What a difference new ownership makes! Land Rover moved in with Jaguar, and the store has a totally different feeling. Its upbeat, friendly . . . seems brighter inside. And theres plenty of inventory.I especially liked the new greeter - Aussie Shepherd named Cooper.Im not in the market for pre-owned, but I noticed they had a really complete selection of luxury late models, especially SUVs and crossovers. Service is an easy drive-in affair. And the service waiting area is in a separate room away from both the showroom and the service area - quiet and comfortable.Definitely recommend for great customer service and a great price, too.

Initiated contact by email and was promptly greeted by Frank Levine. Im 2 hours away in North Jersey and Frank promised he would pay for a tank of gas if he didnt give me an offer I couldnt refuse. He hooked me up with Robert Brennan, who was a real pleasure to deal with. The F-Pace was really over my budget, but it was my dream car. After going back and forth (no cheap dealership tactics) we were able to come up with an agreement. Having the benefit of Affinity Federal Credit Union helped as well. In summary, I am very satisfied with the treatment and respect I was treated. The finance manager was very professional as well, cant remember her name. Got a good deal on my trade, a decent discount and great finance by my credit union. Will be back in a couple of years... and strongly recommend. Note I cant speak for service as I am too far away to have my vehicle serviced there. A couple of week later I received a gift certificate from Kramer Portraits worth $2,500.

I cant say enough about the service department (and the entire dealership). I own an F-Pace, and went in to make an appointment for service. Lorraine, like always was extremely approachable, and is just always very nice. Steve gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced. Im 49 years old, Ive owned 12 cars, and I must say the service is just as impressive as the vehicle and I have NEVER experienced the level of service in my years like what Cherry Hill Jaguar provides...they are top notch across the board. I was able to quickly visit Martin who sold me the vehcicle a year ago, and he was just as nice as he was a year ago. It is obvious it isnt about a sale and forget. Again, I have never experienced this before in any dealership in the past. Ive never looked forward to having any of my vehicles serviced until now...the name Jaguar has a reputation, but it goes so much further than just the vehicle. Thank you Lorraine and everyone at Cherry Hill Jaguar for treating me like a real person every time I go there!!!Dp

Got my car towed here because I lost the key they couldn’t program a key an told me it’ll be 1800 to replace the module an get a key, one key had a guy in a van come out an he was able to get 2 keys for 600 but the dealership who sells an works on nothing but these cars couldn’t do it for me I’m see a trend with Land Rover dealerships they’re all rip offs scam artist

My boyfriend and I made an appointment on the phone with this dealership due to a noise coming from the front end of our car. On the phone, we were not informed about the $250 fee to diagnose the issue. If we would have known about it, the car would have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately our service representative, Lorraine, blindsided us with this fact after we had already gotten there. We didnt want to put any more stress on the car by driving it again so we were pretty much trapped into letting them move forward. I find this to be an extremely dishonest practice and downright disgusting. When my boyfriend asked if the fee would be waived if we got our car worked on by them (as many dealerships weve been to will do) Lorraines demeanor and attitude got quite nasty. I understand customer service jobs arent easy or fun, but theres no reason in the world to treat people like garbage over a simple question. When we asked if the car would be looked at the same day, she told us there was no guarantee and theyd try to get around to it. At the time of scheduling, we were told that with an appointment our car would be inspected that same day. Luckily, they did get around to diagnosing it. Of course they piled on tons of unnecessary fixes in an attempt to get as much money as they possibly could out of us. Lorraine called us later in the afternoon to tell us our main problem and the source of the sound was worn brake pads. Barely any work went into diagnosing the issue, 20 minutes tops. When picking it up, my boyfriend tried speaking to a manager about how ridiculous the price was, especially considering it wasnt even a full diagnostic.

Just got my car back from service today, 3 scratches on the drivers side door. When I brought it up they tried to buff it out, and then Lorraine tells me you can barely notice it unless youre looking for it. Never again. This is the 2nd time and 2nd car this has happened to. Do yourself a favor and drive to Willow Grove or West Chester. Ill never do business with Cherry Hill Jag again and I recommend you dont either.

