Fast. Thats the singular word Ill use to describe this experience.I had an Amazon return to drop off here... It couldnt have been any simpler or easier. I arrived with my package and waited in line for maybe 2-3 minutes. Once I made it to the counter, I told them what I was dropping off. Showed them a QR code on my phone from Amazon which they scanned. The employee then printed me a receipt and I was on my way out the door. Just an absolutely perfect experience.
I only had a small request, but the staff was courteous, polite, and helpful. I encountered no problems and was in and out quickly!
I needed to print out a bunch of thing for my birthday and Herbert was so patient with me and printed all of my items out and had a great attitude. There was also another black male that was extremely nice. Thank you all.

Ive been having a bad customer service experience with Fedex, but a good one with this store. I arranged to have an item delivered to this Fedex store, and the tracking system showed the item was in Chesapeake and to check back for when it would be delivered. After about three days, there were no updates and the system still said check back. Brent at the store helped me get assistance from customer service, but after another few days, I still didnt get new information. When I called the store again, I happened to reach Brent and he contacted the shipping center, which doesnt appear to have its own customer service. Turns out, there was an error in processing and my name and the delivery address were not on my item. Even with the tracking number, apparently the shipping center had no idea where the item was going. If Brent had not reached out, I dont if or when Fedex wouldve contacted me about my package sitting in limbo just a couple miles from where it was supposed to be. Im very frustrated Fedex made this error and never reached out to me. Im very grateful Brent worked to figure out what was going on and was helpful in resolving the issue. Shout out to Brent.
Every time I come to this Fed Ex for assistance with my businesses printing needs, the associates go above and beyond to assist me. In the past, Brittain has always walked me through my requests and found the best options for what I need. Today, Jordan has assisted me in helping me with my day of printing requests. I was so worried and he calmly reassured me that my materials were able to be reprinted. The attentiveness and great customer service is why I choose to bypass two other printing shops for my needs! Great service!!
Anyone disappointed with this FedEx has not dealt with Herb or Danielle. Excellent FedEx employees who carefully and capably answered all my questions. Great FedEx because of Herb and Danielle!
FEDEX is the worst company where you can do shipping. Associate name Jasmine first gave me options with different prices and days for delivery. At the time of giving options she never said it is not guaranteed. I used 2 day shipping service. But package never arrived after 2 days. When i went back to FedEx office to get my refund she told me refund only provided on overnight packages. If she would have told me i would have never used FedEx. When we ask her why they dont tell customer that she said that is company policy and customer should use his own brain or time to read the terms and conditions. She was very rood. When ask to file claim she said go to fedex.com and file there. Never use this office. Customer service terrible.
My review is for the printer side of the business. I had them print 3x2 posters and mount on foam core some architectural renderings I made in Photoshop. They came out gorgeous! Colors were as rich as on my monitor. Images were crisp, the mounting was flawless. On top of the great quality work they did for me, they also packaged them first by wrapping in plastic and then boxing with plenty of packing material. They went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend the print arm of the business,
I use to work for this company. I went to ship a package yesterday and the customer service was trash. Thought I was next in line but dude just walked away from the counter to help someone else without acknowledging my presecence. I had my son with me so I kept cool but that ish was rude
The ladies there are rude and humiliating. She told me and I repeat its not that hard. I was astounded! I am 63 years old and have never been spoken to like that at a business. I had questions. If at 830 am She was already this moody thats not good for business.
I hate using FedEx I don’t know why they even ship packages anymore they should either just use Amazon or UPS they are the worst shipping company in the US. This is like the fifth time this year that I was supposed to get a package to days ago and now it’s Sunday and they don’t deliver packages and these are very important packages this company should not stay in business. Would give 0 stars would show pics but I don’t know how to upload. But just stop fedex let amazon do all the real work y’all to old now your legs hurt
Late at night on the evening of October 10th a non-profit that I am a Past President of was in a jam and needed a program book designed and printed for their event the next afternoon. I designed the program book throughout the night and in the morning I called various print shops in the area to place an expedited order. The shops recommended by the event organizer all told me 24 hours at a minimum so I called FedEx Kinkos, which I had not used in over 10 years, and I lucked out by getting a hold of Steven G. Steven was awesome and not only got our program books printed and in the hands of the event organizer just in time for the event, he also went above and beyond and helped convert our Google Drive files to compatible formats. If I could rate his service 10 stars I would.

Amazing customer service! I had to print a 4 x 6 poster last minute to present out of state tomorrow and they were able to accommodate my short notice request. They were polite, fast, and helpful. What more could you want?
Want to give props to Mary. She helped me out with shipping an important package. She added enough padding to keep everything safe. And secured every side to make sure nothing dumps out. She was professional and a pleasure talking to. Great customer service. The location had all my needs and then some. High props to fedex again.
I came into this FedEx store on the night of January 3, 2020 at 8:30p. I needed to print and fax some very important documents however I was unfamiliar with how it worked, as it was my first to using FedEx office.Upon entering, I proceeded over to a printer and stood there for 15 min trying to figure out how to print from my iPhone. The two female employees on duty never asked if I needed assistance so I approached them and they looked at me with a blank stare...I politely asked how do I print from my phone? 1 employee pointed toward the printer across the room and sarcastically said theres instructions on the blue cardI walked away because she was obviously no help. I went back to the printer and stood there an additional 20-30 mins and I eventually figured it out on my own. Neither employees asked if I needed help despite the store being EMPTY.I then headed over to a fax machine to fax my documents, Again the employees offered ZERO assistance one employee began vacuuming around me as if I were in the way and still no offers of assistance from them even with me being in the store nearly an hour at this point.Thankfully I was able to figure out the fax in a shorter time period then the printer. I left the store feeling very unwanted...like I was in a business establishment were I was not wanted.
The employees here are awesome. Theyre very nice and friendly, and theyve always been helpful whenever Ive needed something.They also have the BEST pens at this store. Not kidding. Im a total snob when it comes to pens, and their FedEx pens write really nice. If you ask nicely, they might even give you one to take home. :)

