Well Ms.Wanda and Rico were so busy running behind each other, nothing was done properly. Ms.Wanda called me the day of delivery,and said she had to verify references.The only problem was I came in on 11-23.She called me on 11-28.Ms.Wanda told me that’s the procedure with everyone.I just find it funny that other renta centers told me they verify when you fill out the application.Bad management,and can’t even admit that I was handled horrible.She had the attitude like she was doing me a favor.And instead of the guy Rico,they should hire someone who can work around women,and control themselves.
