I recently purchased an older model Land Rover. My regular mechanic doesnt handle imports, and I figured I would just go to this dealership to get a new key - the first on a long list of repairs I am well aware Ill need. I admit I was apprehensive - its an older model and I didnt purchase it from this dealership - but I went into this with an open mind, an open heart, and of course an open wallet. I figured I would start here, and if it goes well, Ill look to them for future repairs. I ordered the key and was told it would take at least a week for it to arrive. No worries on that since I would be away for a few weeks. ONE MONTH later I called to check on the status, and wouldnt you know, the key had just arrived THAT VERY DAY! While this may very well be true, I think a phone call at some point to just let me know would have been appreciated. Anyway, I schedule the appointment to have the key picked up and reprogrammed (a few weeks later - hey, whatever, theyre busy, Ill take that as a good sign). On the way there, my vehicle overheats. (Again, I am well aware this vehicle is in need of some serious repairs.) I would give them all five stars if I were just reviewing this aspect. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it, and I am very grateful for that. (They also gave it a free wash which is super sweet of them.) However, the customer service here is, lacking. Geoff called to let me know me vehicle was ready and that I should go to the sales department when I pick it up. This is the part where I would give zero stars. I enter the sales department. Crickets. At least five guys in there. I know every single one of you heard the door open. FINALLY one of them greets me with a Hi! How can I help you? I explain Im there to pick up my vehicle. He tells me I can go through the hallway to the service department. One of the other guys follows it up with a Theyre two separate entrances. As if my mere presence was so offensive, it might ward off anyone looking to purchase their next luxury car. As if had I lingered on the sales floor a minute longer, he might suddenly go down three tax brackets and find himself taking the bus. Is it because Im not interested in purchasing a new vehicle? Is it because the vehicle Im picking up is an older model and I didnt buy it here? Is it because Im a woman? Is it because Im gay? Id like to think not, but who knows. In any event, this particular guy should brush up on his customer service skills. Also, admittedly, Geoff doesnt always have the friendliest or most personable demeanor, but I get the impression that hes just overworked. That man could use a vacation, an assistant or two, and of course an incredibly generous pay raise. Also, the valet guys were friendly and polite.

Cherry Hill Land Rover does great work, but their car rental policy Is undesirable for those who possess models below 2012. If you own a model below 2012 they wont sponsor a rental in support of your vehicle being repaired vehicle age discrimination. This policy does not value all Land Rover customers regardless of the model year owned. As repeat customer that services a vehicle regularly it makes me reconsider buying another when the dealership do not fully value to support the customers when their product begin to age out.

Take your car for repair ANYWHERE but here. I have gotten nothing but the run around since I brought my broken down Range Rover in 8 weeks ago (yes, May 11th). We were told the repair would be under warranty before we brought the car in and now suddenly it’s not. It took 4 weeks to even diagnose a problem (with little to no communication from them) and I’m still not sure what the status of the repair is, 4 weeks later. Dave in the service department doesn’t answer the phone or return calls and he says he leaves messages but he doesn’t… and no one at that place follows up when they say they will, they just wait for YOU to call back. I have done everything to give them the benefit of the doubt during a pandemic etc but I have gotten no transparency whatsoever on what is going on with my car. I’ve never experienced such a frustrating, disconnected customer service policy. And a courtesy car? Forget about it. I physically went into the dealer and was told the best they could do would be to pass along the cost of a rental car ($45/day) for a repair I had no ETA for and they obviously weren’t rushing to fix. I don’t understand how an 8 week turnaround (and counting, it’s still not done yet!) is in any way acceptable to a luxury dealer, especially without even an acknowledgement of the severity of the situation or offer to compensate for all the time and effort I’ve now wasted chasing these people down. I urge you to take your business elsewhere and save yourself a huge headache.

Dustin who coordinated the appointment to Erik who was our sales person, to Leslie up front and finally Ted in finance. All great people. It was worth the over an hour drive. I had the worst customer service.After my Range Rover had yet another engine problem and required service - I was forced to take time out of my day to bring it to them to fix.The KICKER:This Cherry Hill Land rover dealership gave me a CHRYSLER MINIVAN as my replacement car - not a Mercedes. ( I guess this was their way to sell me into a better car)When I called to let them know I was dissatisfied - the woman said “sorry to hear”.Never asking who I was or if there was anything they could do.Such a Sad sad story.

WORK with AK if you want 5 star, white glove service. I was thinking of switching from an Audi to a Range Rover. AK was very thoughtful and provided the information that I needed to make the best decision for me. I felt zero pressure one way or another. I took a night or two and decided that the Range Rover would be a great switch for me so I contacted him and he made the transition very smooth and seamless. He took the time to make sure that I was set up with the settings and how to use the many features of the car. He was very sweet to my dog, Teddy, who came with me and also treated him with such care. The follow up was on point. Very happy with Range Rover and especially AK.