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I came in there to get two documents scanned. I didnt know how to do it and I told them that! They didnt even have the common decency to show me. They didnt put any effort into helping me. The black woman at the counter was very rude and unaccommodating like she didnt want to be bothered. Very unprofessional people and not only that, they acted as if they didnt care! I walked out and went to another business and was able to get the simple service I asked for with well trained attentive workers who care about their customers. Because of my negative experience with the Fedex Volvo Pkwy location, I will never spend a dime at that establishment. Terrible customer service! I will be making a formal complaint about this place. I will never recommend anyone going to this place for service! Horrible!
Want customer service? DONT GO HERE. How hard is it for 3 working FedEx employees to acknowledge there are people waiting in line for service? Apparently near to impossible. But let a caucasian man come waltzing in the door and just walk up expecting service even though he sees others waiting in line and JUST GUESS WHAT HAPPENS? SMH.

Was told my package was finally there after being 2 days late. The lady scanned 1 of 2 packages twice and had no idea where my other one was or when it would get there.
Very poor customer service. Took me standing there waiting for way too long before they would even acknowledge me, and staff did not seem to care to really help. I was already stressed out over printing out some invites and I did not get the help I needed to get the job done. I kept jumping on the computer spending more money (its pay per minute) trying to figure it out with minimal assistance in fixing the issue with sending the file. And I kept asking for help over and over the entire time I was there from multiple employees. Felt like I was in the way. Maybe because the young lady working there TOLD me to move over so she could finish helping another client. Towards the end, one young man who worked there seemed a lot friendlier and seemed to be more open to help, but at that point I was frustrated and over it. Ended up going to Office Depot where they were much more helpful.
I have gone into this store TWICE and have had copy orders that were sent at least 24 hours in advance printed incorrectly. To make matters worse, it takes them AT LEAST AN HOUR to correct a copy job. I don’t have that kind of time to waste. Very disappointed.

I had a package come up missing here. I dropped it off at the front desk and the staff acted stupid like they didnt know what it was.... that was the last time it was seen and now it cannot be found. The tracking numbers do not work and I have talked to 3 different employees and no one seems to know where my package is which was worth $150. Go mail your packages with other company.
Went first thing in the am. Printing a document from email was easy, hassle free, and cheep. Great experience!
I rarely do reviews but my experience at this store deserves it. Store clerk brennton was by himself working on a busy monday evening. He said hello to everyone who walked in the door even though he was in the middle of helping a customer. He was efficient under pressure. Excellent service. Get the boy some help though.
I placed order for sum flyers told them I needed Them right away i called about 7 times its 4 of july to make sure i told them Im on my way I get here and they havent even started yet hes on break nd it will take an hour and half i order all the time from Northampton blvd so I no it takes all of 10 to 15 mins u can multi task thus print ok 2nd cut even if u dont cut it the print part is only 5 mins plus other workers in there nd nobody can print up my flyers Im so sad nd upset that my order not ready plus they all acting like they cant do it Donta is just up front standing around which made me highly upset like you really dont know how to print the damn paper up they say he training so I came out side to write this to calm down I go back in and say really yall cant print this it took 6 mins for them to print it they wanted meme to wait a hour nd half nd it was real slow in there horrible cuz its the 4th but I did drive 37 mins over to get these flyers I will never go out my Ill stick to Northampton blvd 3 people in there working but cant get a print out super sad fed ex I love yall so make sure this dont happen to others

Worst customer service ever. They could care less about what you are saying or trying to do. Asked for help was sent to the counter for service. The associate took us back to the broken machine because he didnt want to take 1 minute to send the fax. If you want horrible customer service this is your place.
Worst service today by some employee named Jelani. His attitude was rude as hell and his lack of help made me feel like I was at a self checkout lane. I would NOT be returning back if thats the kinda service Ill be receiving.
Great Place, I use to work right down the street from them at Zeros Subs and they always did a great job helping us out with copies, ect. Any Job opportunities? Because i would make a great addition to the team.

Pretty fast, however I stood at the register quite awhile before some saw me standing there.
I ordered prints for a baby shower, and they took forget to print them. I only needed 10 sheets of regular paper!! Then, once they were done, they never notified me like they said theyd do. I had to call and double check. AND then, when I got there, they couldnt find my order!!!!!
The man helping me was very knowledgeable and even when there was a rush, he was careful to give me the best and most reasonable product.
I had some printing done here for class I was teaching likely they printed 15 student manuals and get a great job
They have a great staff out there. But if you are trying to print something, do a sample first. My sample came out in terrible glowing colors and I had to cancel my order sadly.
Wth? Now they close 2 hours earlier? Just stopped by to drop off a package and it says open, and 12:00am on the hours but the doors are closed. Not cool.

Went there to get copies made for a church bulletin for a funeral and the copier jacked the order of the pages up; and yes they were fed through in the right order. When we asked for our money back the floor associate whined about us printing out a receipt because then he had to do a transaction.How were we to know that? It wasnt posted anywhere stating that they could just wipe the transaction out of their system, and honestly I dont trust that it would cancel the bank transaction.Wont be going there again any time soon.
I tried getting one of their canvas and it turned out pretty bad. With a canvas, you expect some time to be put into it since its going on display but it didnt appear this was the case here.
