has been pushed back to 2 weeks later ON THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DAY. I asked to transfer me to whoever deals with this absurd situation and they hung up on me. I called again and as soon as they heard my voice, they hung up again. I am speechless. I just wished to talk to someone who can deal with the situation and all they do is hanging up the phone. They told me to throw away the bed before the bed arrive or they would charge me so I threw it away the day before and slept on the floor. Now I have to sleep on the floor for the next 2 weeks. No one wants to be responsible for their poor operation. Do not buy anything from this place unless you can walk out with your purchase. The worst customer service you can get after spending close to 2000 dollars.Side story, the friend purchased the mattress and bed frame on the next day I purchased my bed and mattress from Overstock. She bought it cheaper and received constant updates through the text. Her delivery arrived already. I spent more money, got less service, and now I am sleeping on the floor.

I purchased a king size mattress from Mr. Surrender and good customer service and thorough explaining different models and also promised next day delivery which was great.However, I am disappointed they wouldn’t return an unopened bed protector I purchased from them not knowing my wife purchased one prior to the bed purchase..@ Matress Warehouse- I did get walk in person to talk to salesperson and also spoke with customer support. Best they told me you could do is credit me $120 if I intent to purchase a new bed in the future. This is after I attempted to return an unopened box less than 24 hours after purchase.Terrible customer service.
