Great place for kids and adults. 2 bears for $35.00. Heart beats for $6.00. Record your voice or choose a sound from the kiosk to add to the bear. Clothes, dresses, skirts, backpacks, suitcases, strollers and other accessories available as well. Its a great experience and a good treat for a child like mine who had to earn going to build a bear.

I am 22 years old and this was my first time here. I had so much fun, and Kelly, one of the employees was amazing. Very engaged and still did the heart ceremony for me and my friend. I will be coming again!

Today, November 16th we visited your Cherry Hill Mall, NJ location and were served by Kelly. To say her service was exceptional is an understatement. During our visit, a nasty, irate customer came in and began to verbally abuse her. As she was the only associate in the store, she dealt with him while patiently serving both us and another group of customers. This man was vicious, nasty, and ignorant. She maintained an extraordinary level of patience and a calm demeanour. She some how made our visit pleasant, even while having to witness this miserable mans tirade. This girl deserves recognition and a whole lot more. For future satisfactory customer visits, you may want to consider having more than one staff member in the store. Kelly is the only reason we would ever consider returning.

I absolutely loved it, I purchased 2 bears and I loved the way the associates where engaged with me the whole time with the entire experience, I have to remember to get her name next time, but the girl that helped me really made me feel the magic in buildabear she stuffed both absolutely perfect the way I asked, she told me shes only been there for a few months, but I told her she was definitely a pro, I also loved her pony scrunchy very 80s chic, my Irish twins were so happy thank you !!

Amazing energy and absolutely amazing staff, so happy and energetic and willing to help, brought both my little girls and they loved the atmosphere.

Super amazing awesome staff. I called ahead to see if they had the psyduck stuff animal and they did! The staff was super helpful and even though Im 30 they still treated me like a was a little kid so I could have the full experience! They had a awesome sale going on with certain stuff animals 2 for $35 best believe I took them up on this deal and I ended up getting 3 stuff animals in total! Great job guys! Keep the magic alive.

I had an incredible experience here last week. I came in looking for a bear I could make for my baby cousin, and I was greeted by incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. I was helped by Nick, who gave me some great ideas as far as what to choose for my cousin. He was friendly, attentive, and had answers to all my questions. Would definitely recommend coming to this store!

The stuff was very nice, but some features were closed due to COVID-19. You pay for the experience and not for the toy. so, I they took away some activities and then they have to replace with something else. (like pick one piece of clothes for free or something). so, this was little disappointing

The overall experience was pleasant and Amelia was super nice! Great selection with a bunch of different themes/franchises to chose from However staff was slightly disorganized when I came in (2 days before Christmas) and prices could be slightly more forgiving on some items.

We love build a bear and this store is very nice. Everyone has been very friendly to us. we usually always ask to see pam as she does a awesome job re stitching my bears i have to open up. Her stitch work is better then when they are done new!

Really good place to get certified plush toys which is far better and cheaper than other common retail stores like target or walmart. To add to the note, these toys are asthma and allergy friendly. They add a GPS tracker to the toy to track the toy as well with no extra price!!!

I recently purchased a toy for my nephew here and was very pleased with the service. There is a large number of items to choose from and the friendly staff took the time to help me select the best gift.

I had my daughter’s birthday party here and couldn’t have been much happier with how it turned out. I had a large group of 15 kindergartener girls in there on a busy president’s day weekend, and the staff did such an amazing job making us feel like they were 100% there for us. I doubt this was an easy task! Pretty much everyone made a point to tell me how much they and/or their daughter enjoyed the party, which has never really happened anywhere else! The best part was that I felt like the the cost of the party was really a good value for all that came with it.

Racist staff member. I wish I had never visited the Cherry hill location yesterday. Of course in the chaos of the pay your age promotion you would think it was awful. I found myself with a nice group as we waited in line for our coupons to return another day. The line was not moving and as we witnessed the employee giving coupons to others walking by and approaching her, it became obvious that the line was more for those who wanted to talk to her and get more information. And it was moving sloooooow. When I say that I felt invisible I don’t think that could describe how I was treated when I went to grab my coupon in between guests. I was told “there is a line” and as I explained already being in the line was completely ignored by the customer and employee who just began their conversation. This continued to my dismay as I was completely ignored. It soon became obvious why I received the looks and dismissal from this employee when another Mom walking by, interrupted, asked for two coupons, and without a word received the two coupons within seconds of asking. Not until I asked ... again... and not retreat my outreached hand did I receive my coupon. Needless to say I have no desire to use it. I couldn’t believe that I would have to endure being so dismissed by your employee and from extension your company because of my race. To say all kids and their parents should feel valued and welcomed should be inherent. I’ve contacted corporate and hope to say one day I feel this issue was resolved.

Went for a birthday party. Maybe larger stores can handle it but it was so cramped. It is definitely cute for little ones, but it can get pricey quick.

My grandson loves build-a-bear. What a really neat concept. The staff who work here are very friendly and helpful.

This was my first time going, and my girlfriend took me for my 30th birthday. The employees were all very nice and helpful, and none of them looked at me weird. I ended up getting the rainbow sloth, and oh my gosh hes P E R F E C T. The hardest part of anything here was trying to make decisions. I ended up with choice paralysis every time I moved on to the next step; but maybe someone with less anxiety will enjoy the sheer numbet of options available. I will DEFINITELY be going back for more clothes for my sloth, and probably another friend!

We went there with my granddaughter and the staff person that helped her was a kind and patient. It was wonderful.

In general, Build-A-Bear is somewhere we have a great time. This time we had an unfortunate encounter with two disrespectful and rude employees. The greeter named Pam was the first bad experience. She patronized us for having multiple coupons from the Build-Your-Age event. Although we have various emails to match said coupons. The second rude person was Kate. She was our cashier and was incredibly rude to one of the members of our party.

These bears could be cheaper since you have to do all the work to put them together
