Adam greeted me at the door and showed me around. This store is extremely organized and clean. Adam has ALL the answers and advice on every product. Its rare to find a store of this kind with an employee that cares and isnt too shy to tell you what is the best! Will definitely come back next time Im in the area. Also, Adam speaks and dresses like a professional, which made me feel like I was important. Kudos to Adam! We need more men like him to help us women out ☺️

Omg!!! katie is the absolute best!! we are on our honeymoon and have never ever been to somewhere like this. we walked in and katie was not awkward at all, was SO sweet and funny. she helped us and gave us REAL honest opinions (not just what we wanted to hear). we were hesitant about going but are so glad we did!

This store is AMAZING. Its tiny and welcoming. They have everything that I have ever come in and needed and if they didnt they were willing to order it for me. They have a great range of prices so it is perfect whether I want to splurge or keep it in my budget. The Associate, Kaylee is a fantastic sales woman who has the most bubbly personality ever. She made me feel comfortable in a not so comfortable ordeal and helped me pick the cutest little outfit for my husband. Highly recommend

I had the best experience at this location. I was immediately greeted by Sharon who made me feel comfortable from the very start. She assisted me throughout my whole store experience, and helped me identify the right products for me. Her customer service was impeccable, and she has set the bar high. While this location isn’t the largest Badd Kitty location in the area, I will continue to return to it solely because of how amazing the customer experience was.

The staff (Adam) was very knowledgeable and gave me and my friend a quick tour of the store since it was our first time there. They have a decent selection of toys and essentials but they have a huge selection of lingerie.I was worried about finding something that would fit me because I am a plus size gal, they had plenty of selection! The lingerie ranges from petite/extra-small to 3X.

Kaylee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, five out of five would recommend!
