The service is very good! My engine blew on my car. The warranty covered it and they got me set up with a rental immediately. I was treated with empathy and kindness. I was told it would take about two and a half weeks to get my car back. I got a call a week later telling me my car was ready. It drives like a dream now and feels better than the day I purchased it. BAIT AND SWITCH! BEWARE!!!On 8/31 I found a listing on the website that said new listing- it fit all of my criteria perfectly! I called right away and made an appointment on Tuesday the 31st to come in on Wednesday the 1st to look at it, with the intention of buying it that night. We arrived on Wednesday to be told it hadnt been through safety checks and detail yet so we couldnt see it (a phone call before we drove there would have been nice). We were promised by sales team Joe and Randy they would rush it through checks on Thursday and call us when it was ready. We called on Thursday late afternoon since we hadnt heard from them and was put into Joes voicemail; no call was returned to us. Monday, 9/6, I received a text stating the car was ready for us to look at; I said we would be there within an hour. We were greeted by Joe who turned us over to Katrina. She copied my license and insurance, I gave her the loan info from my credit union and she went to get the keys. 10 minutes later she comes back saying there was already a sold sign on the car but she would look and see if there was anything similar there- I already knew there wasnt. This, in my opinion was 100% a bait and switch- HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!

I came in with a sales appointment and in my way in my car’s check engine light came in. I knew it was a Saturday so service department would be slammed but was worried about driving car home. Josh was able to look at my car right away to tell me the problem. I never thought they would be able to fix it same day but was grateful to even get the diagnostic test but they were even able to finish the fix that same day. They were really busy and I appreciated the honesty about the issues and them being able to service it the same day. They were not pushy at all which is also really appreciated. Josh simply stated what he recommended that day and what to do soon. His honesty and pleasant demeanor is why I did it all the same day. I wanted to make sure his department got my business.I also had my sales appointment with Jay Waters. He was great and not pushy at all. He was also understanding that I was worried about how much my other car was going to cost for the day. There was a lot going on for me that day but he was patient and understanding. I got a great deal and super happy with the new car! Jenna handled the closing paper and she was super friendly as well. This is the second car I purchased here and not that I want to have to buy a car any time soon when I do I will be back.

Superb experience. Easiest, most efficient car purchase ever. I never thought I would buy a car so quickly. We saw the features we wanted, along with the color available so drove one hour+ test drive. Perfect. Have the credentials and wrapped it up in a couple hours. Except for the see it touch it drive it we feel is necessary we could probably buy having it driven to us next time. Kudos Jay!

After weeks of shopping around, I scheduled an appointment with the Kia of Cherry Hill. Upon arrival everyone at Kia was super sweet, I was greeted by Randy who was full of laughter and plenty jokes. My saleswoman Katrina was beyond prepared with a list of vehicles to show me per our conversation earlier that morning. I had my heart set on something that was a bit out of my budget and they did the best they could to work with me. Their team was amazing and I left there an owner of the car I really wanted. The overall work was good. However, I had an appointment to get a 15k service (oil change, tires rotation, etc.) and I waited 2.5 hours. Despite having an 11am appointment my vehicle was not taken in their garage until 12pm. The price was a tad high but thats expected when you get your vehicle serviced at the dealer. But when you are paying premium prices you dont want to wait 2.5 hours for routine services.

Great people to buy a car from. Usually getting a good deal involves a good bit of aggravation. Not here. Jay was very professional. When I didn’t want to close the deal on a car in stock, he found me the one I wanted. Also overheard other sales people being very helpful with other customers. None of the tricks to “lower you payment” while sticking it to you in the end. I buy a fair amount of cars. These guys are right up there with a Mercedes dealership as far as ease of purchase.

I went in for an issue with my A/C not working. The Service Manager, Steve, gave me a few scenarios that might have been causing the problem and an estimate of how long I’d be waiting for a diagnosis. He was right on the money. Also helped me with an issue regarding the ballast on my headlight, where I could look for parts, etc. All in all it was a great service experience.

UPDATE - THE TRIPLEX MANAGER BILL CONTACTED ME THIS MORNING AND HANDLED THE ISSUE. HE WAS OUTSTANDING. RESOLVE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.SINCE BOTH SALES MANAGERS ARE IGNORING MY CALL (Joe ignored returning my call 2x yesterday after he promised to and todays just refused to pick up the phone) and the GM just happens to be off today I am posting the exact same email I sent here.....I need an immediate phone call. Your sales managers are ignoring my calls .. title is ignoring me and the only one trying to help is a cashier.I am on my second set of temp tags EXPIRING TODAY. I have called for 2 weeks because you are having an issue getting the title from the other bank. There are 2 major issues1. I am not allowed to park on my property if expired IN ANY WAY.2. I work in a gig economy businesses so regardless if Kia is saying they will pay any tickets due to this...I DO NOT HAVE THE LUXURY OF ANYTHING ON MY MVR AKA NO TICKETS.I need another set of Temps (doubt that can be done cause only allow 2), a dealer plate till fixed, a loaner vehicle or we need to discuss this vehicle being returned IMMEDIATELY so I can get in a usable vehicle.My number is available for you in the peraonal.emails.sent.I will await your call.

