My husband and I traveled 4 hours each way to buy a car from Winner this past weekend. We worked with salesman Gene Duffy. He was thorough and honest from start to finish and is just a genuinely nice guy. He kept in constant communication with us, even after-hours. I made a comment on how much I liked his business card holder (a super cool Shelby GT 350 hood) and asked if he had anymore laying around; the dude took his business cards out of it and gave it to me! That definitely added the cherry on-top of his already superior service. The transaction and entire experience went as smoothly and easily as it possibly could have gone. My husband is stoked about his new car, and cant wait to enjoy it! Thanks so much to Gene, Gavin, and the rest of Winner for a great experience!

We are not from the area and had the driver side window refuse to go up. I called about 10 dealerships in PA and a few in NJ to see if I could just get them to put up the window. Everyone I called but Winner was too busy to assist and in some cases didnt even answer the service department phone. I showed up at Winner and they immediately helped me and solved the problem. It was all done quickly and at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend the extremely helpful service department.

I bought a 2014 Lincoln MKZ with 60k miles from these guys, within a few weeks it started shifting badly so I took it to a transmission shop that Ive used before and I trust- this is what he found all over the transmission- they were trying to hide something!!! And they claimed when I pitched the car that it had full inspection and an oil change- the tech must of been blind not to see this!. The car needed a full transmission rebuild- these guys play games and this time they got caught!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! These guys are thrives and these pictures prove it! Oh and they claim the tech that worked in the car doesnt work there anymore! How convenient!

Recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Winner Ford. Rick DiLauro was great to work with during the process and I highly recommend him . I was referred to him by several other people that had great success working with him as well. He answered all of my questions and my purchase was very efficient-the best of the 3 purchases I had so far . You will never be given any sort of pitch or be told what you need or dont need.Also, I have been using the service department at Winner for over 20 years and have always been treated honestly and been given great service. In particular, Matthew Snyder in the service department is another great employee they have. He has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well any time I have an inquiry.

Had an appointment for 7:30 today. (Monday 7/5) Drove 25 mins there. No one was there. Waited for a while. Until someone finally showed up to inform me that the service dept was closed today and that they called everyone on Friday to let them know that they would be closed today. From start to finish I had a tremendous experience here at Winner Ford. My sales person was Rich Dilauro. This is the person everyone should see when they intend to purchase a vehicle. He was incredibly humble, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Throughout the whole process he was willing to work with me and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I did not want. We look at multiple vehicles until I settled initially on a 2018 Ford Fusion. When it came time to go through the financial processing, Rich was there yet again to guide me and give me honest information about my transaction. Unfortunately for me, my trade in was upside down by about $8k (Due to a horrendous deal by a swarmy dealership in Mt Ephraim NJ that took advantage of a young 21 year old man at that time that did not know any better). Rich informed me that there is more he can do in a New vehicle that the 2018 version. He included multiple incentives and was able to negotiate the price. When it was all said in done I was given an incredible deal that I know for a fact I would not be able to get from anywhere else. Rich from Winner Ford restored my faith in buying a vehicle in a dealership. Rich has gained a customer for life. I will be referring all my friends and family to come see Rich and the other staff members at Winner Ford. If you want a deal and want honest expectations this is the dealership to go see!

Went here ready to purchase a car with the money, credit, and time to do so. Was so unhappy with the way these men treated me I walked out. The sales person didn’t listen to a word I was saying, helped another person while helping me, ran ridiculous numbers that did not reflect what I was trying to do. Service department is horrible. Over the course of a year, they damaged my rims, scratched my paint, interior panels, stolen items, and left work they were paid for incomplete. The damage was brought to their attention while the vehicle was still on site. I was told they would repair and brought the vehicle back multiple times some time leaving it there for over a month with no update and none of the damage was repaired or work completed. They change service manager every other mount and get worse one each time. The VP, Dino Ricci, will just dodge you and lie to your face.

