I love the service I receive form this Fed Ex location. Every time I come in, I am always greeted with a warm and friendly smile and a sincere desire to help!! The employees are helpful and attentive. Ive got no complaints. Ive been going here for years, and never had a bad experience!!

I’ve been a customer here for a couple of years now and I need prints done regularly for my business! Paul, Jason and the manager I forget his name are awesome they treat me like family from the second I walk through the door! A1 experience every single visit!

We were attempting to finalize everything for our wedding during the pandemic which was nearly impossible. With finalizing the guest list being a very difficult task! We reached out to this FedEx location and got assistance from Jason to get our seating chart completed accurately and timely! Their responsiveness and attention to detail got the job done quickly and allowed me to take this task off of my to do list! Thank you Jason and the FedEx team!

I went to ship documents to arrive early within the next week. The gentleman who helped me was kind and patient while I inadvertently wrote the wrong address. He put everything in the system, I paid, and as the label was being printed out, the system cancelled the shipment. So we had to do this process all over again. The man helping me was apologetic, super helpful and understanding. I checked my bank account since I had swiped my card and it showed the purchase and pending transaction on my statement. He called over, I presume he was the manager (Paul) who rolled his eyes and rudely said, it doesnt take out money until its delivered and proceeded about doing whatever it was that he was doing. The gentleman helping me (I believe his name was Cabron) asked again about it already showing on my account and whether I needed to swipe again because I was leery of more money being taken. Paul rolled his eyes, huffed, and growled that if she wants it to ship, itll have to be paid for. The poor guy helping me was clearly embarrassed and upset, not only because of this situation that occurred while I was just trying to do something simple, but that because he was talked to as if he was unintelligent. I go here enough to say that normally, I dont have a problem, but this Paul guy needs an attitude adjustment and possible manager courses on how to deal with 1. his fellow employees and 2. his customers. I give Cabron kudos for not giving him any attitude back nor taking it out on me. Maybe he should give Paul a lesson or two about anger/stress management.

I went here late at night and there were a lot of customers for that time of night and only one staff member working in the printing area. Despite this everyone, including myself, got our print jobs quickly and exactly as requested. The staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good staff makes or breaks a place like this and the staff here is excellent.

Placed an order online on Tuesday for 2 posters, had paid over $40 for expedited shipping to arrive on Thursday before noon for an event. When 3:00 on Thursday rolled around, I called the office & asked to speak with the manager. He said there was a delay in processing & he’ll ship it ground to get it to us. When I asked him to explore quicker options, he said he would call back....multiple hours went by & no call back. The manager was too coward to talk to me live & just sent it ground anyways. I received a bill in my inbox charging me $53 for expedited shipping. Very frustrating. Last time we use this location. Will be taking our business elsewhere. TERRIBLE management & TERRIBLE customer service.

Michael is rude and condescending! So apparently now Fed Ex requires you to have your ID if you don’t have an account with them. Instead of just letting you know about this policy (which by the way has been in effect for a year and this is the first time it was brought up) Michael will elect to speak to you like your an idiot and hold a sign in your face. UPS here I come! You now have a new loyal customer.

I went today to FedEx on route 70. Jason was great, he got my packages out of my suv and was the nicest person. I told him I read peoples reviews and didnt believe the bad rap. People have no patience, and think because they are a paying customer the help should bow down and take their abuse. Remember you get more bees with honey.

Went here at 5 am because I needed something printed right away and they were 24 hrs. So I called to see if they have laser printing, and the guy (who was rude) said, yes we have self-service laser printer.So I went and double checked. The worker there, assuming he was the same guy, looked at me like I was crazy. Then he went over to the printer and said it was a laser printer.Basically, it wasnt a laser printer.How do you know? you might be asking. Because I printed bar codes and none of them ran. None of them ran because it was printed with a standard inkjet printer.So basically my morning was spent with a rude employee who didnt know jack squat (he shouldve just said he didnt know), Im out $5, and I still need those bar codes.Not all FedEx are as bad as this one but this one sucks. Save your time and money and go to another one.

I love this place. I dont use the post office. Its right on the way to work. You will pay a moderate to premium fee here. However, you get what you pay for. Everything I have shipped or mailed was delivered on time as promised. Dan has been A+ to me every single visit. He knows his business. The other people Ive interacted with are excellent as well. I dont think you could do much better then fed ex kinkos.

Dropped off prepaid FedEx packages here. The process was very quick and easy. There are packing supplies here that you can purchase if you need to send a package out, but dont have it prepared.

This fedex has to be the worst one yet as I shop out a lot of packages all month no matter what time I come in they are understaffed and what upsets me is I pre pay for all the items I ship out in order to save time and about time I walk in here I have to wait 15 min or more to drop off because they are understaffed and not to mention one person at night to handle the whole store and it bothers me as a business owner seeing such a larger company have one person running a large space with multi jobs and different departments. Usps has lost a great deal of my business due to a relating issue.

Went to ship package and insure it, they made me open box (which was a little suspect) then tried to up-sale their packaging because I didnt have 4-6 inches of bubble wrap in my box. My item was double packaged. Wtf. I asked why, they said they had to make sure they didnt get charged back if something happened. Thats why you buy insurance. What a rip off. Ill never use fedex again.

Unbelievably bad service. It was almost like they were trying to somehow to get rid of me and a managerish type breathed a sigh of relief when he saw I wasnt going to ask any more questions or take up his time and leave. I wanted to inquire about shipping charges for frozen foods. They just told me they dont do that and didnt even tell me if fedex did it at all. Also, for the prices, they said its too complicated to be explained (I told them that I want charges for overnight for 12x12x12 box) and the managerish type said if he doesnt have the exact weight he couldnt just give an approximate price. He really looked glad that I wasnt going to bother them with pesky boxes to be shipped. I went across the street to the UPS and got excellent service.

They do decent work & customer service is friendly but my problem is with management. They rarely have enough staff to manage customer traffic, which ends up being stressful, inconvenient, and unpleasant for customers & employees. Two customers walked out the last time I was in. Ill be taking my business to Voorhees or Staples.

Terrible customer service at the package station. A young girl named Ashlyn ignored me, and assisted someone who came in after me. No apologies nor did she ask if I mind. She shrugged her shoulders when I asked why I told her I was there before him. Rude and inconsiderate

Horrible customer service I was not helped after waiting 25 minutes for the guy to finish talking to a customer about how they are doing and she said she would call him later at the store to talk? I dont have all night to stand there wasting my time and after he was done talking to her he barely even tried to help me anyways.
