My first order was a breeze! Unbelievable detailed, personal customer service. One of the pieces I ordered sold out before my order was filled. Within an hour of placing my order, Deb had reached out to me and apologized. Then offered alternative choices, fulfilled the order, and it was shipped! In 48 hours I had my new FLAX from VA to MA, order to doorstep! I cant wait to visit the shop in person this fall! Just placed another order.Thank you!

If there was a negative star this business would get it!! Dont waste your time even going here. The owner is one of the nastiest people I have ever met. As soon as four potential customers walked in the open store she rudely made sure we we knew we had ten minutes before closing. Then seven minutes before closing she turned out the lights!!Im concerned for all of the wonderful artists that have their wares in this horrible shop. You may want to reconsider where you display your goods.