I came in about 2 months ago traded in my 07 red f150. I still haven’t gotten my registration they too a month to pay the other bank for my 07 Ford F-150 then I called since the dealer tag was expired I was told I’ll be fine no police will impound my truck. Well me truck was impounded and now my license is going to suspended on April 23rd cuz if it, they also clean all the documents were submitted to the DMV but when I’ve called the dmv 3 times now they still have zero record of my tag being transferred from the 07 Ford to the 2021 Ford. I would not recommend this dealership. I’m not going to probably lose my job since I can’t drive to the jobs. I travel for work as a boilermaker in power plants with out my vehicle and license I’m screwed. I’m also going to call the local news if this isn’t handled in the next 24 hours and let them know what was done to me.

His name was Alex barone, an awesome person and professional, talked about cars, family and you could tell the guy works hard and wants to do the right thing for the people he helps. He put me in a new 2020 with 4 miles on it. My experience with this team was really easy going and not pressured at all! I hope more people go here! Even though I only had a lunch break Alex still worked after I left to go back to work and put more then a few quotes together with different cars and prices. In June of 2020 I bought myself the Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid and after months of looking I’m glad I’ve bought it from Winner Ford. Over texts and emails the sales team and I negotiated a deal and within a week I test drove the car and the same day I test drove it, I took it home. The service department seems pretty good however I went over to the parks department and the guy there was rude walked by me didnt acknowledge I was being that I was waiting for him then when I started to speak to him from 10 feet away I lowered my mask he yelled at me and ran away before I could respond which I dont think is right since I was already waiting for him almost 10 minutes and he ignored me..Thats okay I can get my parts at Napa or Pep Boys..

Great job as always!Fast service. I used to go to those fast lube places on the road. I had some issues with that and I started going to Winner.Extremely clean lounge very comfortable to begin with.Great staff like Eddie Spaghetti Bach and the rest of service staff.Actually I asked when my car was going to be sent back because I saw it was still sitting where I had parked it and actually it was already completed as they showed me.Prices comparable to actually less money than if I take it to other places where I sit in a smelly dirty little lounge as opposed to Fords huge very clean and comfortable lounge.I continue to return.

I wanted to share what a positive experience I had servicing my Mustang at Winner Ford. I had a very negative experience with Holman Ford, I was thrilled to have a totally fantastic experience with the service team at Winner Ford.At Holman I felt the crux of the issue was that I didn’t purchase the Mustang from them, and they let me know multiple times on my visit that I should have. First of all they asked me at service check-in where I purchased the car. And the experience went downhill from there.One of the items I requested when making my appointment was to identify a different set of tires for my car, as I was unhappy with the tires that were delivered on the car. After having the car for 2 days (and I waited a month for the appointment) they ended up refusing to help me identify any tire other than what the car was delivered with regardless of my driving situation, which was frustrating, as they could have told me that a month ago and saved me the hassle of coming in for the appointment.In addition the manufacturer (Ford Motor) initially declined to replace my car’s defective interior carpet. The service rep at Holman said, “sorry, you can call Ford yourself and fight their decision”, and “try working with the dealer where you purchased your car”, as I purchased my car in Pennsylvania. Surely not very customer friendly.Then I went to Winner Ford, hoping this wouldn’t be my experience at every Ford dealer outside of where I purchased my car which is an hour away. Thankfully none of these issues existed at Winner Ford. They treated me, a first time customer, as a long time loyal customer. From identifying replacement tires for my Mustang that better fit how I plan to use the car, to working with Ford to get the manufacturer to approve the warranty repair and replace the interior carpets that had a defect from the factory, and resolving very annoying rattle/vibrations in the dash / rear passenger seating area - each of these repairs were successfully completed and quite honestly exceeded my expectations.And a lot of this work was performed in March and April, as the COVID-19 Pandemic hit the US, which made life in general more challenging.So again thanks to Winner Ford, as they have surely earned my Ford business move forward.

We were called within 2 hours of dropping our car off for service informing us that the service was complete and the car ready to be picked up. Washed, vacuumed and ready to go. Great service from start to finish.My wife and I have purchased a total of 5 cars from Winner Ford and couldnt be happier. This dealership charged me $89 to transfer the registration of one leased vehicle to another which lasted 16 days. The VP of the dealership accused me of lying to him and yelling at him - two things which I did not do and he dared me to take him to court over the matter. I certainly hope someone monitors the feedback on these reviews and provides some level of customer service. What an awful experience.

