I cant say enough great things about my experience with Miracle-Ear Cherry Hill, NJ and Hearing Specialist Melinda Moore! My 46-year-old husband has declining and profound hearing loss in both ears. It has really hurt his ability to connect well with his family and friends. He went from being the star of the show to a quiet bystander in most social situations. We were lost on how to get him the help he needed. We heard about Miracle-Ear through a mail flyer and decided to give them a shot. It was the best decision we could have made! On the first visit, we learned where my husbands hearing levels were at after an easy, but comprehensive, hearing evaluation and what aids would offer him the help he needed to socialize more easily. We made our decision on which aid would be best for him, and one week later we returned. Melinda fit them in his ears, educated him on the use and care of the aids and fine-tuned their program. Since then we have met regularly with Melinda to let her know how well the aids are working and in what situations he could use more hearing assistance. With a welcoming smile on her face and care and concern in her heart each visit, Melinda has used her expertise to tweak his program to work best for him and has often provided us with sound advice on how to get the most out of the hearing aids. This is the first time either of us has felt genuine care and concern from a specialist. We actually look forward to our follow-up/check-in appointments with her and are thrilled to be a part of the Miracle-Ear family. I’ve been a client for several years now and there’s not enough words to thank Miricle Ear for their help. I’ve tried different hearing aids in the past and no one seemed to get it and understand my hearing loss and difficulty with the comfort of wearing hearing aides. Everyone at Miracle Ear got it! The improvement in my hearing since I started using the Miracle Ear Genius 3.0 is incredible. They have restore my confidence both professionally and socially and the technology employed is remarkable. But beyond the equipment performance is the service and care rendered to the customer. We have had a wonderful experience with getting my Mom hearing aids. All of the staff is enthusiastic and encouraging. My Mom has been so excited to hear, but also genuinely enjoys going to the office to have her new ears adjusted with Melinda. The entire experience has been a joy from start to now. Plus now Mom can participate in family dinner conversation and the TV is set at a normal volume again.

My experience is that from day 1, I have been treated by caring, concerned, friendly people. And, each and every visit is the same. You are always treated with respect. I would be cautious with any of the locations near and around Marlton, Medford and so on. They hire anyone to staff the stores and it really is about sales.
