Jeff was our tech and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We were immediately comfortable with Jeff, as he discussed the good and bad of our particular garage door situation. It took him about an hour or so to get everything fixed. We were also happy with the price, especially with the warranty provided. Highly recommend!

Most important he detected a potentially dangerous problem with the affected door spring almost pulled out of wall and binding the door. He repaired and relocated the spring. They were early enough, called when they were on their way, and when they arrived, they were very professional. They did the replacement of broken springs on a roll up door in approximately 30 minutes, and then in less than 5 minutes, programed my car to the unit. 100% recommend!!

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday. Monday morning Dukes was knocking on my door. His customer service was amazing. He explained what he was going to do. He asked for permission to use my bathroom which I thought was so respectful. Once the job was finished he walked me through what was done and he was honest about what I should do about future Spring and Fall maintenance of my garage door and opener. I will be using Dukes for all my future garage door needs.

I wish I could give 0 stars, Horrible experience, right from the get go---The scheudling lady Shine took all m and y details, nearly spent a good 30 minutes giving her al my details scheudled my appointment for Sunday, and waited all day Sunday, finally I called that evening and got to know from the guy on the line that No appointment was scheduled --I am glad i took that ladys name, as I had to prove that i did call and set up an appointment with the lady Shine.Thats when he beleived me--I then scheduled another appoitment, and this technician finally came, and took one look at my garage and asked whats wrong with your garage--I said Idont know, and explained that my garage door operner isnot working--Right then he said, I need a new opener---and that was my problem.I asked him to take a better look, as that could not be his deduction?, it seemed that he needed to be somewhere, as when I told him, that I could move my car, so he could take a better look....he said its not needed.Not wanting to be done without him even looking at the issue I shoed him and explained that the clip on top is not engaging, and showed him with my remote how the chain works but the clip doesnt engage--My friend fixed it for me last time, took him 10 mins max, except he cant come this time, he then asked me to use my remote again and explaine exactly the same thing---that I told him, that the clip isnt engaging, i said I already know that and if he says my opener is bad, then what can he do to fix it, if I get a new garage door opener can he install it---he said he doesnt do Gene Garage door openers (The one I had) as they are very cheap!!!. and that he doesnt work on cheap garage door openers.He then asked for his visitation fees of $39 --I someohow felt cheated--I am sure that this is not how the business operates, but it seemed that he was there just for the visitation fees?I was dumbfounded with this service---Very dissapointed!.

He came on the weekend and installed the new Precision Ultra 900 and it is whisper quiet and has a great light! No more dark garage and no more alerting everyone in the house to the opening of a loud garage door. It is also nice to be able to control it even away from the house with WiFi. Superb!