We wanted to purchase an Expedition for one of our employees and found exactly what she wanted at Winner Ford in Cherry Hill, N.J. I started telephoning them in the morning to verify the vehicle was available and to arrange payment. After two calls and leaving messages for the Fleet Mgr. without a return call I called a third time and was directed to a woman in the Fleet Dept. She immediately told me that they do not do dealer trades and put me on hold. Dealer trades ??? We just want to purchase an Expedition. She wouldnt even stay on the phone long enough to listen to a customer! I was then transferred to an arrogant salesman who had absolutely no care and concern for all the attempts we made just to buy a SUV!!!I have to think, why does Winner Ford spend money on advertising for when a buyer calls them in response to their advertising they get ignored and then abruptly passed around? I think their advertising money would be better spent on training their employees on telephone etiquette and customer service.In closing, our 35 year company has purchased well over 1,000 vehicles in its history. We know the proper way vehicle purchases are handled. There are far too many Ford Dealers out there to have be treated in this fashion. Winner Ford is far from a winner in our book!Added note: A day after posting our review we received an email that Winner Ford responded to our review. Their response was Please call Dino Rucci... about your experience. Do they think we are going to call Winner Ford a fifth or sixth time??? Highly disappointed!! My salesman was good, the manager worked out numbers we agreed to, then it just got bad from there, I was there for over three hrs, and over two hrs of that was waiting on the finance manager they kept saying almost done. I even went as far as to empty my vehicle and loaded the new one, even paired my phone with the new one, only to wait some more. The finance manager said waiting on a call to get the numbers worked out, I was approved for the loan but “ford” had to approve the trade in, ?and then he says I want to talk to you about extended warranty and gap insurance . I get it sell sell sell I’m thinking just get the deal through. Finally I was told to go back to the finance dept the paperwork was done only for him to tell me it’s not 100% done but “pretty sure” And wanted me to sign papers on a maybe I was thinking who would buy something and leave on a “pretty sure” bait and switch at it’s finest!! Then I as I was leaving they now said it’s a done deal .Really I would expect this from a buy here pay here city select not a place like this !! Never again will I shop here this is what gives car sales a bad wrap

I found a vehicle located at this dealership online over the weekend and called Monday to make sure it was still there and ask a few questions. The online representative Rebecca was friendly, informative and overall helpful.I arrived at the dealership a few hours later and was greeted by Gene Duffy. Gene was also very helpful and patient while I asked several questions. Gene answered all of my questions and we went for a test drive in the vehicle of my choosing. Once we returned to the lot I decided to purchase the vehicle. Gene was thorough throughout the process and kept me company during the finance process.During the finance process I was greeted by Patrick who was informative and friendly. Later I spent some time with Patrick while the process was completed.When everything was said and done I felt like I left with a great deal on a car and few folks I would consider more like friends than sales people.I have to say you guys are an excellent team and I was blown away by the personal touch and speed of your service!Thank you team Winner Ford....I will be back and tell others about my overall experience!Best Regards,Steve

Id avoid this establishment if I were you. This is a dealership that does not stand by its products or its service. While I like my 8 year old Ford Explorer, I will never again buy a Ford product due to the fact that dealerships like Winner Ford exist. I wont be visiting this dealership for regular services either - they deliver substandard service while charging a premium. Thanks but no thanks!

I always get my car serviced at Winner Ford. The mechanics are always thorough and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new car or needs to get work done their vehicle. The ship is very clean and well organized. I always feel like my car is safe and in good condition when it leaves the Winner Ford service department. They do honest work for fair prices. I highly recommend. Mike and your mechanic delivered excellent service. Mike fully explained the service work to be completed and the cost as well as a coupon to keep the cost as low as possible. He gave me an approximate time frame to complete the service work and all was professionally completed within that time frame. Mike made me feel appreciated and this is why I keep coming back to Winner Ford.
