My in-store experience was nothing short of amazing. I originally called and spoke to someone and they didn’t have the correct answer. I took it upon myself to visit the store. Charles was the gentleman who assisted me and he did a good job. He quickly assisted me upon entering the store. His greeting was welcoming as well. He checked my battery for me and helped me get my new battery. I mentioned something about my starter or alternator and he quickly offered to check both of them as well as check the new battery after replacement. I am not from jersey and do all of my car work in Philadelphia. Charles will be the reason I come to this autozone for all my car needs and I will be sure to let my family and friends know to visit this location as well.Thank you Charles for all your help. You turned my day around.

My battery went while traveling outta state. So stop by the nearest auto zone and I’m soooo glad I did. The rep/ sales associate that helped me was great. In 5mins Jameel helped me find, understand, and choose the best option for ME AND MY VEHICLE. He was timidly and informative. I really appreciate him. THNX JAMEEL. Awesome AutoZone. Stopped in the morning to get a few things and needed some tubing for a project car I’m working on. It was very early and I wanted to mention Trevor, who went above and beyond to help me get the right tubing for my car. Trevor was friendly and a great employee and was very knowledgeable. Trevor is a great asset to AutoZone.

William was very helpful and courteous. I purchased wheel covers, a license plate holder, screws, car rugs, and Blast Off after the visiting General Manager helped me locate several of these needed items. William the cashier assisted me by carrying out some of my purchases to my car.I will return to this AutoZone when I am in need of automobile supplies.

Crystal, the store manager, is great. She helped us find the right oxygen sensor even when other stores couldn’t find it. Very helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent. Needed a battery. Ordered on line. Called to double check it was available. Great customer service on phone and in store. Battery was sitting on the counter when I arrived. Last week used the on line ordering for some wipers and filters for both cars. Another great experience and great on line delivery discount.

Terrible service, slow and not very knowledgeable. When you call, they seem like youre interrupting them and dont want to help, and when youre there in person, its worse. Not to mention I had to order a part that they said would be in by 4, at 6 I still hadnt gotten a call, so I called and was told it would be in the next day and they would call me. Next day came and at 1pm I had called and was told it was there, but no one called me. However, the icing on the cake was that the box was severely damaged and was missing some essential clips. Luckily I had others at home already. I will NOT be going back!

I am used to good service at auto zone.No one greeted me..then I was kept waiting for too long while two employees talked to one customer...then they didnt have what I needed...which I never had a problem finding this item at ANY auto zone and I shop there more than once a week...they were unapologetic...service was poor...generally a new store has good service...not so here...