RR of Cherry Hill is THE best car dealer in the Tri-State area. AK Kazan is extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of the cars, especially the technology. He was stayed in touch with me & once my car was placed on order he kept me informed of its progress. The pickup process could not have been more efficient as everyone supported AK, inc the store manager, finance manager and delivery person. HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH ERIC SILVA!!!I scheduled a Thursday service appointment over a week in advance for my Land Rover and clearly stated what the service was for and that Land Rover corporate had agreed to a 30% goodwill contribution for the service, treated like a warranty claim. The promised loaner car was not available so an employee had to bring my wife to a car rental dealer.The vehicle was not looked at on the scheduled appointment day and was not finally ready until FIVE DAYS later, the following Tuesday!!We received the e-mail copy of the Invoice and the 30% was not reflected on the invoice. The service department claimed that they had not heard from Corporate, so I called my rep at Corporate and she said that she had in fact had several e-mail exchanges that morning with the Service Manager, Eric Silva. She advised Eric Silva that he could submit the claim through the warranty portal and adjust the invoice, to which Eric Silva never responded. She sent Eric Silva a follow-up, no response.My wife picked up the car and paid in full. I called Eric Silva to ask why he did not respond and do what was explained by Corporate and Eric told me that he would not “jump through hoops”. Eric refused any responsibility, was very arrogant, unapologetic, rude and continued to try and talk over me during the call before Eric finally ended the call.I will NEVER have my car serviced here again. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership. This was an absolutely horrible experience.

I recently went in to LR Cherry Hill for under warranty repairs to my windshield on my Discovery. Our service contact was Dave Stamato. Dave gave us exceptional service and was accommodating when providing me a loaner large enough for my kids car seats. The after sales experience is important for customer satisfaction. Dave made what could have been an annoying inconvenience a seamless process in getting my car repaired. The service members that check you in when you arrive should also be recognized. I will absolutely be back when purchasing my next vehicle not just for the great sales experience with Jean a couple years ago but for the top notch service Dave and the team offer.

AVOID JAGUAR LAND ROVER CHERRY HILL AT ALL COST!!! Read my experience..... Looking at these reviews, I likely should have started here before taking my vehicle for Service at Jaguar Land Rover Cherry Hill. To think I was in the process of potentially purchasing a vehicle from them. I brought my car in for service due to an unusual noise I was hearing from the engine bay. Ive always had my car serviced at another dealership out of state with no issues. The Service Consultant called me later that day with a diagnosis and a estimated repair charge of $1700 dollars. Hearing the repair and realizing its significance I of course authorized repair and picked up my vehicle the following day. Immediately after driving out of the lot and onto the interstate, I still heard the sound coming from my engine bay. I called the Service Consultant Loraine and left a voicemail immediately and explained that Im still hearing a noise from the engine. After some text messaging Loraine asked if I could record a video of the sound and send it back. The video on the recordings were inaudible to the actual noise I was hearing, so I scheduled an appointment to bring the vehicle back in. During that time, the engine light came on in the vehicle. Ive never had an engine light come on in this car.They diagnosed a completely different issue with the vehicle and charged me an additional $270 diagnostic fee. In the end I was left with over $1900 worth of repairs, the same issue I brought the vehicle in for, and now an engine light.I had a conversation with both the Sales Consultant and Sales Manager (Eric) with no acknowledgement and/or consideration for my concerns surrounding this repair.What I was left with was a lost in all confidence for this dealership which is sad. Ive owner 2 Jaguars, and 2 Land Rovers all with great experiences. I sadly will not be purchasing from this dealership or seeking future service, although theyre the closest to my home. I will bring my business elsewhere and certainly share my story to all within my circle.

Don’t go for services. I will never go there. My car has some minor dents, first pic. After repair, it becomes more serious. The paint got cracked after repair, second pic, and a minor problem becomes a serious problem now costing thousands of dollars for further repair.The service people there tell lies, bad service and back work. If you don’t take pictures and don’t talk with them through emails, every price will increase. I experienced this. Luckily I took pictures.

