I’ve gone here a few times now and I’ve never had a good experience. Parking is usually a pain. My biggest issue however, is the staff that I’ve encountered. They have been unhelpful and rude. Always have tried to charge me for anything little thing they can find. I do not recommend this location. The one off foothill in LaVerne is so much better!Update* I appreciate your response. They have charged me just to place an extra strip of tape across a box along with other really small things that add up. The ladies I’ve encountered have never been kind, always had some sort of attitude.
We got our passport pictures taken at the ups in San Dimas, but the picture were taken incorrectly. We found out it was taken incorrectly on our drive back to Claremont. We called the Claremont ups and they told us that they could retake the picture without paying. When we arrived they tell us that since it was taken at a different location the. It would need to be retaken there or we would have to pay for the photos. Pretty disappointed they didn’t jus tell us that instead of us driving all the way there. We could have turned back and went to the original office. PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. There is no need to waste customers time by telling them one thing, then talking to your boss and dining out something different. Also no need to lie about what you said. It’s a good etiquette to have to go by what you say. Even if it was wrong, it’s good to honor it for the customer. Pretty disappointed.

They lost my tax papers. The store is horrible. I went to ship my tax paper on March 22, when I check on April 4th, I found the tracking didn’t move. I have no idea my papers are. If I get in trouble for this, I am taking action.

I cant tell you how kind and helpful Natalie and Darryl have been. Our Daughter needed to ship home from college her stuff and they made it painless and easy to do. Ten boxes of stuff arrived in perfect order. Thank you. Both of you are the best of the UPS franchise system, real leaders! thank you.
The employees are always very helpful especially Sahara. They work hard to take care of all of my needs. The wait is never very long and I always have a pleasant experience.
I have never reviewed anything ever but I had such a bad experience, I had to do this. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I used to enjoy coming here because it was local and efficient. The service has become terrible..My last and final experience an employee named Sarah told me they could laminate something very important to me. Than afterward told me to return 3 different times to the store to pick it up and each time it was NOT ready. To make things even better they actually got my item stuck in their machine and damaged it a bit. I was beyond furious because I waited almost 24 hours just to receive my order incomplete and damaged. So I just took my order to the La Verne store and they completed it in less than 10 minutes perfectly. I would rather drive out of my way to get better service. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE I KNOW AGAINST IT.ps. I have also been here multiple times when the store wasnt open according to its posted hours.

I did go there to drop a return box, the box was opened, asked them if she can tape it..She wanted to charge me $3 to just tape the box!!! The lady was very rude ... This place doesnt deserve to be ups rep at all.. its better to go another place and drop the box no matter how far it is rather than going to downtown Claremont.. definitely I do not recommend this place...
Generally helpful people.But hours posted online are inaccurate. It closes at 6, as I discovered when I showed up at 6:05 with a package that needed to go out stat.Please post accurate hours online.
The hours are wrong and the sign said open when it was not. Luckily the girl said I ould leave my box..that is why they get a 2nd star. Please correct the hours so that people do not waste their time
Not sure what people are thinking. As far as deliveries it is a ups store not ups. Ups stores and ups are two different entities, ups stores have nothing to do with deliveries.
The nice blonde lady inside did not want me to wait so she offered to me to leave the box and that she would seal it for me with tape and place the return label on it
Hello, it really makes me sad to hear all the bad experiences people have had at our store. Iam currently employed here and try to meet and exceed the needs of or customers . I know for some the taping fee may be ridiculous, and 3$ for one box is not heard of our taping fee is .50 cents a box a joke for some however if you would look at it from a business stand point you would understand a case of tape is near 90.00 not many rolls in a case . On average we receive 100-150 drop offs a day not really alot but imagine if we had to tape all of them for free . I wouldnt mind this at all its my pleasure however I am a single mother and one day would like to make a little more money and if we are going to be giving tape away thats taking money from the business . We are super cool and understanding as well usually we will let u know and say ur ok this time but usually it .50 cents to tape one box.(whoever tried to charge you 3$ please give the store manager a call 8:30am/5:00pm Mon thur Friday ) I do apologise for any rude and any unmet expectations any one has had please know we are open for suggestions and comments anytime and thrive to make each experience a good one.

The people are cool. UPS is the worst shipping company in the world. They cost me tons of money by late and unorganized deliveries. NEVER use UPS!!! USPS, DHL, or FEDEX only.United Postal Service is Horrible!
You need to change your hours on your website so they match your actual hours on the door. This is very aggravating to look up what time you close, so I can schedule picking up a package, and you are already closed. I only gave one star because you have to in order to post your comment.
Never come to this UPS Store!!! They did a wrong work and lost my package!When I tried to find them for help, what they did was they wanted to shirk their responsibility!! They even wanted to destroy the evidence! Hate this UPS!
Ive tried to come here to get things notarized four times. Two of those four times, they havent actually had their notary present.