Dont mind my silly screen name. The professionalism and shear friendliness, of everyone working in this dealership is top notch. Martin Dawson was my salesman. Great guy I couldnt recommend him enough, friendly and was never pushy. Him and Lisa even stayed late to get me the car I really wanted and push fair financing for me. Not just get me into something to drive and get out. Frank the manager greeted me in person. I didnt feel like a customer, words cant describe how pleasant they made the car buying experience. And what they did to get me into the car I bought, it was above and beyond anything a dealership has done for me before. I went to this dealership to look at a used car. The car ended up not being the right car for me but the dealership treated me great. The two salesmen I dealt with, Bob and Frank were both very kind and accommodating. There was no pressure at all which made the whole experience much easier than high pressure dealers. We had by far our best car buying experience with the team here. After contacting Frank through TrueCar we decided to take the 90 minute drive to take our car for a test drive. Marc R. took us out for a test drive, we liked the car and within a couple hours we had worked out a fair price for both the car we bought and our trade in. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. They grossly misrepresented the vehicle online, and when viewed in person refused to refund my money. Obviously the story is far more complex but at the end of the day after I sent a friend to review the car, and I found issues they refused to refund my money and shipped the car across country even though I asked them not to. The owner stated that it was too hard to sell a car like this during the winter in NJ so the car was mine. Note that the sales person, stated he would return my money.. but the owner superseded this.Remember that most car dealership can offer the same deals.. its just a retailer of a brand. You go to a dealership for the service, and I can assure you that if things dont go smoothly that the owner will not act ethically. Shop elsewhere for your new/used car!

We love the car, however, when you buy a car from a dealer, usually they detail it and I thought they fill the tank. Well, I was mistaken. The gas light came on before we got home! The car was never detailed. When we went up to the dealers to pick up the tags, our salesman said he would have it detailed. When we got home, the back was never touched!

I bought my Mercedes C63 AMG at Cherry Hill Jaguar on 7/30/16.My salesman was Martin Dawson and I definitely recommend him.Because my purchase was from out of state, I could not avoid taking some chances, regarding the car and regarding the handling of the purchase.Well, a week later, I just have finished having the car professionally evaluated and my opinion was confirmed, its a very healthy, well maintained vehicle, it was a good purchase.Martin is not a high pressure type of a salesman, another plus in my opinion and a reason for which I became serious in buying this car.Then I got help from Joe Morin with the financing, he put a lot of effort into making the numbers work for me and Jeff Feinberg processed the paperwork.If I am asked by friends, I will recommend this place, even if its a bit far from where I live.

PAUL IN SERVICE WAS GREAT. HOWEVER I WAS NOT HAPPY AT THE FACT THAT MY SALES PERSON WHO SOLD ME THIS CAR DID NOT CALL ME WITH REGARD TO THE WARRANTY I HAD PURCHASED. THIS WARRANTY WAS SUPPOSED TO COVER ALL POWER TRAIN PARTS AND LABOR. IT COST ME APPROX. $2400.00 TO BUY THE WARRANTY. IT WAS THE BEST PLAN THAT CONTINENTAL HAD TO OFFER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IT DID NOT COVER ASSOCIATED PARTS TO THE FUEL PUMP THAT COST ME OVER $800.00 PLUS THE $100.00 DEDUCTIBLE I HAD TO PAY. NOT HAPPY WITH THAT!!! JOHN LENTO.

Terrible experience! I sold my car to them and Joe Morin, the sales man, promise I will receive my check at the second day. After about 5 days, I still did not receive it. I called Joe, but no one at the phone. I called the dealer and they transfer my call to their sales manager, the manager talked to me nicely at first. However, when he know I was selling my car rather than buy from them, the mans attitude changed at once. DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM!

