Very good customer service. I was lost and the younge lady helped me by giving me landmarks to find them. Centrally located, and clean. My order did take quite a while for 6 chocolate covered bananas, and 6 chocolate covered strawberries but they taste so good that it was worth the wait.

I love the thought of the arrangements but this particular spot done upset me for the last time now I am most likely done with the whole ordering from the company... the whole inconvenience an experience was horrible then when I asked for simple card for the inconvenience or a discount they refused but I have to wait 5 to 7days for my money to be returned I understand certain things but yu do not treat customers that way no matter how many times they have shopped ... I will not be coming back

Placed a mothers day order to give to my grandmother. Delivery driver gave my 88 year old grandmother just some strings to the balloon and said he didnt know what happened to it. I called in about it, I was told it be delivered the next day and it still didnt happen. Called in again about the non delivery and got nothing for a double mistake but bland apology and a offer for a refund. Its not about the money. Its understanding that your company made a huge mistake for a special day, twice. Not good business.

Not trying to offend anyone or the worker lady seems nice. I waited for 30ish minutes perhaps longer. First time here too. Smoothie machine wasnt working, originally were going to get refund then machine was working again. Gave me a broken straw they didnt have any lids. What she shouldve done was at least gave me a discount.

I recently used this location for a delivery, and they really went above and beyond! I had personalized greeting cards made for the recipients. I work nights, so they were happy to have the cards mailed to them and delivered with the arrangements. Oddball request, and they made it happen! The recipients loved it! Job well done. Im in Tampa, sent arrangement to my Mother in Cincinnati for Mothers Day. She wasnt home and missed the delivery. No problem right? It happens every day in the delivery business right? Thats part of the business correct? The delivery driver called me to tell me that no one was home and the apartment building was locked, he was rude as hell. I apologized and asked very politely when will a redelivery attempt be made so that I can inform my mother? Today or tomorrow? I had to ask this several times because he kept cutting me off. All I wanted to know was when will redelivery be attempted today or tomorrow? He said and I quote WELL IT WONT BE TODAY! with a really nasty attitude. I guess he is tired of running all over the city delivering your very tiny yet very expensive fruit baskets. Hopefully I can get a refund of the $74.88 I attempted to spend on tiny chunks of fruit and take my money elsewhere. I understand the driver was inconvenienced but the rude unprofessional attitude was a bit much when that is your job. My Mom sent chocolate covered strawberries to my girlfriend as a congratulatory gift for passing her Nurse Practitioner boards. The delivery man arrived to our apartment when we were not there, so we gave him instructions to use the elevator. The delivery man was extremely rude, yelled at my girlfriend over the phone, and ultimately just left the chocolate covered strawberries outside of the elevator in 90 degree heat. They were ruined by the time we got home.

Extremely disappointed and let down. I placed an order today after multiple previous orders in the recent past, today I placed an order 10a.m this morning while at work for my sister. Hours past, where I found out my order was deemed fraudulent! Because I used my full name instead of just my middle name. Card matched, address as well, same as previous purchases. I then went to the store showed valid I.d and card used for transaction with matching names. Not to mention my money was deducted from my account. No manager in store so I’m out of money and no results or delivery. Will no longer be a customer

This place is so convenient and user friendly staff. REAL fruit smoothies, no artificial ingredients, the fruit arrangements are beautiful and make the gift giving for any occasion incredible and very edible.

The picture that they had online was not what Ive picked up and the website removed a lot of items so I couldnt go back and show the picture of my order

Was almost in a near accident with one of their drivers on Observatory Ave. today. Observatory is a ONE LANE road for the most part, and the idiot behind the wheel at about 2:15pm decides to ride on the far right side to try and avoid the long line of cars on Observatory (theres a school on Edwards and Observatory so traffic was crappy in that area). The driver came close to not only side swiping me but three other cars as well. Called the store and of course the new girl wasnt aware of any drivers coming or going at that time and told me a manager would contact me on regards to that situation. Very poor customer service regarding the matter and the next time, I will just call the police to report an unsafe driver with your company name plastered in big bright colors all over the van!
