The guy that answered the phone sounded half asleep. Then told me he cant help me source a battery for my electric razor. I got the impression he just didnt want to help and that I was a bother to him. Bummer.

Bought brand new cycle battery in May 3 weeks later on a bike ride left me setting and had to get a new battery to make it home when I called about returning it for credit that couldmt be done instead I would get a new battery which would be useless at that point as I already had to get a new one.battery had 3 cells half dry and was never on charger as it was 3weeks old just wanted to be treated fairly

Had some watchs and key fob that needed replaced. Told me he didnt have time. I bought a battery there about a year or so ago, wasnt a problem then. Must have been a problem this time, apparently wasnt a big enough sale for 5 small batteries! The sad part was I was the only person there! I will make my purchases elsewhere. I guess I interrupted his coffee break.

These guys got me a great deal on a SUV battery thats still running months later with no issues. Money was tight and they found me a refurbished one. They sell high end batteries too if youre not financially strapped.

My Dodge Charger wouldnt start so I walked down and asked them for assistance and they let me use their portable charger that got my car started. Drove down to have them test the battery and found the battery connection (the ground side) was was loose. They fixed it right then and there, no charge, no problem. Awesome guys and would recommend this be your first stop!

Associates were very respectful. Great prices and explained all my options rather than trying to up sale me. My grandma is going to price a battery for her RV there soon so I’ll update review then. On a side note, the manager was pretty cute, but taken. I tried. My grandma might have better luck HA JK.

Service is excellent, prices can’t be beat. I was in and out with a new battery installed in 15 minutes. Advanced Auto couldn’t change my battery because of the length of time required, Auto Zone said it could be changed but would take 45 minutes. Fitzgerald quoted twice the cost of everyone else.

Best place for batteries in the Chambersburg area. If you are older as my wife and I are Phil (the owner) will even do house calls if a vehicle has a bad battery. What more can one ask? Fair prices, great service and a positive attitude.

Battery one is my go to store for batteries. Ive bought several car batteries, motorcycle battery and a lawnmower battery from them. On September 19 I called around to check prices on a battery for my 2008 Accord. Battery One was not the lowest price but as it seemed to be a better quality (based in the CCA) than a near by competitor, I decided to spend the extra $10 and pay $89.95 for the 724 FMF. I went to their shop told them I had just called and wanted the battery. After it was installed, at check out I was informed that it would be $109.95. This is a classic variation on the bait and switch. The manager refused to honor the price I was quoted. Id suggest being very careful before you deal with these bandits, or better yet, go somewhere else.

Just went in for a marine battery for a trolling motor. They helped me get everything I needed and hooked the charger up for me and put everything in a box for me. They were very helpful!
