I would like to share my experience I had today at your store. The person that waited on me today was named Ontario Braxton. He has excellent customer service skills and I would recommend him to anyone as an asset to the company!

My grandma comes here and pay my bill every month and she didn’t have a problem with until one day one of the employees caught a attitude with her just because she had more than one bill to pay, and I lost all respect for this AT&T store

Nearly drove me to suicide. No one in customer service speaks English as their primary language, one guy hung up on me, then went into my account and changed my info, causing all sorts of problems, and nothing was done to correct him. They are rude, slow and you are constantly put on hold. Completely unprofessional and lacking in even the most basic of business ethics. HIGHLY recommend using any other company if at all possible. Unfortunately for me, it wasnt.
