Got put on hold for 15 mins and got hung up on. Called back told them I got hung up on and not sitting on hold again and they hung up. Went up there, and there is one guy working taking his sweet time and 2 other employees sitting around in the back doing nothing. This is a regular thing every time I need a part.GO TO AUTOZONE ON CHAPEL AVE TO HAVE A BETTER AND FASTER EXPERIENCE! Only gave the one star so that my review will be posted

Needed a battery because mine was DEAD! Shocker!, Their selection was gold or platinum, thats it. The bright side is they had a battery in stock, the dark side is the sticker shock. Walmart is usually a lot cheaper for the same battery. Ok, at least they will install it since they have it plastered all over the windows for free installation. Wrong again! It was too late (like 6:15 pm) for a store that closes at 9pm and 2 employees inside. A job that takes 10 minutes on average and is PLASTERED ALL OVER YOUR BUSINESS AS A SERVICE OFFERED! At least they let me use their tools to change it myself and not have to return the core. Will I recommend, no. Try Walmart and do it yourself if they have the battery.

Manager refused to help install my battery because he was off the clock and there was no one else to assist. Gave me tools to figure it out on my own in a snow storm and drove away. Not a good experience at all and will never go back.
The guy working nights offered to stay open a little later if I didnt make it in time to get a battery for my truck that had just broken down a few miles away. Very friendly staff
Noticed my rear wiper was shredding, so stopped at Advance Auto. Asked them how to replace, could not get the arm all the way up - he just went out to the car and did it!! Thank you for your customer service.

Always helpful in finding right windshield wipers and they install them for me too. Have a great variety of auto supplies. May be able to get better price on sale elsewhere, but for the convenience of getting the correct product its my go to parts store.
Great place got it done in a couple of days. Pulled up and they was finish on the planed day. Good service and great people. Just be curious when making reservations with the staff, and they will take care of you.

Very helpful staff. Went in one time with a battery issue, battery showed good but could have used a charge. The gentleman at the counter charged the battery up and there was no charge for this service. That’s what I call helpful and caring service.

Just left this location and they might need to hire due to understaffing. The gentleman whom is working this store currently is completely overwhelmed and quite rude. I work in customer service as well, and one thing I know is to never make your customers feel like a bother. I asked for a battery testing as they advertise free battery testing. This man blows his breath says I’m busy, you see I’m the only one in here working. I also watched him walk away from a customer as they were asking a question. This is unacceptable. Hire fast as your current Monday afternoon employee needs help immediately!!!

I will never go to this Advance Auto Parts store for any of my auto parts needs again, due to one bad experience with an employee by the name of John. I came into the store to buy some cans of R134a, but also inquired about a clutch relay to see if that could also be causing the A/C issues in my girlfriend’s car. Upon inquiring about the clutch relay part, John looked at me as if I did not know what I was talking about. So, I went on my phone to search for a clutch relay part number (which should have been his job in the first place), and he began making rude and impatient gestures, such as grunting, burying his head into his hands, tapping relentlessly on the counter, as if I was wasting his time. I kept my composure and ignored the fact he didn’t know what a clutch relay was, and decided to go ahead and just purchase the R134a anyway (in case I needed it for my car in the near future). Prior to finalizing the purchase, my girlfriend asked if we could use a coupon and started searching for one on her phone. He continued with his rude and impatient gestures, but now it was directed to my girlfriend. This was the last draw for me and told him to forget about finalizing the purchase. As we proceeded to walk away, I told him to better change his attitude. He apologized in a fake way, as if he really didn’t care he pushed business away. To add to that, another employee in the store witnessed this and didn’t even correct his fellow employee. For the company’s sake, I hope this is a one off situation and is not the actual culture they expect their employee’s to follow. After leaving this store, I drove to Auto Zone in Moorestown. They were friendlier and willing to help, which is expected from a respectable business. I will be going to Auto Zone from now on for my auto parts needs.

The employees are friendly and have a decent amount of knowledge concerning auto parts. The store generally seems to be stocked with an adequate amount parts and accessories for your vehicle.

The stores general manager is a complete moron! Hopefully the people working at her store dont follow such a ridiculous example of how to interact with paying customers. DO NOT go there unless you want to deal with a unprofessional, pushy, rude, and inept store manager. Funny thing is, ask for the District Managers number and shell give you HER OWN business card....she must think that her customers are as inept as she is. My advice, avoid this store all together, and if you go and deal with her, and have horrible service, and since she wont provide her bosses number, just go online to get Corporates number and make a complaint. Apparently this has been a recurring complaint....Autozone it is from now on.

Commercial managerRich and general manager Mary Lew and Bob are awesome people. Very helpful and knowledgeable. In reality the whole staff is great. Buy a lot of parts for everything from rolls royces and to Cadillac to Mercedes and Chevys here. Always helpful, always get me what I need even if that means spending some time sourcing the part from somewhere other than their back shelves like some other advance autos do.

FYI if you have a car that is older than 1995 like I do its an ODB1 car and they cant do a diagnostic test to check out your vehicle. Other than that they can order or do have a wide variety of parts you may need.
