Justin Adams was a first-rate representative for his company. His knowledge of the products we tried was pointed and valuable. He thoughtfully answered our questions. Nowhere in the process did I detect he was hyping a particular product for his own purposes. Rather, the process was as tailored as it could be to what were our needs for quality, comfortable sleep. He wasn’t pushy or slick. I appreciated his approach and knowledge while making my own decision.

Just got a new king mattress and adjustable bed frame with a 10 year warranty! This sale was an incredibly pleasant experience. The sales associate that helped me out, Xavier Kent, was very helpful and patient. I spent about an hour and a half looking at all the options and finally coming to a sale. You dont have to spend that much time there, but Im a younger guy whos still trying to figure things out. Xavier showed me all the pros and cons to different mattresses and frames to help me find the right fit. I feel that he was very honest, professional, and above all else accommodating. He helped me work out a payment plan with both a line of store credit and a layaway plan. I only spent $200 in store today, but I cant wait to pay my mattress off and get some much needed rest.

Anne was the absolute best as my husband and I selected our new bedroom furniture set and the accompanying mattress and pillows. We had our last set from Furniture Row for 16 or 17 years! I bought a mattress here 2 years ago from the salesman Blake. He was so helpful and nice, and he didnt push anything extra on me. I told him my budget and he found me an extremely comfortable mattress without exceeding my price, which was such a refreshing change since I had just gone to Mattress Firm and the guy there was trying to push me into a mattress over triple my budget and kept telling me I had to act then and there. Such a nicer experience here at Denver Mattress. I had to go in again the other day to buy a mattress cover for my parents (they liked the one I got here so much) and they were very helpful and kind yet again. And while I was there, one of my keys apparently fell off my keychain, so about 30 minutes later they found it and gave me a call using my information from the purchase (since apparently I had been the only person standing at that particular desk) to let me know I forgot my key. Ive had so many wonderful experiences here and cannot recommend it enough.

The buying process was very low pressure. Justin was very knowledgeable and low keyed in his salesmanship. He made me feel comfortable about taking my time trying out various different beds. No high pressure or trying to steer me towards any certain mattress, just told me to go with the one that really felt the best to me. He also took plenty of time to explain everything about the bed and the warranty, and how and where to get service on the adjustable frame, if I ever needed it. Now, if the delivery and set up goes as well as the buying experience did, I’ll be able to truly say that this was the least stressful mattress purchase I have ever made in the last 45 years.
