Very nice folks and friendly

Went to the Duke and duchess shoppe on Bridge street around 7:15 a.m., just grabbed two pops, had to stand at the counter for an unnecessary amount of time before someone came to cash me out, even though there were two ladies behind the counter. The lady that cashed me out...highly unprofessional. She had on Superman pj pants with boots on, her hair was matted looking in the back, her fingernails had a ton of dirt under them, and she looked like she hadnt showered in over a week! You guys should probably be a little more presentable. I wont be back to that one, when clearly good personal hygiene isnt a priority, and neither is speedy service.

Came in 20 minutes before close. The lady behind the counter told me itd be 10 minutes before she could help me. Okay, whatever, right? There were 3 other separate customers behind me and she just continued walking around behind the counter ignoring myself and everyone. It was an older African american lady and she was very rude to the people behind me. What a joke of an employee. I wish I got her name so I could name drop her.
