Jaelynn (at Bridge Street Kroger) made my french vanilla ice coffee, best Starbucks coffee I ever had. She is awesome !!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Yes, I gave her 10 stars.

Great to have coffee shop in krogers. Always quick to take orders. Great staff. Excellent service and product. Makes shopping a little better.

Awesome store with amazing people

The staff here are nice and friendly. Have been so for years. I will say that I only have ever ordered hot chocolate here. In my personal opinion it isnt that good. I will also say that their various coffes and teas are apparently much better according to everyone Ive talked to. So I reccomend you stick with those. I have also heard good things about their baked goods and cake pops.

The coffee was great: hot and strong. This is a kiosk in a Kroger. The line was long and one barista was working alone. She did a great job but I cant help but wonder why Starbucks would only have one person on a Sunday late morning.

Employees have been very generous. This seem verly to skilled in the drink orders.

Employees are rude. Ive been there many many times havent had a nice one yet. Just left same experience. All the employees did was complain about how awful it was and how short handed they were. I wouldnt go but the next closest Starbucks is Athens for me. Athens has never been rude!Update: Ive been here several more times since my last review, Today was one of those times. I dont know why I continue to go here. I love the drinks but the staff are absolutely miserable! Its not just a few of them because Im not here on the same days or times I have had several different employees. They all complain about their job or supplies they have or dont have. Today the lady in front of me wanted extra caramel in her drink and they told her no because they are almost out. WHY is a Starbucks almost out of caramel when its in several drinks? Their station is never clean and its cluttered. Today I ordered a drink I have had a 1000 times white chocolate peppermint mocha today it tastes like its all peppermint so much so I can hardly drink it (Im going to because its a 5.00+ cup of coffee) I dont think there is any hope for this place.

I’ve never experienced such an unpleasant young lady. She wasn’t even wearing her mask over her nose. Is her covid snot in my coffee?

Worst experience with a Kroger Starbucks I have ever had. Neither of the ladies working said hello or told me they would be with me in a moment. The one that was making the drinks let things for the woman who was supposed to be taking orders. She also just kind of stood there staring at me while I waited. After walking away, I turned around and they were helping the next customer. Very disappointed.

Omg try a double java chip whole milk frappe with whipped cream. Its so delicious.

Kelsey, Jazz, Krista and Sam always deliver great customer service along with great coffee. Their great attitude is what keeps me coming back!

Awesome drinks not very good service Krogers always sticks just one person over there and that poor person has a line from Starbucks Plum back to the service center theres never enough help at Starbucks they need to put more than one person over there to help them

Its stupid employees like their new girl Sarah as to why I dont come to Bridge Street anymore went there today to go and get a drink Ive had made for me over a thousand times and when I said something to her about the way she was making it she was like well this is the way I was taught okay well Im telling you how I want my drink made and youre not doing it the only good employee that I have ever ever come in contact with our Bridge Street is Kelsey

The employees at this store are a mess! They charge me a different amount for the same thing each time . The girl tried to charge me 10.50 for two drinks that should have been 7.50 when I said that was too much, she acted annoyed. I gave her a 20.00 she had already put it in so she had no idea how much change to give me back! I said its 12.50 she gave me back 10.50, I said no its 12.50, heavy sigh gave me 2.00. Im done never again! Slow bad service, rude employees !

Staff was very unprofessional and couldn’t take order very well. I was the only person there so it wasn’t like it was busy. I’m not someone hard to please either. They were using vulgar language. My drink seemed just thrown together. I was already on edge about coming to Starbucks in the first place and now I know I won’t be back. My McDonalds coffee taste better than what I just received and the staff is much more attentive.

Typical Starbucks, I feel that they are overpriced for the coffee they serve, but thats my opinion. The consistency is the same compared to other Starbucks however. I do enjoy having coffee as Im grocery shopping.

Great service. However, if you dont have the Starbucks app you wont know that this is inside a Kroger. There is Kroger wifi available but the seating is next to the restroom. I was able to get my work done while on the road but this is not an.oltimal experience. Oh, one tip. You can earn Kroger fuel points here.

Horrible service, went there yesterday and was greeted with were closed for 15min then the other server came out of bathroom and was told by the other server that she has a customer to tend to. I finally got our order in and it was good, so I took a chance on going back for the same order I put in yesterday. Different servers this time and was advised right off the bat that they wouldnt make my drink for me because its on the secret menu and they supposedly werent allowed to make them, i think they just didnt even want to look up how to make it, we left and decided to go to the Starbucks 2miles away in the village and was greeted with I will Absolutly make that for you with no hesitation. Wont ever go to this starbucks again!

This Starbucks is inside Kroger and on opposite side of road that both GPS and Google Maps indicated! Thanks to reviewer that mentioned grocery store. Would never have found otherwise.
