DISSATISFIED w/ the service. The store was busy and I had a kid (look like he was 12) to assist me. It’s not ageism but you know how young kids are (yes he was super young…teen at best) they are not attentive at all. I’m asking questions and addressing concerns and he was in la-la land. This purchase is no small about of money (even the entry level bikes are considerable stacks) too much money to have a spacey kid handle my concerns.I gave this place a 2 instead of 1 because when I came back, a woman helped me and had me thinking about a bike I hadn’t thought of before so that pretty cool. I ended up buying that bike…elsewhere though. I drove all the way to the Trek Stirling New Jersey location and had such a great experience there.Back at Cherry Hill the atmosphere was cold and unfriendly. My opinion.

Guy at front counter led me to the service desk, “right this way, sir.” I felt like I was being led to something (red flag!) I brought it in for a broken cable. Instead of giving me an estimate for that, they told me it needed an inspection. Results? $1000 of work or ‘get a new bike.’ They also push the expensive tune ups. Really? For a busted cable? Beware!

Customer service is top-notch, everyone who works in the store is professional, highly knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I always feel comfortable and like Im getting the best information, they also teach me along the way and I never feel they are trying to unnecessarily upsell me. Since I started going to the Cherry Hill Trek in 2020 my sister and my father have also moved to this location as their primary place to go to tune-ups, new purchases and general bike information. We love it there!

I visited to buy their bike Trek domani but the sales person didnt want to explain about it until Ill be buying it.... As his words if you are going to buy Ill tell you all. Did I mention I drove 1.5 hours to buy that bike also I called before I drove down. Never had such experience in life. Ill never go back but one good thing happened though I left the place and I found the exact bike which I wanted with etap and size I wanted less than a week after. Sorry for the owner having such employees.

Hands down the best customer service in a bike shop in the area. Kelsey, Ellie and John make me feel like family. Dana is exceptional as well. They are all very knowledgeable, patient, kind and caring. If i ever leave the Trek brand (not likely) i will still continue to drive 40minutes for my biking needs, they are that good.

I needed a bike to get healthy and possibly commuting, but I’m terribly unfit. I was looking for a pedal assist ebike. Dana took the time to really help me find the right bike for me, make sure I had everything I needed, make sure I knew everything I needed to know. She even stayed an hour past closing time doing all this. I could tell she was very passionate and knowledgeable about bikes and really wanted to help. She even helped me get it into my car and didn’t even judge my messy car. This place is the best. I walked in feeling a bit unsure and walked out feeling a LOT more confident with an amazing, beautiful bike and everything I needed to start riding it. They also do repairs and maintenance! I was able to finance my bike. It was an amazing experience overall.

John Francis, Sales Rep at the store, did a great job handling my questions and addressing every inquiry with expertise. I had a strong understanding of what I wanted in my next bike and the exact model, size and color was in stock. I came to look and test drive and went out with the Domane+ HP in my truck.This company store reflects Treks company culture very well and I might know, I visited the Waterloo, Wisconsin plant in October for a personal factory tour.Ive did over 70 miles in two days with my new bike...THIS BIKE IS A ROCKET!

My brother drove up from Virginia over the weekend to pick up a bike from a different bike dealer which gave him bad info regarding using a special form of payment that left him without a bike. We found an awesome Fuel EX at this store and called to inquire about using the payment that the last bike dealer declined. We spoke with Jake at the store who said he could take care of it. We had a few more back and forth calls to the store to double check to make sure we wouldnt make a 2 hour ride and come home empty handed. When we got to the store Jake helped my brother get everything sorted and set the bike up for him. Honestly the service from Jake was beyond anything we could have hoped for. I would definitely recommend this location to locals and out of towners alike, well worth the trip for the outstanding service.

Ellie is great!!! But so are the others, that I have come in contact with.... They are very helpful and go the extra mile to address my questions, issues, and concerns... I even feel like they are my friends and have my back…. I drive past 2 bike shops that are closer to me to use them… The manager (I forgot her name) was willing to meet me at my house or halfway to fix my bike because of an issue that happened. Excellent customer service…!!! This is how they got me…. Last year I brought my old GT MTB in to be repaired… I was expecting to leave it and pay to have it repaired… Instead, Ellie started working on the bike, pointing out areas that needed to be replaced and she ended up repairing the bike making it usable and safe… I did agree to have her order the parts but I didn’t put any money down there was no commitment from me to start using them after this interaction… I could have just walked away… but the experience Wowed ME! And since that initial experience I have spent well over $5K at your shop… and plan to spent more… I have told everyone, I come in contact with, and wants to purchase a bike or has a bike that needs service to use your shop.

I cannot speak enough great things about Jason and his team over at Cherry Hill NJ Trek. After being completely turned off from a local bike shop I was definitely looking to connect with a new bike shop. I found Trek on Waze and was so glad I did. Jason took the time to explain things to me regarding my two vintage road bikes. He was able to really detail what could be done and made expert recommendations. I felt completely at ease leaving my 2 bikes there for repair as I knew Jason had it covered. Need a detailed receipt? Jason had it done. Need expert repairs? Yep. Jason. Need good customer service? ...You guessed it Jason. Truly I believe Trek hired a really good employee who just knows how to make customers happy. He is a great asset. To sum it up he made me feel like my repair was important and yet was able to help countless other people in the process. I have my 2 vintage bikes back and the repairs are excellent. She explained everything in detail and ultimately helped me choose the best bike for my needs. All the products in the store are of great quality and I’m confident I will return when and if I need their services. I purchased the Allant+ 7 lowstep e-bike and it’s quite the amazing ride. If you own a Trek bicycle, theres no better place to get it serviced than the factory store. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only issue youre likely to encounter is the desire to upgrade your gear because no matter what youre riding, theres always something on display that will absolutely trigger gear envy.

