Beautiful store but the older spanish supervisor is very rude. The nice cashier mistakingly left one of our items on the counter ($1.99) We drove back to the store to get it, it was still laying on the counter. The spanish older lady was rude and mean as if we were trying to scam her out of a $1.99 item. She needs to brush up on her customer skills. She says she was just doing her job but im pretty sure being rude is not a part of her job discription.

Waste of time. Bad service we found a costume for the baby and it happened to be on sale. After waiting in a long line we were told that we couldnt purchase it. They said it wasnt in the system and even though it had a tag and price and there were several on the shelf. The manager just took the costume and said it wasnt possible.

I love Spirit Halloween it has great costumes amazing decorations and anything you really need for Halloween!

Best variety of costumes, also they have a variety of different items for make your own costumes. They have face paint wigs masks and accessories as well

Customer service at this location ranged from cheery to rude and arrogant (strangely enough).

When I visited this Halloween store I was disappointed they didnt have anything I was looking for not alot of marvel costumes for adults and children nothing was really organized it was kind of a mess.