I wish I could give this establishments service department a half a 🌟. I initially had taken my 2003 XType Jaguar for a catalytic converter thinking that I would get quality repairs completed because it was Jaguar and they should know their car. I was Charged $2,914.06 for front converter only. In less than a week my engine light came back on for the same original issue. I returned my vehicle with appointment the next week for Jaguar to complete another diagnostics in which they already previously completed. All dealerships do anyway when getting service completed on your vehicle. This is how they make their 💰. I was told by Lorraine it would cost me an additional $3,000.00 to fix codes: 301,302,303 -305, 306. Now mind you most of these codes have to do with spark plugs and emissions. Now mind you these codes dont go anywhere whether its 5 yrs previously or 5yrs after not getting work done to the car. They dont just disappear. I informed Lorraine the service advisor to just close my car up and I would come and retrieve my vehicle because I dont have another $3,000.00 to just give them. I pay a additional $300.00 just for the diagnostics that they originally already had. Before I leave I open the hood of my vehicle to check things out and the converter box leading to the coils and spark plugs is completely off, not even screwed in place. I get a manager from the showrooms floor because service manager went home. I told him this needs to be fixed. This is totally shabby work and not what I expected from Jaguar Corporation. Needless to say Im at that original place, at a loss of $3,000.00. Cant get my vehicle inspection completed. Stay away from Jaguar. They all back each other and the consumer (me) is out of hard earned money. Customers please avoid this establishment. If their not going to make things right to obtain your Trust back dont even bother. Their Theives.

Updated review. I was been customer here for more than 4 years. Actually, this is only auto shop I used to go. I used to like this place and I also recommend my friends to go there. And I spent a lot of money in In the their shop, they used to provided great service and customer service. But things change this year. The most recently fix was on Jan 25, 2018, I only ask them to fix turning noise, they said it only cost $200 and they have it in the stock, and we agreed at $200. However the bill ended up with $4,213.15 ( very disappointed about bill, I did not acknowledge the bill until I pick up the car, even not add my 10% discount coupon ) and It take me 17 days to get my car back for this small problem! They said they renew front shocks for me as they state it need to renew, but they initial said its just error sensor message at the beginning.And my car was not having any shocks problems and drove perfect on the road, there is no shake or any unbalance feelings, In additional, My auto friends said its unnecessary and unusual renew shocks until 75,000 mile after I picked car. My car is only 31,000 mile, and I never drive off-road. Also I just did complete service on August 2017 which cost me $3800, they check everything for me and They have assured me after each fix that my car is in perfect condition.They also did check suspension at that time. And My car only drove 400 mile in 5 month, never drive terrible road and mostly my car stay in my garage. They have assured me after each fix that my car is in perfect condition, but I always end up having problems after short while. Same issue happened . The most recently Jan 25 2018 service and said make my car to perfect performance and charged me $4,213.15. However, My car has suspension problem error message” Vehicle Lean When Cornering” on end of March. This suspension should have been fixed last time as they promised, but still hasn’t been fixed. They replaced the parts which is fine or normal condition, which I was not really necessary need to replace.And let real problem go on, and need to back shop again and again. My car was driving fine before I did this service, after the service, my car have error message” Vehicle Lean When Cornering”. My car was driving fine before I did this service, after the service, my car driving is not comfortable as before. They may not fix the problem in detail and cut corners, or they just ignore the real problem let the truck come back service again and again. I am really disappointed and unhappy about it!

We went there looking for one of the models. No one came to greet us, finally lady asked if we were been helped and came over. The first statement of the conversation was a question was about my nationality.She had zero interest in even showing or explaining about a car to a potential customer who’s willing to pay around 60G for a car. We were been told by her that she’s going to leave the company/job so she’s going to transfer us over to her friend/colleague. This colleague was very fine and a nice person.Later, when the First Lady realized we were ready to made a deal that same day, she started to open conversations and offer us best deals and more options.Just bcuz of an employee’s bad behavior our thought about getting a Range Rover has been ruined. I guess there are other options in the price range. They just lost a buyer.

We bought our truck two years ago! We love it but more importantly we live in North Jersey and go down there to service it. We love the people there! They are always so helpful and pleasant to work with. We actually make a fun trip out of it. Leave the truck and spend the day walking around in the area, with some shopping and lunch. It is always ready when they tell us, and they keep us informed on what needs to be done. We will continue to make the trip over and over again. Thanks!

The staff at Land Rover Cherry Hill have been exceptional to work with. I took my Range Rover for service and everything went so smoothly. The service department had my loaner car ready for me and the service rep went over everything that was going to be done that day. When i came back to pick up my car the front desk manager knew exactly who i was and she went over what was done to my car. Highly Skilled and professional Sales and support team, I was able to find the low miles Range Rover I was looking + CPO 7 years + lux plan, at a great price. They also took my trade-in at a very good price. No one can compete with them at the level of service or prices....I stopped at Honda and Subaru, and I can definitely feel the huge gap / difference with the level of service, attitudes, and the sales team personality. Bought a Land Rover here for $70K about a year ago. The sales experience was a pleasant one but nothing about my experience with this dealership has been pleasant since. The service department is an absolute joke. A/C broke and they have been either unable or unwilling to fix the problem after three return visits. At this point I figure that Ill have to hire a lawyer to get results ... because its clear that the characters running this place either dont care or simply dont wish to honor the warranty. Recently took a trip to SC with the family and had to spend $750 for a rental car because the LR couldnt possibly withstand the heat of a road trip down south. I have owned over a dozen cars, including two others I own now (a Ford and a Scion) and the A/C has always worked well in every one of them. These clowns claim that its all normal and the A/C is fine. I guess that they think its fine for children to ride around in a dangerously hot heat box. If they rectify the situation, Ill amend my review but as of three visits without any satisfaction or the slightest inkling of concern from the service department regarding my $70,000 paper weight they call a Land Rover ... I wouldnt hold my breath.***UPDATED 7/13/16***As I am a man of my word, I wish to update this posted review and state that the service department has seemingly corrected the problem with the A/C. Why this took three visits and not just one to rectify still eludes me but nonetheless -- the problem has been fixed and for that I am grateful. Hopefully future visits wont require negative reviews and nastiness to get someones attention.