I had been car shopping for months. I was looking for something used. Logan was the first person that didnt just toss me the keys and walk away. He looked at the car with me. He didnt pretend like it was perfect and told me what work it would eventually need. I actually felt like I really knew what I was getting. Given its age the car was in really good condition. It was a pleasant experience. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it took so long for a finance person to become available to finish the process. It was a really busy Saturday and they only had 2 finance people working. Having said that once Jenna did become available she was clear and thorough. She made sure I knew exactly what I was signing and what it all meant. With a third finance person on staff the process wouldve been perfect.

Came here for a oil change and tire rotation/balance service. Arriving, the location was too chaotic for me. I couldn’t easily identify entrance/exit signs or even the service station area. I had to call to figure out the proper area to park. When I got inside, Andrew is SUPER delightful to talk to and very detailed in service descriptions and amenities while you wait. He did let me know that services were backed up and it should take no more than an hour. I waited for about 1hr. and 40 mins. to get my car back. Leaving was just as chaotic. Tow truck and customers double-parked all over. I had to maneuver backwards to get out of the lot to leave which was kind of annoying. Don’t get me wrong, once your in there, I don’t doubt that they will take care of you but I was annoyed with the logistics of the facility.

I had a service appointment here for a recall. The scheduling process was very easy and efficient. The appointment itself went well. The staff were friendly and the work was done well. The service center was very busy, so the repair work did take longer than it might have otherwise. I would take my car back here for other KIA specific work.

Honestly could have had a better experience, especially when I didnt give them an easy situation to start. My car had been seriously acting up for a week, almost becoming dangerous to drive and refusing to shift at times while losing speed, until it finally threw a check engine light on a Sunday. Desperate I showed up without an appointment at 7:30 in the morning the next day to plead my case. Andrew was able to take me in even though they were completely booked that day after seeing it was a pretty serious issue. After some time they found that the fuel pump needed replacing, luckily in stock and under warranty. I cannot explain how thankful I am and the level of help and customer service I received from Andrew.

As with most places these days, theres a no haggle internet price and they stick to it. If you plan on walking out the door, your going home or to next dealer. I didn’t feel welcomed/valued as a customer. AND, maybe it was just been a bad day for the employee that served me, but they lost my keys which prolonged my stay for hours. If my keys weren’t lost my car would have been serviced way sooner; my extended visit was highly unnecessary. All the workers seem to be juggling too much at their desks. It’s messy, unorganized, and management should probably enact steps to make it more organized and professional. All of that being said, the only reason I rated this place two stars was because they will wave the diagnostic’s fee on your car. If my car has serious issues I would come back here. But if I needed an oil change or break lights fixed, you can definitely find a better shop. Do a little research or fix it yourself. I promise you, you won’t regret taking the extra steps.

Unethical. Unscrupulous. Unworthy of your business. Drove an hour to see a car. I was told on the phone that the vehicle price was 16.5k. Get there and find that price is cash only. They wanted near 20K.Absolutely not mentioned by the sales man I spoke with earlier, Cars.Com or Autolist. To boot this so not CLEARLY stated anywhere on the dealer site. You need to scroll down to a small fine print section. I told the sales manager this and he says he cant train all his sales people to mention the cash only caveat. Cant or wont? Im sure this is a common bait and switch practice. Its a disgrace customers have to waste their time with poor human beings that try to fleece customers in the guise of a hot market.

I got my first car from them in 2019 no problem with Henry the car salesman at the time. When I when back this June 19. When to car salesman jay waters and he’s not professional at all I when in for the telluride but it was out of my budget so I settle for the Sorento. I order the car on June 19 I call every week for 5 weeks they wouldn’t even take my call kept sending me to the secretary. and they still didn’t have it when I when to get my deposit back on July 12 so I would recommend going there at all.

I found what I was looking for within 5 minutes and was introduced to salesperson Rita Spiritoso, who I would highly recommend. I was with a buddy who came from the Poconos, more or less just hangout for the day, and Rita made us feel very comfortable.Tracy in finance is a doll. My circumstances may have been a little different than most and I found the process (not the people) a little annoying. Management of Cherry Hill Kia please work on your process. You have good people in Rita and Tracy.

My sister bought a “certified” forte from CH Kia about a month ago. A few weeks later we got a call saying they could not get the title for that car so they were putting her in a “better” car for the same price. Immediately after my mom and sister arrived they were treated as if they did something wrong. The car they tried to put her in was not what she wanted and had issues with the rotors and the body. They did not offer for her to look at any other vehicle and threw a fit when we decided we wanted our trade in and check back. These were the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever come into contact with, and I have bought from multiple other dealerships in the area with ZERO issues, including turnersville Kia. Save yourself and hassle and head down to turnersville for your next Kia.

Courteous sales team, very patient and took their time explaining vehicle details and ins and outs of the car buying project. Very family feel. Logan was incredible to work with. Finance team worked hard to get us the best rates, and worked with our crazy work schedule to get paperwork finalized. Overall a great car buying experience.
