Got what I needed. Very pleasant young woman provided excellent advice and customer service.

The staff is cool but the toilet seat in the mens room... the last stall... needs to be changed out. Home Depot... shouldnt have these issues.

Yesterday had to walk past installation technician in bright green t shirt(nice face tat by the way) standing at garden center entrance smoking! And again while I ckd out and left! No greeting from cashier when I entered bc she was busy talking to him and completely ignored me. HELLO!!!

The worst customer service I had to deal with.Bought a washing machine, paid with my debit card . I was giving a delivery date, the delivery department never called me to confirm the delivery time so I decided to call them only to find out that the order hadn’t been processed . A new delivery date was scheduled for 4 days later. That was a Saturday, I received a time slot for the delivery and had canceled all of my appointments for that day to wait for the washer . A call came that morning that MY washer was DAMAGED in shipment and to wait until Monday to get a call from Samsung and then they will let me know when my new delivery date was going to be.Went to the store and cancel the order, I was told that I was going to get my Money deposited back into my bank account in 3 days .Waited and waited a week and still hadn’t received my money. Called customer service, they gave me the run around and put me on hold for more than an hour. At this time don’t know when they will decide they can give me my money.Is so frustrating to deal with people that doesn’t respect the the time and money of their customers.LAST TIME I’M DEALING WITH HOME DEPOT .I’m even canceling my Home Depot credit card.By the way the same day I canceled the order with Home Depot I went to BEST BUY bought the same washing machine at exactly the same amount, was delivered 4 days later without any problems.

The people there are really nice and help my 7yr.old granddaughter find paint for her first decorating project. Helping her to select coordinating colors.

Air conditioning with warranty I had to wait almost an hour and a half to return it with no one in line that was just so the girl to talk to the warranty people and then get the supervisor of tomorrow

My rating is on the Women’s bathroom in the Chalmette location. 4 out of 4 stalls and all of the toilets were nasty. The store was clean and employees were very helpful.

Quick checkout. Everything is well stocked.

Overall the store is great, clean and easy to navigate. The garden center staff is somewhat knowledgeable but could use some classes on local gardening. In addition, the person who does the ordering should be aware of what grows best in this region. They have great hours. Easy to access. The lines are always short and someone always on hand at self checkout.

Good place if you know what youre looking for. Sometimes the people who work there know and sometimes they dont, but theyre usually nice.

Nothing to get excited about, its just a home Depot. Dont expect any quick help of you need assistance loading your vehicle with heavy items. I waited over half an hour for someone to help me lift a toilet and vanity into my vehicle. And they sent the oldest employee to help, not the younger stronger able-bodied men or women but the retiree.

Absolutely phenomenal group of people. I live within 1 mile of a home depot but I will always definitely drive to this one, the service and knowledge is unmatched.

Easy to find what you want.

Sad what the big box stores are coming to. Wanted to buy a gas dryer and bring it home. No can do is the word now. Pay for it and wait 7 to 10 days and it will be delivered to your home. Well after calling in the morning to see what my delivery window was going to be. Noon to 4 pm, at 4:30 I called to ask if it was still coming. Dont know why they told you that, it didnt even make it to the warehouse yet. We can deliver it a week from now. Tried to get it delivered to the store, so I could pick it up on my terms. No they dont do that. I cancelled the order and called around. Was able to pick it up from A1 the next day. $40 cheaper. So sad.

Everything went great at Home Depot today they didnt have the Sander I want it so I went an talk to the manager and he sold me the one on display with 45Dollars off the price so I was every happy with the way I was treated Thank you Home Depot.

Do not go to this place if you expect employees and customers to socially distance and wear masks and wear them properly. I spend tens of thousands of dollars here but I am seriously thinking about going to a safer location. Employees had masks around their necks talking to customers 3 fert away from each other. Heck, as soon as you enter the customers have to make sure they get away.from the.greeter who.stands in the center of a 6 foot wide door. Please change this reckless way of doing business Post Covid or I will go back to Lowes.

We were greeted by an employee, who was courteous and helpful in locating a specific item.

Hands down, this is the best Home Depot in the New Orleans area. The staff are exceptionally helpful and accessible--a rare find for big box type home improvement stores. Their tool rental center is also exceptional when compared to other similar rental counters. Staff is super nice and eager to help. Another nice thing about this store is that there seems to be very little staff turnover. I think that says a lot about a store when they are able to hold onto their employees over the years.

This home depot is the best hardware store Ive been too. The employees and cleanliness are two of the reasons. Other reasons were products almost always in stock and prices are reasonable compared to other home improvement stores. Ill be back!

The worker for the paint section is never there and the lady at customer hates her job so dont think your getting anything done there. But if I could rate the worker Joe in electrical I would rate him at 5 stars! He deserves a raise and may need to be moved to a higher position because he was the only one getting anything done in the store!
