If you go to Bassett ask for Joan, she is the most helpful and nice sales person I have ever worked with. She is outstanding!We had fallen in love with a sectional that unfortunately didn’t fit in our hallway to our basement. Joan worked so hard to find us a new one that would fit the space and met our price point. She would answer our questions even on her days off. On the delivery day, she was transparent with any delays with the delivery team and keep us informed of any changes. We are absolutely going to work with Joan for all our future furniture needs!

Disappointed in my recent visit to Bassett Furniture. We went to purchase a dining set to find that the only brochures/catalogs that were in the store for the custom dining sets were outdated with incorrect information. Additionally, benches for tables are only available in their *Bench Made* line, and not the custom line. Unfortunately, the stains are completely different between lines. Our designer also didnt seem to be knowledgeable about their products either.

Although not problem free, my experience with Bassett and their Cherry Hill location has been amazing. Angela Lee, the Sales Manager,is not only a great designer but a wonderful problem solver who puts the customer first. I purchased a king bedroom set, 6 dining chairs and 4 counter stools. All pieces were delivered on time. We did have some issues with the paint finish on the counter stools and even though it took about a year to realize it (light paint that soaked into the wood over time and showed bare spots), Angela worked with me to replace the stools and then had the replacements repainted. Excellent customer service!

Prices are marked up beyond belief, while the Furniture is very cheaply made. Angela, the sales representative that i dealt with was very rude, cold and has no personality. She acted in a way that she was doing us a favor in wanting us to work around her schedule. They try to scam you by misleading you that your getting custom furniture to justify their ridiculously over priced junk that the sell when in reality all that they’re doing is letting you change the color of the fabric as you would in any other furniture store . I purchased at Raymor & Flanagan just down the road from them and I amExtremely happy with my decision to not purchase at Basset furniture store.

Ordered bedroom furniture that we absolutely loved over the summer and Joan was amazing. Not only did she provide great recommendations on some customizations we wanted to make but she helped advise on paint colors that would go well on the walls. The furniture is high quality and I love the style and customization. Every time I walk into the bedroom I get the biggest smile on my face because everything came together beautifully. Highly recommend Joan if you get a chance to go to the store directly!

Do not do business with... The worst experience buying furniture. Do not spend money with this company. We bought $15k worth of furniture, including a table and chair set worth $4500. All of the furniture is poorly done, the paint started to wear off and chip off out table in the first six months. It took us three months of begging to give us what we paid for and make it right. They finally did it and the same problem started happening within couple of months.

The number of errors the staff made during the ordering were unbelievable. I have never had this type of experience before and hope I never do again. The management and some of the sales people at the Cherry Hill store were rude and condescending even though they knew all the mistakes they made and the inconveniences they caused over the several months it took to correct the order. I have other Bassett furniture that I love, but will not be going back to the Cherry Hill store again.

High quality furnitures. Pricey but built to last.
