The lady behind the counter has the worst customer service ive ever seen. She was extremely rude no eye contact and even yelled at my partner for politely asking to change something on his order not even a second after handing her the paper. How she still works here after reading all the other reviews amazes me.

The lady behind the counter is so rude so me and my cousin go in to Order food and no later than when we walk in and start ordering she’s already going on about us changing stuff on our orders and she YELLS at my cousin because he wanted a bacon sandwich with just back horrible experience

Good place for grabbing something quick

Nice place to stop for a bite! Had a sausage dog w chili. Good and spicy! Chili dispenser was clogged. Lady helped me get it unstuck. Really nice. Sausage was really good made me think of a place I have been to in DE called Helens Sausage House. I took the last one. I would say fill that roller thing up! People will buy them! Good deviled eggs too in the floor case!

The lady behind the Counter was very rude i went up to pay for my things and she kinda threw the bag on the counter and when i said thank you she rolled her eyes and walked away i looked at the review for this place and saw alot of reviews about this lady why is she still working there

Reasonable prices on food and beverages. Always courteous staff.

Went in to buy some food, but I decided not to because the lady behind the counter kept glaring at us. My friend that was with me bought a drink and the lady was extremely rude for no reason. He even went out of his way to thank her for ringing him up, and she glared again and just said, Yep! No sense of hospitality in this establishment. Will never return.

(1/5) Walked in and immediately was given the dirtiest; most hatful look from thee lady behind the counter! My cousin and I walked back to the coffee and as I poured myself a cup, into my personal coffee mug, she was slamming things around and as soon as I walked up to thee counter, she purposely took her time coming to ring me out. I even handed her exact change; even though she over charged me for using my personal coffee mug (which is supposed to be 99c). I even was polite and said thank you have a good night and her response was yep! And she did NOT even make eye contact thee entire time!! #terriblecustomerservice

Worst customer service. Having gray/silver hair, the employees decided to make fun of me as i ate my food. They did not do so quietly. Lady wouldnt even make eye contact during the purchase. Very disguting customer service, if your different in any way do not come here as they will treat you like garbage. Go up the next exit in Greencastle multiple gas stations to choose fom with way friendlier staff.

Do not get gas here! We got gas today at 1:30 pm, left to go out of town for the day. On our way home(250 miles away) we are unable to use our card. Because this company has the authority to hold $75- $125 of our money, until they settle any payments at the pumps! I call to ask when they settle with their merchant account, explain that we will have to sleep in our car, to a rude gentleman saying he just works there call back in the morning..Well lets hope that me and my family have a nice safe night in our vehicle..Lesson learned, dont pay at the pump.. Better yet, after the employees attitude, I wont go there..

Came in around 11pm and ordered food . Lady behind the counter did not give eye contact . Communicated rudely with me and kept catching an attitude when I came to pay for my items . Lady behind the counter kept asking the man that cooks the food did we pay . If you are of African American descent I do not suggest you support !!

Was just there trying to order food.. young girl behind the counter was so disgustingly rude and had such a nasty attitude. I have never experienced such horrible service. She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, asked “what do you want?” In the rudest tone. I will never go back. We put what we were going to purchase away and left. She should be fired.

Great service any time of day or night

Their gas is competitive with everyone else. They have a little eatery, and make some decent food.

Over priced food in premade food section. 4 isles of potatoe chip and candy bars, no convenience. never buy a meatball sub, unless you like raw food. cooked pizzas are cheaper than buying them from the freezer, makes no sense same pizza 2 dollars more. low grade employees barely able to run a register. prices not listed on products, like eggs ect. if you want coffee its a gamble if label correctly. workers mostley drama before looking for customers in line. very poor for a area that could be sell more products, they must like chips. keep in mind its a booze family owner ship that never had a good record of good business either. every business they had basically rip off artists. buy gas if emergency and cigs. its a poor excuse of a convenience store period.

I have had good and bad experiences here, mostly good, it depends who is there. Their off road fuel prices are usually below average.
