Employee was sitting there doing absolutely nothing and when I asked if I could get a word embroidered on my hat he said no. I guess they dont want my money and dont know what customer service is.Hope they go out of business.Worst hat place around.
Gave yall a file to do what I needed for the format and embroidery.$25 for that. Could not get that file back after yall did what yall did. Receipt says DiGiTAL IMAGE! That was the main reason I paid for it. Leason learned. Wont be doing business with yall ever now.That image is a Collaboration with a partner of mine. We have rights to the image. At least give me what I paid for. The DST FiLE FOR EMBROIDERY! I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON TO HAVE BEEN CHEATED & NEVER DID I SIGN A CONTRACT FOR YOU TO KEEP MY IMAGE ON YOUR COMPUTER. YOUR PARTNER TOLD ME I COULD GET THAT FILE WHEN IT WAS READY. Either give me my money back or give me the file paid for. We all know your hats are way over priced... So is your service.
Devon has a great personality and sold me a killer Nationals hat back in November after they won the World Series. He’s got a great attitude and made my experience great. We don’t get people as nice as Devon in New Hampshire!