Have had Lexus and Mercedes in the past, good cars but the service experiences left some things to be desired mainly because there are so many of those brands on the road; decided to move to Jaguar due to looks and to break from the crowd. Best auto decision ever. The XJ is indeed one of the most luxurious and groundbreaking sedans on the road...BUT the dealership and service department experiences at CH Jaguar/Classic Cars are the real hidden jewels. Have worked with Lorraine from service for several years now and Bob from sales department. The communication is wonderful, transparent and quick responses. While other brand owners are waiting in line and frustrated with crappy service at their dealerships, I always know my one-on-one service at Cherry Hill Jaguar is there for me. Every inquiry/call is followed up on, no detail is too much trouble and the people are just genuinely nice people to work with. The sales team is there to educate, not push. They are all long term team members, like a family and you can sense it. This is not a burn and churn typical luxury dealership.The people are worth the price of admission alone. And, they are a big part of that special Jaguar experience.As a side note, I have been more happy with my XJ than any other sports sedan. It has proven to be super safe, very reliable, excellent in all weather conditions (AWD), is crazy fast with the all aluminum build, and need I say...keeps up with its reputation for looks

I recently purchased a certified Jaguar xjl from cherry hill jaguar, it is a vehicle that is only driven on the weekends so I have only put 1000 miles on it. The sensor for low brakes came on about a week ago and took it back to the dealer and there were not willing to work with me in any way to rectify this matter. I am very disappointed in the service department and will be calling Jaguar headquarters to voice my dissatisfaction with this dealership.

The Saturday that I went to Cherry Hill newJersey Jaguar, I was just windowshopping I wanted to take a test drive just to get a feel for the car I had no plans of purchasing a car that day. But after I drove the 2014 XJL Jaguar Set down with Hillary after the ride she began to inform me of all the benefits of purchasing The 2014 XJL from cherry hill, they made me a deal I could not refuse; the service was excellent, Hillary listened to me what I needed, what I wanted and what I desired and she exceeded my expectations. I drive 45 miles first to buy my last two Jaguars and would not go anywhere else. I just had it serviced and as always the service could not get any better. You can always count on Loraine Milosevic and Paul Hignutt to give you great service and the Price is always honest and fair. My Jag is my pride and joy and they treat it like that.Thank YouLoraine and Paul4/23/2015I had trouble with my Jaguar XKR called Loraine she talked me through the steps to get it started and than set up an appointment diagnosed the problem replaced the battery and gave the Jag a complete check over and even fixed my cigarette lighter. The service was fast and complete and the price was very fare. Loraine is fantastic and is always very pleasant and knows her Jaguars. You can buy a car anywhere but the service after is what counts . I was talking to a gentleman from North Jersey he drove 1 and half hours to buy a car from Cherry Hill Jaguar and Loraine was the reason .

So this is my story( warning) for all you google+ users . My father purchased a car from here I helped him with the whole process . We started by talking to joesph morin who helped us with the majority of the deal. I told him we had a good amount of money we had plan to put down and I asked if we could bring a check.... But he insisted that I bring in cash ( that should of been the red light for me) but I did as he asked . He also insisted I worked with only one sales person idk why. But we did so everything was good till. About 3 months later my father told me to put the contract away in his safe but my curiosity was itching me to review it. Thank god I did! On the contract it stated that we only put down $9,000 when we really put down $13,000!! Can you believe that. Where did my money go? No body could give me answers. No one answered my called emails or voice mails mr. Morin drop off the face of the planet. Now my lawyer will be handling this!You have been warned dont waste your hard earn money in this place to have it go missing with no one held accountable.

Terrible place that does the basic bait and switch! My wife and I wanted a Jaguar XF and the salesman Joe explained that he had the same year XJ/L (a much more expensive model) coming in the following week at the same price. We emphasized that we only wanted to spend in the mid $40s and he said this one would be $45,000 or $46,000. So today right before we drove the hour to get there ready to buy with our car title in hand for our trade and checkbook for the balance, I called and asked for the exact price and he said it was $53,000! Of course I cancelled the purchase. Joe could only giv a lame excuse that he didnt remember who told him the price last week. This is so typical. I had high hopes that they were different. So be careful if you go there to buy a car