Your team helped me upgrade my 25 year old 930 Singletrack in the spring. Every thing is still great on the bike, but I wanted to upgrade. I’ve been saving up for a hybrid and I was lucky enough to upgrade to a new FX3 in my size after Christmas. I had gone to a few other stores to see what they had to offer, but no one had what I wanted in my price range in stock. Your team luckily enough had one, in my size, in stock... like a Christmas miracle, so I jumped on it. The difference in the weight and speed is night and day. First things first, the customer service at this Trek shop is outstanding. I was looking for the new 2020 Full Stache but no one had one available in this area. But from the moment I called this shop in particular, Kelsi was able find the bike and answer all my questions. Next thing I know I’m at the shop getting sized up, bike ordered and one test ride later I was pretty much sold. I knew I was going to like the bike but the fact that Kelsi and all the other folks here were so friendly and very helpful, it really sealed the deal. The process here was seamless, stress free and fast. Having piece of mind that they’ll take care of you and your bike is awsome and it’s great to know I always have a shop to rely on when things need service or repair.And I’ll be posting a review on the 2020 Trek Full Stache 8 in a few weeks after I get some time on it, but first impressions are that I absolutely love this bike, from the color to the handling to the big 3” tires.So if you’re in the South Jersey area and love cool bikes and gear you need to stop by this Trek shop and check em out. Amazing shop and bike mechanics. I came in ready to purchase a new hub for my front wheel, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for free in 15 min. It turned out to be nothing major and an easy fix with the right tools and knowledge. They totally could have sold me a new hub if they wanted the money. This is a shop with integrity.

I purchased my Trek form this store during COVID in May of 2020. Called the store, they had the bike I was looking for it just needed to be assembled and then I could pick it up. Since I got the bike in May I have had to go back to the store on 4 separate occasions for little issues with the bike. Each time I have gone back to this store the staff is always extremely friendly, and helpful. They have been able to fix my minor problems right on the spot. I never expected anything to be fixed right away, but it has happened on numerous occasions and I am extremely happy about it. I love the bike and riding so much! I will most likely be upgrading in the next couple of years and am positive that Trek and this location will be my bike brand of choice long into the future.

Highly recommend this shop!! Dana helped me out with my brand new bike. I am a novice and am still learning everything. She answered all questions patiently and then took the time to do a lap around the center and show me how to properly shift so I got the best experience. Amazing experience!!!

Very unhappy with attention to safety here this morning. My bike needed new tires. Left the bike there Friday, received email this morning that it was ready, on arrival told it was not ready, respectfully left & told to return in 15 min, returned 30 minutes later and bike is still being worked on & not ready. when we were on our way out noticed brakes were not adjusted to reflect new tires. We had to ask for someone to look at brakes. They were not apologetic and we felt our question was an annoyance to them. This experience is very unfortunate as we always want to support smaller local shops like this one but the customer service here is poor.

I had my daughters bike serviced here during the COVID pandemic and I could not have been happier with the service. I needed a brief follow up and the staff was courteous and helpful for a very reasonable price. All service is highly recommended and I can’t wait to buy a bike there as well.

Friendly and helpful associates really went out of their way to get the parts needed to repair my bike. I had it at another local shop for 6 weeks and they didnt even look at it. Trek got the part from another store and completed the repair within a week!

I go there because I bought a new $4,000 Trek ebike... was having trouble with the kickstand rattling around on bumps... the guy working there says sorry mate... that’s what they do! So I bought another kickstand from them that was built better for $15.00 after just buying the bike the previous week for $4,000 I installed it my self. Also having a problem with my rear disc brake and have talked to Two people.. one was a woman and the other guys name is Jim... I have been waiting weeks and never hear anything from anyone... totally worthless service people who can fix nothing! I do not recommend this bike shop at all!

I really wish I could concur with all the other 5 star reviews and I was initially happy that a Trek store opened closer to me. I dropped my Trek off for a Level 2 maintenance service and was told they would immediately be washing the bike and that it would be a couple of days for the service. On day #7 I called and the bike hadnt even been touched and I ended up just picking it up. I can accept that you are busy or whatever, but I was offered no explanation, no apology, or even a loaner. Based on all the other reviews I guess I was just unlucky here?Update - Never received that phone call!

Drove almost 2 hours to pick up a procaliber 9.6 only to be told in a very rude and unprofessional manner that the store policy wouldn’t allow him(john) to look up my account, it required me to have the actual trek card on me. Asked him if there was someone he could talk to, rudely he said nope! As I was calling trek cust srvc, I was thinking to myself to just use a regular credit card and get it over with, cause of the distance I had just driven, but that’s when he said, “you can call whoever you want, if you don’t have the actual card, you not buying the bike”. So I just asked for a refund of the deposit and walked out! Few days after, I replied to a survey email from them, in which it stated they would reach out to me, but so far nothing! It’s been a week already!!

Everyone in the Cherry Hill store is super helpful and friendly. Not pushy or salesy but genuinely helpful. John, Kelsi, and Dana are definite standouts.I like Blendr stuff. I already had Ion lights on my FX1. So when I was ready to buy a carbon road bike, the Blendr system made Trek standout since I could easily move my lights back and forth between bikes while keeping both looking streamlined.The downtube storage in the Domane SL4 that I purchased is awesome and, along with Blendr, was the deciding factor on going with Trek instead of a competitor. I was seriously considering Canyon and Cinelli but neither offered these features.Last but not least, the IsoSpeed decouplers were another key differentiator. Between IsoSpeed and a carbon frame, my Domane is super comfortable without sacrificing control, responsiveness, or speed.