I leased my Land Rover Discovery last February and I have been very impressed with the entire team at LR CH. everyone is very kind and helpful, and they make an amazing effort to keep their customers happy and engaged when it comes to the quarterly events such as the clay shooting event. Pierre is a gentleman and awesome to talk to also. Having said that, I must say that I was very disappointed with the salesmanship tactics that the serviceman used on me when I came in to get my vehicle serviced this past December. He spoke extremely fast, did not explain my options to me in a clear manner, and was ready to charge me $450 automatically signing me up for allServicing options without any explanation. If I didn’t challenge him and persist, I would’ve allowed him to coax me into paying for everything, most of which I didn’t want or feel was needed for my first annual service.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience at Land Rover Cherry Hill. My sales guide, Erik Loftlin was awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly and best of all he wasnt pushy. We had a car picked out and numbers discussed in under an hour. He listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. This was a nice change from spending hours negotiating at a car dealership. Update: The owner has replied with an apology, yet I’m still pending a response from the Finance Manager and Sales team, even after providing backup documentation that the registration fees charged by the dealership were not paid to CO as advised. It’s been 10 days since my email with documentation, and no response or acknowledgement at all.Honestly, until just last week I would have recommended them. I’ve been a customer for 6 years, and purchased my second Land Rover from them (after moving to Denver) in October 2019. We purchased the LR4 sight unseen, paid to have it shipped to us in Colorado and were assured that the CO registration was being handled by the title company. After 3 months, at least 8 follow ups with our sales person, and having no valid registration for 2 months, we went to the CO DMV and learned that the dealer did not coordinate or cover any of the registration fees, as we were partially charged for, and told repeatedly that they were waiting for, to send to us. After calling the dealership to try to straighten it out, the sales managers response was, “We don’t know how to sell cars outside of NJ - can only blame the state of Colorado”. If they didn’t know how to properly record the transaction, they shouldn’t have sold me the car. Now, after several calls back to both the sales and general manager(Pierre) asking for help resolving the fees, they are completely unresponsive. Their lack of accountability and any attempt at customer service is unacceptable and absolutely not what I expect from Land Rover, especially as a returning customer. After recommending other friends to them, I no longer trust this dealership.

They did fix my car but I brought my car here several times for maintenance and have had the same issue every time. I noticed that the put courtesy car wash on my invoice every time and don’t wash my car ever. They don’t charge me for this so I never complained till now. It now worries me because it makes me think if they just write stuff on my invoice and dont do them

The staff here is great! Shortly after walking in I was greeted by one of the sales associates who immediately offered me a refreshment. I was able to tour the property without feeling like there was a high-pressure sales environment. While I was relaxing in the waiting area another employee passed by and had noticed that I did not have a drink in my hand and had asked if she could get me anything. They certainly treated me well

Horrible customer serviceRange Rover cherry hill have no concept of what customer service is. From the service advisor to a service manager name Eric and and General manager name pierre. I just left Land Rover of Cherry Hill and I am quite offended. I was greeted by the representative at the Front Desk and she called a sales rep to come assist me.The sales associate walked over, and once she saw me, appeared to be hesitant. She did not have a welcoming demeanor at all. I sat down and explained that I was coming in to discuss a potential purchase, and that I was looking for different options to explore. She never told me her name, never even asked my name.... she asked if I owned a car before and I advised it would be my first major purchase. The cars I have had prior have been purchased cash, and I was not looking to trade in my current car which is a Volkswagen. Without hesitation, without further question or discussion she advised me I would need a co-signer. Displeased with her response, I maintained my composure and continued to ask for information. She showed me a truck... Didn’t bother getting a key to let me see the inside, never even offered a test drive.I have reason to believe that I was pre-judged, particularly on age and race. However, I am a well established woman, well established career, and strong credit history. I am extremely upset and offended at the poor service that I received about 30 minutes ago.
