I added a before and after. I originally was going to go with another auto shop but then I found Virgo. I met Terry on Monday and he was amazing. He took a look at my vehicle right away and gave me a very reasonable quote. He said he thought he could even save my mirror which would save me a good amount. The part came in Wednesday and I brought my car Thursday morning, 7:30 am. He said it would be done by noon and it was finished even sooner around 10 am. He was even able to save my mirror. The piece looked just like new and he saved me a lot of money. I know if I need to get anything repaired, I will definitely be back. Extremely impressed with the quality of work performed at Virgo on my Honda Accord. The vehicle looks better than when I bought it pre-owned. The body work and service was completed in a timely fashion and communication was great. Virgos staff handled all aspects of the insurance claim. The car was detailed before being returned. My husband was an Auto Body tech for over 35 years, we both are extremely happy with the repairs. My paint is pearl white and it was blended properly. They even straightened my license plate that was damaged in the accident! Highly recommend Virgo Auto Body. They dealt with both my insurance company and the rental car company. We just picked up our GMC Acadia and, like others have said, the car came back looking better than before the accident. They really did a great job and really are the nicest people. They email status alerts to keep you up to date and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back if we need body work again.

I want to thank Virgo Auto Body for the excellent work on my car. I hit a deer and the passenger side of my car was a wreck. They were wonderful to communicate with and Kathy was able to update us everytime we called. Everytime we called, she gave us updates and the car fixed on the day they said it would be. My Camaro was recently side swiped which sadly left damage on the rear quarter panel and bumper. I wanted to make sure I went to a shop that would take good care of my car and luckily I was referred to Virgo Auto Body by my Chevy dealership. Everything was smooth from start to finish, Kathie was my point of contact and she made everything so pleasant. She was very attentive, worked with my Inurance right away and understood how important my car is to me. Not only did they leave my car in pristine condition, but you can tell how cautious and diligent they were while working on it. Since they were going to work on my car for a bit, I asked them for a quote to fix previous door dents as well and they were very kind enough to perform the added repair while it was in the shop. My car looks good as new and I would highly recommend them!!

I didnt end up getting my body work done by Virgo due to various circumstances but I can say that they were amazing from start to finish in keeping me updated with what what going on with my car. I know that if I would have gotten my car done here the work would have been A1. At the end of it all they didnt charge me any fees even though my car was at their shop for over a week again due to my situation. I brought my 2016 Sonata here because a tractor trailer backed up into me causing a fair amount of damage to the hood and bumper of my car. The entire process of dealing with Virgo was absolutely pain free. They had my vehicle finished and looking brand new in less time than I had originally expected. The vehicle was spotless inside and out. I could not be more pleased with the work they did. I would absolutely recommend Virgo Auto Body!

This place is AMAZING!! Please note - I do not typically write reviews. You have to wow me, or ask me. A few people recommended Virgo after I was a rear-ended so like most people, I checked their reviews and I was pleasantly surprised to see such a high rating, which I find is unheard for most shops. I worked with Kathie from day 1, who guided me through all the steps I needed to take before I got the car over to them. She kept me in the loop about updates while the car was in the shop. I was exceedingly impressed with the work they did and how they saved me money! Plus, the dent in my door from an older accident (16 y.o. backed into my parked car which I could not unfortunately pursue due to being in grad school) was gone! From the time I walked in this place for an estimate until the time I picked my car up, it was a pleasant experience. When I got my car back it looked brand new. The Best. No doubt about it. And Im talking nationally, not just in the Cherry Hill area. Nobody wants to need a body shop. It means there has been a mishap; a major investment has been damaged. But if you are unlucky enough to be in this situation, you are very luck to have Virgo Auto Body. I have used them a number of times, both through insurance and out-of-pocket. They are so very nice, honest as can be (such a rarity in the field), and they do very good work. They will put you at ease and make things right, for a fair and reasonable price. These guys are great. They were patient and helpful with me on the phone in explaining how to go about my insurance claim. They got me into the shop timely, despite the busy holiday season. They helped me out with getting a rental car when I had trouble setting one up myself. And they did a fantastic job on my car, which was immaculate when I got it back.

I had Virgo Auto Body serviced my 2008 Honda Pilot after an accident and I was very satisfied with the work they did on my car. It was restored to the condition before the accident. There were minor issues initially but they were very prompt in resolving the issues. The incident happened around April and I write the review now because I wanted to make sure that the car wont show up any mechanical problems and so far it is running great. Job well done !

Many years ago I had a Nissan that was in an accident and I decided to have the entire vehicle painted.They ended up painting my car with the incorrect color red for my car model.They used the color that Mercedes vehicles use which looks different than the fire red that the Nissan Z have.I only know this because when I had an after market wing put on and painted by another shop it was then discovered.The other shop said they must have used what ever color paint they had left over from another job.Did the job the cheap way.

These guys did A+ work on my 2017 Mazda 6 when the paint got destroyed by a gravel truck on the highway and about half of the car needed repainting or blending. Im a former professional detalier and can vouch for the thoroughness and quality of work they did on my car. From experience, I know what it looks like when shops cut corners, dont have attention to detail, and push work out the door. What they did was the exact opposite. The paint blend was perfect, every bolt and fastener in place, and the finish looks buffed with zero imperfections. No orange peel, no tape lines, and no over spray. On top of all that they are family owned and clearly take pride in what they do. Thanks to all who worked on my car!

I have been using Virgo auto body for several years now. On several occasion they have done minor repairs outside of insurance for little to no payment. When my daughters car got into an accident and GEICO wanted to choose their repair shop, I refused and took it to virgo instead.Everyone at Virgo body shop was awesome. They worked with my Insurance company and did a great job on my Prius.My car ended up looking much better that what it looked before the accident .Thanks

Reduced from 5 stars to three. Discovered a problem. Will edit review when I see how Virgo handles it.OK, back to 5 stars! When Terry from Virgo saw that I had changed my review, he called me. How often does that happen ? I explained to him that I could see the body filler that was used on my car over a very large area on the right side. But Virgo was not the culprit here.Body filler was all that GEICO would authorize the first time around. Body shops, unfortunately, have to operate within the constraints set forth by the insurance company. Filler might work for a small area but not an area that size.Terry contacted GEICO and they sent out a regional adjuster. We alllooked at the car together, and after some back and forth, GEICO saw the light and authorized new skins for the doors, like they should have done in the 1st place.I just picked up my car from Virgo, and they did a beautiful job. They really went to bat for me with the insurance company, and I appreciate that. These guys really do care about your satisfaction with their work. I can recommend Virgo without hesitation.And theyre real nice people, too.

Bad service and they doesn’t respect customers

Stopped by to get an estimate for some long scratchs/scuff marks on the rear fender of my 2014 vette. Dan cam out to take a look and said that he thought it could be fixed with some solvent and compound. He went ans got some and in a few minutes it was fixed! No charge. Great guy! If I ever need real body work for my baby this will be the place I go!!!Update: Some kid sideswiped my Vette so I took it to Virgo and they did a fantastic job! Dan and Terry were great to work with and delivered earlier than promised and looking as clean and shiny as it did the day it rolled off the line at Bowling Green. Cant recommend them highly enough.
